Outlier mining based abnormal machine detection in intelligent maintenance

Assessing machine’s performance through comparing the same or similar machines is important to implement intelligent maintenance for swarm machine. In this paper, an outlier mining based abnormal machine detection algorithm is proposed for this purpose. Firstly, the outlier mining based on clustering is introduced and the definition of cluster-based global outlier factor (CBGOF) is presented. Then the modified swarm intelligence clustering(MSIC) algorithm is suggested and the outlier mining algorithm based on MSIC is proposed. The algorithm can not only cluster machines according to their performance but also detect possible abnormal machines. Finally, a comparison of mobile soccer robots’ performance proves the algorithm is feasible and effective.     

Persuasibility and its assessment

Persuasive technology is the use of computers, devices or applications to change a person’s attitudes or behavior. Persuasibility design within the system life-cycle is a nascent area of research which is different from design in the traditional method. This paper focuses on the research of persuasibility design and its assessment in the system life-cycle. A life-cycle oriented systemic general theory is developed in this paper to evaluate persuasibility design. Persuasibility assessment is considered as a part of persuasibility design. Its procedure and method are explored and analyzed based on the system life-cycle in this paper. A possible research direction is to create more explicit and detailed persuasion design and assessment methods which can be used not only in personal computer persuasive application, but also many other electric devices that are designed for persuasion purposes.     

基于蓝牙的车站旅客信息发布形式分析

针对铁路车站旅客服务信息系统信息发布中存在的问题,以“蓝牙”技术在国外车站中的应用作为引入点,详细分析蓝牙技术特性及经济特性分析。在此基础上,结合我国铁路车站旅客服务信息系统中存在的问题,从应用原理、硬件／软件结构、应用结构等方面给出相关的解决和应用方案。     

乡镇道路交通特征与安全对策分析

针对浙江省乡镇道路交通安全中存在的问题,结合乡镇道路交通参与者具有交通意识薄弱、交通拥挤问题严重、交通违法现象和违章行为突出、违章占道严重、人车事故较多的交通特征,从人、车、路、管理、经济5方面对乡镇道路交通安全问题进行剖析,提出应从提高全民交通安全意识、消除事故诱发根源、健全交通运输网络、建立网络化综合管理机制等方面采取措施改善乡镇道路交通安全形势。

为了更好地安排首都国际机场快线运营及接驳方式,在分析机场快线客流构成的基础上,改进了基于多式网络客流预测的方法,使得对量化各种交通运输方式之间的换乘和衔接成为可能。在此基础上,使用TransCAD对通往首都机场的客流量进行了预测。在预测过程中,通过建立广义时间函数,充分考虑了不同收入层次旅客在时间、费用、舒适度上的不同需求。根据预测客流,设计了机场快线在高峰、平峰的运营间隔时间及东直门换乘枢纽点的停车场规模,为东直门交通枢纽的规划设计及首都国际机场客流快速集疏散提出了有参考价值的建议。     

地铁列车引起的大地振动传播规律研究

建立列车一轨道连续弹性双层梁平面模型,模拟地铁列车运行时引起的轨道结构振动,采用快速傅里叶变换法并结合Matlab软件编制程序,求出作用在隧道基底的荷载值,在此基础上,建立“隧道一土层”三维有限元模型,计算并分析了不同列车速度、不同隧道埋深等工况组合下地铁列车引起的大地振动传播规律。     

大鼠空肠黏膜上皮细胞酪酪肽受体的分布与特性

目的 检测正常大鼠空肠黏膜酪酪肽(PYY)受体的分布并测定反映酪酪肽受体特性的基本参数,初步阐明酪酪肽的作用位点和作用特点.方法 用125I标记酪酪肽并对其进行受体放射分析,测得酪酪肽受体的平衡解离常数,最大结合容量及Hill系数.结果 正常大鼠空肠黏膜上皮细胞酪酪肽受体的平衡解离常数(Kd)为(386.69±129.95)pmol/L,最大结合容量(Bmax)为(303.21±116.85)fmol/mg蛋白;Hill系数为1.酪酪肽受体为高亲和力受体.结论 正常大鼠空肠黏膜上皮细胞有酪酪肽受体的分布,酪酪肽受体之间无正负协同效应;酪酪肽受体对PYY具有高亲和性;可能有PYY直接与空肠黏膜上皮酪酪肽受体结合而直接抑制空肠黏膜的分泌.     

