虹桥综合交通枢纽指路标志系统分析及仿真评价

从分析虹桥综合交通枢纽的路网结构及行车路径出发,针对复杂路网情况下指路引导系统进行信息过载量的研究及评价,构建枢纽指路系统的仿真模型,来模拟枢纽道路运行情况,并首次通过网上公示的方式,广泛地征询驾驶人意见,优化调整设计方案,充分体现了＂以人为本＂的设计和管理理念。     

先张法预应力空心板早期裂缝成因及预防控制

对高等级公路建设中的先张法预应力空心板和施工过程中常见的裂缝部位及其规律进行阐述,从早期裂缝所产生的原因出发,多方位、多角度地对其成因进行分析,并提出了切实可行的预防和控制措施。     

Monte Carlo simulation of B2-L2<Subscript>1</Subscript> ordering transitions in Au-Cu-Al alloy systems

The B2-L2₁ ordering transitions in Au-Cu-Al shape-memory alloys are studied by the Monte Carlo exchange simulations, where a set of the first, the second and the third nearest-neighbor mixing potentials for Cu-Al in the Au-Cu-Al alloys are calculated from first principals using the Connolly-Williams methods. To ensure the phase stability of the β-Au-Cu-Al, the investigation includes the range of compositions Au₂Cu_1−x Al_1+x (−0.15 ⩽ x ⩽ 0.15). The B2-L2₁ transition temperatures are predicted, and are in agreement with the experimental results. The atomic ordering around vacancy of the L2₁ structure is further discussed.     

Histologic changes in the sinus membrane after maxillary sinus augmentation with simultaneous implant placement using engineered bone graft material

The aim of the study was to analyze the histologic and ultrastructural changes after maxillary sinus augmentation with simultaneous implant placement using engineered bone graft material. In this study, calcium phosphate cement (CPC) scaffolds combined with goat bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) were used to fill goat sinus floor space after maxillary sinus floor elevation with simultaneous implant placement comparing with those not filled any grafted materials and used as controls. After a healing period of 3 months, the goat maxillary sinus membrane was examined using light microscopy and scanning electronic microscopy. The results showed that the connective tissue thickness and the epithelium thickness of mucosa were not statistically significant difference between two groups. The tissue engineered bone complex might be an ideal graft for the sinus floor elevation and have no influence on the sinus membrane under the histological and ultrastructural observation.     

Aero-optical characteristics of supersonic flow over blunt wedge with cavity window

The optical rays that form the image of an object and propagate a supersonic flow over a vehicle are refracted by the density variations. A numerical analysis of the aero-optical characteristics of supersonic flow over blunt wedge with a cavity window is carried out. A hybrid method of Reynold averaged Navier-Stokes and direct simulation Monte Carlo (RANS/DSMC) is employed to simulate the flowfield. Refraction factor is introduced to evaluate the flowfield’s aero-optical characteristic. The results show that mean flow’s aero-optical effects are mainly caused by the shock wave, the expansion wave and the turbulent boundary layer. Fluctuation flow’s aero-optical effects are mainly caused by the turbulent boundary layer and the shock wave induced by the cavity window. The aero-optical effects at the leading side of window are caused by the mean density variations, while the effects at the trailing side are caused by the density fluctuations. Different draft angles of the cavity window are investigated. The airborne optical devices of supersonic vehicle should be mounted in the middle of the cavity window with a large draft angle.     

水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石在道路工程中的应用

本文结合徐州市中山路改造工程,将水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石与石灰粉煤灰碎石通过对比试验,明确了水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石基层使用的优良性能。提出了水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石基层的施工要点及在施工中的注意事项。     

整合素β1在小鼠两种不同发育模式的切牙和磨牙牙胚中的表达

目的 探讨整合素β1在小鼠切牙和磨牙牙胚发育中的作用.方法 采用免疫组织化学方法,观察整合素β1在小鼠切牙发育的分泌前期、分泌期、转换期、成熟期以及磨牙胚发育的蕾状期、帽状期、钟状形态发生期、分化期、分泌期、成熟期的表达.结果 整合素β1在小鼠切牙发育的分泌前期、分泌期、转换期、成熟期成釉细胞表达阳性.中间层、星网层表...     

