对城市轨道交通初期票价的再研究

通过对比国内外城市轨道交通的经营状况．从全面的视角来理解轨道交通初期票价及其制定的有关问题,对于市民、政府和轨道交通经营公司之间的关系以及对轨道交通票价的作用进行新的描述,并总结出轨道交通初期票价的计算公式。     

补钙预防妊高征及对血小板细胞内游离钙浓度的影响

目的　研究补钙对妊高征的预防作用。方法　对 88例有妊高征倾向的孕妇 (随机分为 3组 )自妊娠 2 0～ 2 4周起采用口服不同剂量的钙尔奇 - D(6 0 0 mg、12 0 0 mg)及对照的前瞻性研究 ,用荧光分光光度计测定口服钙前后的血小板游离钙离子浓度 ,并观察妊高征的发生率。结果　经补钙 6 0 0 mg后妊高征发生率 (17.2 4 % )较对照组降低 ,补钙 12 0 0 mg后 ,其妊高征发生率 (6 .90 % )明显低于对照组(2 6 .6 7% ) (P <0 .0 5) ;补钙两组血小板游离钙离子浓度与对照组相比明显降低 (P <0 .0 5)。结论　补充一定量的钙剂可降低血小板游离钙离子浓度 ,对有妊高征倾向的高危孕妇可预防妊高征的发生。

The influence of Laval nozzle throat size on supersonic molecular beam injection

In this study, finite element analysis （FEA） has been used to investigate the effects of different Laval nozzle throat sizes on supersonic molecular beam. The simulations indicate the Mach numbers of the molecular stream peak at different positions along the center axis of the beam, which correspond to local minimums of the molecular densities. With the increase of the throat diameter, the first peak of the Mach number increases first and then decreases, while that of the molecular number density increases gradually. Moreover, both first peaks shift progressively away from the throat. At the last part, we discuss the possible applications of our FEA approach to solve some crucial problems met in modern transportations.

Inhibitory action of docetaxel on the proliferation of HeLa and SiHa cells

Objective To study the inhibitory action of docetaxel (DOC) on the proliferation of HeLa and SiHa cells. Methods Cell morphological changes were observed with inverted phase contrast microscope. MTT was adopted to test and calculate the cell inhibition ratio. Flow cytometry was used to detect cell cycle. Results DOC had an obvious concentration-dependent inhibitory effect on the proliferation of both HeLa and SiHa cells. The inhibition ratio of DOC on SiHa was significantly higher than that on HeLa (P<0.05). DOC blocked HeLa at G2/M phase. Under the effect of DOC, the cell cycle of SiHa was not changed much. Conclusion DOC has an obvious inhibitory action on both HeLa and SiHa cells, which shows a promising prospect of DOC in clinical treatment of cervical cancer.
