人心脏神经节丛的定位和定量及神经连接

为了研究人心脏神经元的构筑，观察了人心脏神经节的分布数量和神经连接。光镜下发现大量神经节（５５０±１４９）或神经元分布在人的心房和心室表面。神经节和神经纤维束形成神经节丛。在左右心房表面，心房神经节丛靠神经纤维束彼此相连；在心室顶侧面心室神经节丛也彼此相连。但是在光镜下未发现心房神经节丛和心室神经节丛之间有神经纤维束相连。这个形态学发现支持把心房神经节丛和心室神经节丛区分为两个相对独立的功能单位的概念。     

Geometrical design of blade＇s surface and boundary control of Navier-Stokes equations

In this article a new principle of geometric design for blade＇s surface of an impeller is provided. This is an optimal control problem for the boundary geometric shape of flow and the control variable is the surface of the blade. We give a minimal functional depending on the geometry of the blade＇s surface and such that the flow＇s loss achieves minimum. The existence of the solution of the optimal control problem is proved and the Euler-Lagrange equations for the surface of the blade are derived. In addition, under a new curvilinear coordinate system, the flow domain between the two blades becomes a fixed hexahedron, and the surface as a mapping from a bounded domain in R2 into R3 , is explicitly appearing in the objective functional. The Navier-Stokes equations, which include the mapping in their coefficients, can be computed by using operator splitting algorithm. Furthermore, derivatives of the solution of Navier- Stokes equations with respect to the mapping satisfy linearized Navier-Stokes equations which can be solved by using operator splitting algorithms too. Hence, a conjugate gradient method can be used to solve the optimal control problem.

A New Proposal of Inverse-Time Characteristics for Overcurrent Relay Based on Microcomputer

The conventional time function of electromechanical relays is hard to coordinate with other relays．In order to promote the application of inverse-time overcurrent relays，a new time function for microprocessor-type relay is proposed．The setting of the trip time for this relay is performed by determining the shortest trip time and the longest trip time，respectively．The results of analysis show that with the new time function，the inverse-time overcurrent relay is easy to coordinate with other relays and has a comparatively shorter trip time，and that the fault happens in the protective zone．     

Study of the mechanism on the apoptosis induced in Human leukemia cell line K562 by the combination of indole-3-acetic acid and horseradish peroxidase

Objective To investigate the mechanisms of apoptosis induced in Human leukemia cell line K562 by the combination of indole-3-acetic acid and horseradish peroxidase. Methods Human leukemia cell line K562 were exposed to indole-3-acetic acid （IAA） at 20, 40, 60, 80 or 100 mol/L and horseradish peroxidase（HRP） at 1.2 g/mL for varying times. MTT assay was applied to detect the cell proliferation. Flow cytometry was performed to detect the arrest of cell cycle. Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling （TUNEL） assay was used to measure apoptosis. 2, 7-dichlorofluorescin diacetate （DCFH-DA） uptake was measured to determine free radical by confocal microscope. Content of malondiadehyde （MDA） and activity of superoxide dismutase （SOD） were measured by biochemical methods. Results IAA/HRP initiated growth inhibition of K562 cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner. Flow cytometry revealed that cell cycle arrested at G1/G0 after 24 hours treatment. After 72 hours treatment, apoptotic rate of 100 mol/L IAA group increased to 43.9 %, which was 5 times that of control（P〈0.01）. Content of MDA and activity of SOD increased respectively in treatments compared with control. Meanwhile, IAA/HRP stimulated the formation of free radical, which was increased by IAA concentration-dependently. Conclusion The combination of IAAand HRP can inhibit the growth of Human leukemia cell line K562 in vitro by inducing apoptosis which is associated with the increase of free radical. The combination of IAA and HRP might be a promising chemopreventive and chemotherapeutic agent against human leukemia.

无缝线路的流变理论模型

本文对原苏联无缝线路（简称ＣＷＲ）的流变理论研究进行了介绍，并指出了其研究的不足。作者通过大量的模型的比选，并结合世界各国及我国的现有的实验资料，得到了较大符合我国ＣＷＲ具体情况的流变理论模型，并就此推导出了其微分方程。     

嵌入式平台ARM-uClinux的构建与应用开发

介绍了ARM处理器以及嵌入式操作系统uClinux的特点．将uClinux操作系统移植到ARM7上，构建了ARM—uClinux嵌入式平台．以此为基础完成了一种车载GPS接收机的软硬件设计．GP2015作为接收机的射频前端，内嵌ARM7核的GP4020作为接收机的数字基带处理器．此接收机消除以往处理器数据处理的瓶颈效应，解决了体积小，功耗低的问题．     

基于Fisk运量随机配流的交通信息最优发布水平确定研究

本文借助Fisk运量随机配流模型建立一个简单二层规划模型来研究交通信息的最优发布水平，通过模型分析得出一些重要结论。在非拥挤交通网络中，信息发布不产生外部效果，信息系统应发布全部信息；在严重拥挤的交通网络中，产生正的外部效果，信息系统应发布全部信息；在一般拥挤网络中，可能产生正的外部效果，也可能产生负的外部效果，应根据具体情况选择合适的信息发布水平。     

基于μC/OS-II的汽车CAN总线智能节点的设计

在将嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-II成功移植到LPC2129的基础上,给出了基于ARM7内核的LPC2129汽车CAN总线硬件电路,详细阐述了基于嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-II的智能节点软件设计方法。