陕西省出生缺陷的相关危险因素分析

目的探讨陕西省出生缺陷发生的影响因素,为采取有针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法应用分层随机整群抽样方法,抽取陕西省9市12个区县共124个乡镇。对终止妊娠日期发生在2007年10月至2009年7月间且孕满28周的13 273名妇女进行入户调查。要求妇女均为调查点的常住人口。收集完成围孕期状况调查的完整问卷有7 531份。采用SPSS 13.0软件对所有调查因素进行非条件Logistic回归分析。结果多因素Logistic回归模型中,按其贡献大小,危险因素由高到低依次为:父系家族出生缺陷史(OR=14.283)、孕期精神状态差(OR=10.835)、有不良孕产史(OR=8.264)、母亲居住农村(OR=5.067)、母亲孕期饮酒史(OR=4.598)、母亲年龄>35岁(OR=3.696)、母亲孕期农药接触史(OR=3.507)、母亲孕期饮浓茶(OR=1.993)。孕期服用叶酸(OR=0.549)和家庭人均收入高(OR=0.422)为出生缺陷的保护因素。结论加强优生宣教,提高育龄妇女自我保健意识,改善居住环境,改变不良生活方式,对于降低出生缺陷发生风险尤为重要。     

新基因C1orf63功能的初步研究

目的检测C1orf63基因在肝癌和癌旁组织中的定位,以及C1orf63在多种人肝癌细胞系和人胃癌细胞系中的mRNA和蛋白表达水平;检测干涉C1orf63后对人胃癌细胞MKN28的细胞周期的影响。方法免疫组化染色法检测C1orf63基因在组织中的定位;Real-time PCR和Western blot分别检测C1orf63基因在细胞中的表达;脂质体转染法将干涉片段转染至MKN28细胞中,Real-time PCR和Western blot法筛选有效干涉片段;流式细胞术检测C1orf63干涉后对MKN28细胞的细胞周期的影响。结果 C1orf63在肝癌和癌旁组织细胞中都有胞浆表达,在MKN28细胞中表达量较高,在MKN45细胞中表达量较低;成功筛选出C1orf63基因的有效干涉片段;C1orf63干涉后,胃癌细胞MKN28发生G1期阻滞,经统计学分析,C1orf63干涉后MKN28细胞增殖指数降低(P<0.05)。结论 C1orf63在人肝癌和癌旁组织细胞胞浆中都有表达,在MKN28细胞中表达量最高;干涉C1orf63基因后,可使MKN28细胞发生G1期阻滞,为该基因功能的后续研究奠定了基础。     

脂肪细胞因子chemerin与代谢综合征的关系

目的通过检测脂肪细胞因子chemerin在代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)大鼠脂肪组织及血清中表达水平的变化,探讨其与MS的关系。方法将60只SD大鼠随机分为代谢综合征模型组(MS)和正常对照组(NC),采用高脂、高糖、高盐饲料联合腹腔注射链脲佐菌素的方法构建MS大鼠模型。采用RT-PCR方法检测两组大鼠脂肪组织中chemerin mRNA的表达情况;采用酶联免疫吸附实验检测大鼠血清chemerin蛋白的表达变化。结果①在大鼠肾周围、附睾旁及肩胛间肌旁部位脂肪组织中,chemerin mRNA的表达水平MS组较NC组增高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在网膜脂肪组织中MS组较NC组虽有升高的趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②MS组大鼠血清chemerin水平较NC组有升高趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Chemerin在高脂、高糖、高盐饮食联合STZ构建的MS大鼠模型的发病过程中可能起重要作用。
