质点系相对运动参考系的平衡及其平衡位置的稳定性

本文通过对Lagrange方程结构的研究得到质点系相对运动参考系的平衡方程,并在此基础上讨论了具势的平稳与半平稳系统的相对平衡位置的稳定性。     

PROLIFERATION AND MIGRATION OF EPENDYMAL CELLS IN THE BRAIN OF ADULT RATS AFTER PERMANENT FOCAL CEREBRAL ISCHEMIA

Objective Ependymal cells are thought to be the primary source of neural stem cells in the adult central nervous system. The purpose of this study is to examine spatial and temporal profiles of ependymal cell proliferation and migration after focal cerebral ischemia. Methods Eighty male Sprague Dawley rats underwent permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion after injection of 10/μL of 0.2% Dil into the lateral ventricle. Rats were sacrificed and brain sections were acquired for pathological evaluation and laser confocal imaging at day 1,3,7,11,14,21 and 28 after ischemia. Results The density of Dil-labeled cells in the ischemic ipsilateral subventricular zone was significantly higher than that in the control group and these labeled cells dispersed in the ischemic ipsilateral subventricular zone and/or were located in ependyma from day 1 to 11. In the ischemic ipsilateral cortex, some Diilabeled cells occurred in peri-infarction and infarction of parietal region at day14 and peaked at day 21 when some Dil-labeled cell nodules were found in this region. During postischemic day 14--28, a significant decrease in labeled celldensity in the ischemic ipsilateral subventricular zone was coincident with a significant increase in labeled cells density in the cortex (peri-infarction and infarction). Conclusion The results indicate that ependymal cells proliferate and migrate after focal cerebral ischemia in the adult rat brain.     

A New Proposal of Inverse-Time Characteristics for Overcurrent Relay Based on Microcomputer

The conventional time function of electromechanical relays is hard to coordinate with other relays．In order to promote the application of inverse-time overcurrent relays，a new time function for microprocessor-type relay is proposed．The setting of the trip time for this relay is performed by determining the shortest trip time and the longest trip time，respectively．The results of analysis show that with the new time function，the inverse-time overcurrent relay is easy to coordinate with other relays and has a comparatively shorter trip time，and that the fault happens in the protective zone．

白川胶囊对清醒大鼠血压的影响

目的　观察白川胶囊的急慢性降压作用。方法　以间接测压法测量清醒大鼠尾动脉血压 :①测量自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)多次灌胃白川胶囊的血压变化 ,观察其慢性降压作用 ;②测量肾性高血压大鼠 1次灌胃白川胶囊后 1、2、4、6、8h的血压值 ,观察其急性降压作用。结果　①连续 2 0d灌胃白川胶囊 0 6或 0 3g/kg均明显降低SHR的血压 ,白川胶囊 0 1 5 g/kg也有一定降压作用 ;② 1次性灌胃白川胶囊 0 6或 0 3g/kg均明显降低肾性高血压大鼠血压 ,白川胶囊0 1 5 g/kg也有降压作用。结论　白川胶囊有明显的急慢性降压作用。     

MITOCHONDRIAL DNA POLYMORPHISM IN CONTROL REGION FROM CHINESE YUGU POPULATION

Objective To investigate the mitochondrial DNA sequence polymorphism sites in Chinese YUGU ethnic group and to provide basic data used in forensic purpose. Methods Genomic DNA was extracted from the hole blood of 100 unrelated individuals of Chinese YUGU ethnic group by standard chelex-100 method. The sequence polymorphism sites was determined by PCR amplification and direct sequencing. Results 54 polymorphic sites were noted in mtDNA np16091-16418 region, and 46 haplotypes were identified. The genetic diversity was calculated to be 0. 9691, and the genetic identity was calculated to be 0. 0406. Conclusion There are some particular polymorphism sites in Chinese YUGU ethnic group. The results suggest that sequence polymorphism from np]6091 -- 16418 in human mitochondrial DNA can be used as a biological marker for forensic identity.

虎门大桥高程控制网的设计与施测

本文介绍了虎门大桥高程控制网的布设与施测方法,其中包括用光学测微法成功地完成了珠江口１．１～１．４ｋｍ四段宽水域的跨河水准测量。为了克服跨河水准遇到的困难,以及施工现场仪器设备条件的限制,自制了特殊觇牌,用一台Ｎ３水准仪,采取“Ｚ”字型布置进行观测,结果达到予期要求。平差后的成果完全满足工程测量二等水准各项精度指标的要求。     

A DISPATCHER TRAINING SIMULATOR SYSTEM INTEGRATED WITH THE EXIST SCADA／EMS

To utilize exist SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)/EMS (Energy Management System) fully and economize capital, Henan Electric Power Dispatching and Communication Center in China established a set of Henan Dispatcher Training Simulator (HNDTS) base on its exist SCADA/EMS. In order to integrated with exist SCADA/EMS, the integration method and technique are proposed. Graph data integration discussed with emphasis.After integration implemented, HNDTS can share all data with SCADA/EMS and dispatchers can be trained in same environment as real work situation, in the same time it can avoid amout of work of maintenance engineers. Both advantages and disadvantages of integration are analyzed. In the end of paper, the requirement for future DTS is put forward base on the experience of author.     

补硒对克山病病区低硒居民血清锌、铜、铁、锰、钙和镁的影响

目的　探讨补硒对克山病病区居民有关元素水平的影响。方法　给克山病病区 1 3～ 1 5岁居民每日口服硒酵母或亚硒酸钠 2 0 0 μg或普通酵母片 1 2周后 ,测定其血清和红细胞硒含量以及血清锌、铜、铁、锰、钙和镁含量。结果　给病区低硒居民补充亚硒酸钠和硒酵母均能明显提高血浆和红细胞硒水平 ,但硒酵母提高血浆和红细胞硒水平作用强于亚硒酸钠 ;补充亚硒酸钠或硒酵母均对病区居民血清锌、铜、铁、锰、钙和镁含量无明显影响。结论　补硒可明显提高病区居民血硒水平 ,但硒水平并不影响血清锌、铜、铁、锰、钙和镁元素的含量
