基于SCP理论的我国港口物流绩效定量分析

运用SCP产业组织理论的研究方法,分析我国港口物流产业绩效的整体现状,同时试图构造一个"结构-行为-绩效"的分析框架,为产业现状的科学评价提供服务.研究结果表明:我国港口物流产业目前正处于一种一定程度垄断性质的竞争市场结构;市场行为体现出局部垄断和竞争合作的两重性,其出现的适应性反应,影响了市场结构和市场绩效;另外,市场绩效也造成了产业结构和市场行为的变化.通过技术统计及理论分析,认为我国港口物流产业正处于快速成长时期,其经营绩效显著优于其他物流行业,呈现出较好的发展势头.

Turbo-Coded Modulation of EVRC Speech Encoder with Unequal Error Protection for Fading Channels

The Enhanced Variable Rate Codec (EVRC) is a standard for the Speech Service Opti6n 3 for Wideband Spread Spectrum Digital System, which has been employed in both IS-95 cellular systems and ANSI J-STC-008 PCS (Personal Communications Systems). This paper investigated the combination of turbo codes with Unequal Error Protection (UEP) and 16-QAM modulation for EVRC codec of Rate 1 to get power and bandwidth efficient coding scheme. The results show that the UEP system outperforms the Equal Error Protection (EEP) one by 1.45dB at BER of 10^-5.     

Clinical Detection and Feature Analysis on Neuro Signals

Research on neuro signals is challenging and significative in modern natural science. By clinical experiment, signals from three main nerves (median nerve, radial nerve and ulnar nerve) are successfully detected and recorded without any infection. Further analysis on their features under different movements, their mechanics and correlations in dominating actions are also performed. The original discovery and first-hand materials make it possible for developing practical neuro-prosthesis.     

周围性肺栓塞螺旋CT强化扫描肺密度测量的研究

目的　探讨螺旋CT平扫与强化扫描肺实质密度测量在周围性肺栓塞诊断中的作用。方法　 8只犬于DSA下复制为单侧周围性肺栓塞动物模型后进行螺旋CT平扫和强化扫描 ,根据DSA发现的栓塞肺动脉的位置 ,于螺旋CT平扫和强化扫描图像上分别测量栓塞区与对侧肺正常肺实质的CT值 ,比较双肺的CT值差异与净增CT值差异。结果　螺旋CT平扫栓塞区的CT值与对侧正常肺实质的CT值之间无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;螺旋CT强化扫描显示栓塞区的CT值明显低于正常肺实质的CT值 (P <0 .0 1) ,而且栓塞区的净增CT值也明显低于正常肺实质的净增CT值 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　螺旋CT强化扫描可以发现周围性肺栓塞所致的低灌注区 ,是诊断周围性肺栓塞的重要间接征象     

奉节长江大桥南桥头高边坡治理

重庆市奉节长江大桥地处齐曜山山脉构造带,断裂褶皱发育,地形陡峻,地质条件复杂,不良地质作用发育,南桥头交叉道口人工边坡高达140 m.经过多方案比较论证,采用了多种措施对边坡进行综合处治,变形监测结果表明治理后边坡处于稳定状态.     

单侧黑质纹状体通路损毁改变大鼠丘脑网状核神经元的电活动

目的观察单侧黑质纹状体通路损毁对大鼠丘脑网状核神经元电活动的影响。方法采用在体细胞外记录方法研究正常大鼠和帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)模型大鼠丘脑网状核(TRN)γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)能神经元放电频率和放电形式的变化。结果对照组和PD组大鼠TRN神经元的放电频率分别是(14.7±1.6)Hz(n=23)和(33.8±3.0)Hz(n=29),PD组大鼠TRN神经元的放电频率显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。在对照组大鼠,17%的神经元呈现不规则放电,83%为爆发式放电;而在PD组大鼠,具有规则、不规则和爆发式放电的神经元比例分别为7%、45%和48%,爆发式放电的神经元比例明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论单侧黑质纹状体通路损毁诱发大鼠TRN内GABA能神经元的放电频率增高,爆发式放电减少,这种变化可能与皮质-TRN兴奋性神经传递增强和苍白球-TRN抑制性神经传递减弱有关。     

COLOR AC-PDP ENHANCEMENT OF LOW LEVELS IMAGE QUALITY WITH DYNAMIC MODIFYING SUB-FIELDS CODE

Based on the ＂Grayscales average distribution＂ method which equally distributes the input gray levels to output gray levels, three improved methods named： ＂Reduce the gray range expressed by the less significant subfields＂, ＂Low levels preset＂ and ＂Modify the exponent of inverse-gamma function＂ are proposed in this paper. Using these methods, the inverse-gamma relation subfields code can be obtained easily which can improve the low level expressions of AC-PDP. And a program, ＂ gray scales distribution validate program＂, which can enhance the expressions of the demanded gray levels range, is also proposed in this paper.
