沙眼衣原体D型MOMP基因的克隆和序列分析

目的　从D型沙眼衣原体培养物中克隆主要外膜蛋白(MOMP)基因。方法　利用细胞培养法扩增沙眼衣原体后,提取基因组为模板,经聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增全长MOMP基因,并用酶切、PCR扩增及序列测定等方法对重组质粒进行鉴定。结果　成功扩增了MOMP基因,并插入克隆载体 pUCmT中。结论　MOMP基因的克隆为进一步开展沙眼衣原体的疫苗研究奠定了基础。

针对弹库探测系统的智能传感器网络，结合其具体功能，分析了网络中各个传感器之间的相互关系和网络的整体效果，构建了单元和联任务可靠性模型并进行分析计算，阐述了其应用于智能传感器网络的合理性。     

交通运输业相对效率、技术进步和全要素生产率动态研究——基于1993～2006年数据的实证分析

运用数据包络分析模型从实证的角度计算了我国铁路、公路、水路、民航和管道的货运相对效率、技术进步和全要素生产率,发现铁路效率最优,各种方式的交通运输处于较好的发展状态.结合交通运输业的特征,最后给出了若干发展交通运输的建议.     

不平等格式合同条款对施工企业成本的影响

通过对某高速公路工程业主制定的《合同专用条款》及业主的具体实施情况对比，分析承包人在接受不平等的格式合同条款后加大了工程成本，加重了施工企业负担。所以投标人应重视标前评审工作，尽量将风险规避在投标文件中，建设主管部门要依法扼制不平等格式合同条款。

港口装卸设备的安全运行与创新管理

近几年来，厦门东渡港码头已成为我国最大的进口荒料石材的集散地。笔者所在的石材操作大队与公司签订安全生产计件承包协议，承担公司所有进口荒石的堆垛、装车发货、场地整理等安全生产任务。石材装卸是一种危险性极高的作业，相对于石材作业量的巨增，设备数量明显偏少，使得设备长期处于满负荷运转状态。如何确保设备的性能，尤其是设备的安全性能，是摆在我们面前的一项艰巨任务。     

On constructing certificateless proxy signature from certificateless signature

In proxy signature schemes, an original signer A delegates its signing capability to a proxy signer B, in such a way that B can sign message on behalf of A.The recipient of the final message verifies at the same time that B computes the signature and that A has delegated its signing capability to B.Recently many identity-based(ID-based) proxy signature schemes have been proposed, however, the problem of key escrow is inherent in this setting.Certificateless cryptography can overcome the key escrow problem.In this paper, we present a general security model for certificateless proxy signature scheme.Then, we give a method to construct a secure certificateless proxy scheme from a secure certificateless signature scheme, and prove that the security of the construction can be reduced to the security of the original certificateless signature scheme.     

基于波导模式的甚低频场强计算方法

受电离层反射的影响,甚低频（VLF）电波传播过程中会发生干涉,再加上电波传播本身的衰减、地理环境、电离层高度等多因素影响,使得甚低频场强计算十分困难。基于地球-电离层波导的传播模型,运用波导模式理论对甚低频电波的场强进行计算。对计算结果和实测数据的对比分析表明,波导模式理论能够准确地对甚低频场强进行预测。
