基于PLC的船舶空气源热泵供热水控制系统研发

为了极大限度节省船舶热水站能耗,研制出一套空气源热泵热水控制系统及PLC与变频器构成恒压供热水系统,并通过触摸屏对系统进行参数设置和实时监控,可保证昼夜不间断恒压供水,提高了船舶热水站的可靠性和经济性。     

Application of digital image correlation method to in-situ dynamic strain measurement

Application of digital image correlation (DIC) method to determination of in-situ dynamic strain is presented in this study. Firstly, an integrative software is programmed based on the DIC algorithms and point-wise least-squares fitting technique. Then, simulated speckle images are generated to study the computational accuracy of this software. The experimental setup and procedures for measuring in-situ dynamic strain through both DIC and strain gauge are proposed. The DIC results are close to those measured by strain gauge. This fact reveals that DIC is a practical and effective tool for in-situ dynamic strain measurement. Finally, the full-field in-situ dynamic strain of another specimen is measured by DIC, and the overall distribution of the strain in the measurement area is clearly shown.     

位场向下延拓系数矩阵性质及Barzilai-Borwein向下延拓法

位场的向下延拓不仅仅能够提高地球物理数据解释的可靠性，在导航方面也有着重要的作用. 为了进一步提高计算精度和速度，提出了位场向下延拓的Barzilai-Borwein （BB）法. 首先证明了位场向下延拓的系数矩阵为对称的双重Toeplitz系统矩阵（block-Toeplitz-Toeplitz-block，BTTB）；其次，假定该系数矩阵为正定的条件下，采用BB法迭代求解下延方程组，并约束其迭代步长确保算法收敛；最后，分别通过理论模型无噪声数据和实际资料对BB法进行检验，并与积分迭代法进行对比. 结果表明:理论模型验证时，同一收敛精度条件下，BB法的计算速度是积分迭代法的2倍以上；实际资料检验时，在相同计算次数下，BB法与积分迭代法的平均相对误差分别为6.1%与7.7%.      

霍尔锚水阻力试验研究

为研究悬挂状态的霍尔锚在水中移动时的阻力,在船模拖曳水池中进行了模型试验.以拖车运行速度模拟锚移动速度,并采用一套简易装置测试出锚的阻力.试验结果表明,锚阻力大小与移动速度的平方成正比.通过回归分析给出了锚阻力的经验公式,可为相关研究提供参考.     

钢箱梁桥地震响应的有限元分析

针对典型的工程实例,基于大型有限元软件,采用纤维模型模拟梁柱单元,建立了钢箱梁桥的三维有限元模型,合理选取了强震记录,进行了罕遇地震作用下桥梁结构的弹塑性时程分析,为桥梁结构抗震设计和提高抗震安全性提供了科学依据和重要参考.     

桥梁加宽中新增梁对旧桥的影响

依托黄土地区高速公路改扩建桥梁加宽工程,选取一座3孔13 m简支空心板桥,分析新增空心板梁对旧桥原有板梁的影响。基于不同加宽方案对新旧桥空心板梁横向分布系数进行了计算,计算结果表明增加新梁截面刚度可有效降低旧梁横向分布系数。建议采用移旧桥边梁为新桥边梁并且提高新增空心板梁刚度的加宽方案。     

四川旅游资源交通系统综合布局分析

作为影响旅游活动的重要因素之一,交通布局直接关系到旅游业的发展。本文根据四川旅游资源的现状、地理位置等情况,将四川划分出三大旅游经济圈,从各旅游经济圈交通现状及客流特征入手,利用关联分析的方法,结合数据对比,剖析了各旅游经济圈与交通的关联。最后,在整合四川旅游资源的前提下,得出了四川旅游资源交通系统综合布局的相关结论。     

Modeling research on manufacturing execution system based on large-scale system cybernetics

A cybernetics model of manufacturing execution system(MES CM) was proposed and studied from the viewpoint of cybernetics.Combining with the features of manufacturing system, the MES CM was modeled by"generalized modeling"method that is discussed in large-scale system theory.The mathematical model of MES CM was constructed by the generalized operator model, and the main characteristics of MES CM were analyzed.     

Sensitivity analysis of parameters for multi-stand roll forming using a new booting model

Multi-stand roll forming is a process that has very complicated deformation behaviour and shows significant nonlinearity.In this paper, the sensitivity analysis of parameters for multi-stand roll forming was performed via a new booting finite element method(FEM) model.Compared with the most of simulation, the new model is more consistent with production process and can account for the effects of roll rotating speed.Based on the model, the process of an open section channel formed with 10 passes was simulated and the sensitivity analysis was conducted with orthogonal experiment design combined FEM model.The multi-stand roll forming process can be efficiently analyzed by the new booting model.And sensitivity analysis shows the hardening exponent plays an important role in controlling the quality of the products.