外源磷脂酰乙醇胺诱导人宫颈癌HeLa细胞凋亡的研究

目的 磷脂酰乙醇胺(phosphatidylethanolamine, PE)在细胞凋亡的早期由细胞膜内侧翻转到外侧,与磷脂酰丝氨酸共同成为细胞凋亡的早期信号,但是其在凋亡中的作用尚不清楚.本研究探讨了PE对HeLa细胞凋亡的影响.方法 实验以人宫颈癌HeLa细胞系为材料,分别设置了空白对照组、0.125、0.25、0.5和1 mmol/L PE处理组.以MTT检测细胞生长情况,PI-流式细胞仪法检测细胞周期,Annexin V-PI法检测细胞凋亡.结果 与对照组相比,PE各处理组对HeLa细胞生长的抑制作用呈剂量与时间依赖性,并诱导细胞凋亡发生,但不影响细胞周期.结论 PE通过诱导细胞凋亡而抑制HeLa细胞的生长.     

Union examination of AFP, AFU, AFPL3 and γ-GT in early diagnosis of primary liver cancer

Objective To explore the significance of union examination of blood serum liver cancer tracers in the early diagnosis of liver cancer. Methods We observed and compared the level of blood serum liver cancer tracers armor embryo protein (AFP), crag algae glycosidase (AFU), armor embryo protein heteroplasmon (AFPL3) andγ-Gu Anxian transferase (γ-GT) in early time for primary liver cancer patients and hepatitis liver cirrhosis patients and those chronic hepatitis B patients who had liver cancer family history. Results Finally among the 30 patients in the early liver cancer group, 23 were positive with AFP, 20 with AFU, 15 with AFPL3 and 21 with γ-GT. Five were found positive with blood serum AFP, AFPL3, AFU and γ-GT at the same time; 5 with AFP, AFPL3 and γ-GT; 5 with AFP, AFU and AFPL3; 7 with AFP, AFU andγ-GT. By contrast, in the control group, among the 30 hepatitis liver cirrhosis patients and those chronic hepatitis B patients with liver cancer family history, 11 were found positive with AFP, 3 with AFPL3, 12 with AFU and 14 with γ-GT. None of the patients were found positive with union examination of AFP, AFPL3, AFU and γ-GT in the blood serum at the same time. Conclusion The union examination of AFP, AFU, AFPL3 and γ-GT is significant to the early diagnosis of primary liver cancer.     

Screening of hepatocyte proteins binding to NS5ABP37 protein by yeast-two hybrid system

Objective To investigate the biological function of NS5ABP37 and to look for proteins interacting with NS5ABP37 protein in hepatocytes. Methods We constructed bait plasmid expressing NS5ABP37 protein of hepatitis C virus (HCV) by cloning the gene of NS5ABP37 protein into pGBKT7, then the recombinant plasmid DNA was transformed into yeast AH109 (α type). The transformed yeast AH109 was mated with yeast Y187 (α type) containing liver cDNA library plasmid in 2×YPDA medium. Diploid yeast was plated on synthetic dropout nutrient medium (SD/-Trp-Leu-His-Ade) containing X-α-gal for selection and screening. After extracting and sequencing of plasmids from positive (blue) colonies, we made a sequence analysis by bioinformatics. Results We screened twenty-five proteins binding to NS5ABP37, including Homo sapiens cyclin Ⅰ (CCNI) gene, Homo sapiens matrix metallopeptidase 25 (MMP25) and Homo sapiens talin 1. Conclusion The yeast-two hybrid system is an effective method for identifying hepatocyte proteins interacting with NS5ABP37 of HCV. And the biological function of NS5ABP37 may be associated with glycometabolism, lipid metabolism and apoptosis.
