上海城市公交动力系统优化匹配

应用Cruise商用软件建立公交客车的仿真模型并进行验证,建立公交客车基于动力性、经济性和排放性能的动力总成匹配的综合评价体系,对可供选择方案的匹配结果进行综合评价,并分析了各项指标占不同权重时对综合评价结果的影响。将公交车实际运行的路谱作为典型工况进行仿真,结果表明,新方案在适当降低整车动力性后,油耗比原车型降低10%以上,更适合于上海的公交运行。     

路基土石方计算方法的研究

在分析土石方计算影响因素的基础上,提出了适用于不同阶段的断面一致、动态平衡和价值相等等三个土石方计算模式以及相应的计算方法,指出今后道路CAD系统要改进的方面。

Handling performance control for hybrid 8-wheel-drive vehicle and simulation verification

In order to improve handling performance of a hybrid 8-Wheel-Drive vehicle, the handling performance control strategy was proposed. For armoured vehicle, besides handling stability in high speed, the minimum steer radius in low speed is also a key tactical and technical index. Based on that, the proposed handling performance control strategy includes ‘Handling Stability’ and ‘Radius Minimization’ control modes. In ‘Handling Stability’ control mode, ‘Neutralsteer Radio’ is defined to adjust the steering characteristics to satisfy different demand in different speed range. In ‘Radius Minimization’ control mode, the independent motors are controlled to provide an additional yaw moment to decrease the minimum steer radius. In order to verify the strategy, a simulation platform was built including engine and continuously variable transmission systems, generator and battery systems, independent motors and controllers systems, vehicle dynamic and tyre mechanical systems. The simulation results show that the handling performance of the vehicle can be enhanced significantly, and the minimum steer radius can be decreased by 20% which is significant improvement compared to the common level of main battle armoured vehicle around the world.     

关于站台建筑限界的探讨

地铁运营中所发生的乘客上下车时踩空受伤的事故,使人怀疑传统站台建筑限界采用车辆宽度加100mm间隙的合理性,通过分析《地铁限界标准》中车辆限界计算公式,指出站台建筑限界和车体之间的安全间隙可按车门类型来确定。     

三叶片节气门与传统节气门发动机缸内流场仿真

对低气门升程下搭配有传统节气门、三叶片节气门的发动机进行台架试验,并得到了其对应的发动机万有特性图。通过建立发动机从节气门至气缸内的模型,选择目标工况点,在FLUENT里面进行了对比计算。结果表明,发动机中速高负荷时,搭载三叶片节气门的发动机比搭载传统节气门的发动机具有明显较优的缸内涡流强度、滚流强度以及湍动能,从而解释了搭载三叶片发动机的万有特性图中中速高负荷区域具有较好燃油经济性的原因。     

Monte Carlo simulation of B2-L2<Subscript>1</Subscript> ordering transitions in Au-Cu-Al alloy systems

The B2-L2₁ ordering transitions in Au-Cu-Al shape-memory alloys are studied by the Monte Carlo exchange simulations, where a set of the first, the second and the third nearest-neighbor mixing potentials for Cu-Al in the Au-Cu-Al alloys are calculated from first principals using the Connolly-Williams methods. To ensure the phase stability of the β-Au-Cu-Al, the investigation includes the range of compositions Au₂Cu_1−x Al_1+x (−0.15 ⩽ x ⩽ 0.15). The B2-L2₁ transition temperatures are predicted, and are in agreement with the experimental results. The atomic ordering around vacancy of the L2₁ structure is further discussed.

复杂形状船体剖面水动力系数计算方法研究

基于势流理论的源汇分布法适合计算双体船,小水线面船等特殊形状的剖面,对常规船型的计算精度满足工程精度要求,但对粘性效应较明显的非常规船型计算精度较差。文章借助计及粘性效应的CFD软件Fluent,模拟物体在水池中作受迫振荡,采用RANS方法计算复杂形状船体剖面的简谐振荡力,对该力的拟合分解可以得到水动力系数。通过对首部形状较复杂的船型纵向运动预报结果比较表明采用RANS方法计算剖面水动力系数由于考虑了粘性效应,对阻尼系数计算更符合实际物理特征。因此对粘性影响较大的复杂船型文中提出的方法优于常规势流算法。     

多孔结构防波堤消浪特性实验研究

针对国内外目前对浮式防波堤的研究,提出了两种类似于浮筏式防波堤的防波堤结构形式,金属网式防波堤,盲沟式防波堤,通过测量堤前、堤后波面高程,研究了多孔结构对于透射系数的影响,结果表明:盲沟式防波堤消浪效果明显,且相对宽度也是影响消浪效果的重要因素.
