船厂信息化建设的原则及实施措施

阐述了目前我国船舶行业信息化建设的现状和存在的问题,针对船厂信息化建设的原则和存在的问题,从人才的培养、信息的集成及信息安全等角度进行了论述,提出了相应的解决方法和建议.     

Product Quality Evaluation Method Based on Product Gene Theory

Traditional quality inspection based product quality evaluation method with complex process has high operating cost and requires more professional knowledge. To remove the above limitation, this paper leads product gene theory into product quality evaluation. Methods of quality influencing factors based modeling and encoding are established. Combined with similarity theory and product gene theory, a product gene similarity analysis based quality evaluation method is proposed. The proposed method is low cost, operates easily and requires less specialized knowledge. A case study is conducted to prove the correctness and feasibility of this method.     

Reliability Modeling and Maintenance Policy Optimization for Deteriorating System Under Random Shock

Performance degradation and random shock are commonly regarded as two dependent competing risks for system failures. One method based on effective service age is proposed to jointly model the cumulative effect of random shock and system degradation, and the reliability model of degradation system under Nonhomogeneous Poisson processes (NHPP) shocks is derived. Under the assumption that preventive maintenance (PM) is imperfective and the corrective maintenance (CM) is minimal repair, one maintenance policy which combines PM and CM is presented. Moreover, the two decision variables, PM interval and the number of PMs before replacement, are determined by a multi-objective maintenance optimization method which simultaneously maximizes the system availability and minimizes the system long-run expect cost rate. Finally, the performance of the proposed maintenance optimization policy is demonstrated via a numerical example.     

汉语负迁移对英语学习的影响及对策

母语对第二语言的学习和第二语言习得产生着重要的影响。汉语同样使得在学习英语的过程中发生正迁移和负迁移。本文主要从语音、词汇、句法、语用和两种语言根本差异几个层面，论述了汉语对英语学习的负迁移，并提出了克服英语学习中负迁移的途径和方法。     

组合渗碳-碳氮共渗

研究了采用预先渗碳,再进行碳氮共渗的组合式化学热处理工艺(简称"组合渗碳-碳氮共渗")对重荷载、中等冲击、中高速场合下工作的零件处理后的渗层组织、浓度梯度、疲劳等性能的影响.结果表明,此工艺具有处理温度低、渗速快、渗碳层和碳氮共渗层厚度可按比例调整等优点,同时能有效抑制单一渗碳和单一碳氮共渗中易产生的组织缺陷,渗层浓度梯度和硬度梯度平缓,渗层与基体结合强度较高、表面残余应力高,综合机械性能好.

根据路面工程的项目特点,从校准工程数量、确定合理的施工组织设计、正确选用定额、合理取定材料单价等方面对提高路面施工图预算的方法进行探讨。     

Tool Wear Prediction in Micro-end-milling with Hard Material

The applications of micro-machining have increased drastically in the last ten years. However, tools with less than 1mm diameter using for micro-mills have very short and unpredictable life when they are used to cut hard metals. In this study, preliminary design of experiment (DOE) test program was conducted to investigate and identify the factors affecting tool wear at the micro-scale with hard material. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Taguchi method were efficient to determine appropriate cutting condition and the effect of parameters. A simple model was also developed to predict the width of slots on the workpiece along the cutting length. The obtained results can provide the basic guidelines for parameter setting of micro-end-milling with hard material.

生物接触氧化法处理洗浴废水的填料选择研究以软性纤维和软性泡沫作为备选填料,采用活性污泥挂膜法,浅析了膜培养过程中的影响因素.最后通过最佳水力停留时间这一废水处理指标对备选填料进行比较,最终选择软性泡沫作为动态实验填料.     

H_∞ Autopilot Design for Autonomous Underwater Vehicles

The design approach of H∞ autopilot for autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) is proposed. Comprised by the three sub-controllers,i.e. speed,heading and depth controllers,the designed autopilot has advantage over existing H∞ control of AUVs. The overshoot in speed,heading and depth control systems under step commands is restricted by refining the weighting function for robust stability.
