重点对国内外交通运行状态的可靠性评价研究现状进行综述，并围绕现存问题进行未来研究展望。论文讨论了现有交通运行状态的非概率评价指标的局限性及道路交通运行可靠性概率评价的必要性，分析了目前国内外有代表性的若干可靠度指标，如连通可靠度、运行时间可靠度、容量可靠度及畅通可靠度的计算方法及适用范围。并对可靠度指标在路网规划、交通管理、智能交通管理系统中的应用前景及未来研究重点进行了展望。

A Semi—blind Adaptive Beamforming Algorithm for Wideband Coherent CDMA

This paper presented a novel semi-blind adaptive beamforming algorithm specially designed for wideband coherent CDMA mobile communication systems with multiplexd control and data channels. The presented algo-rithm uses a parallel structure to exploit not only the desired user‘s pseudo noise sequence but also the information from multiplexed pilot and data symbols, thus help achieve faster convergence and lower bit error rate. Monte Carlo simulation results verified the performance improvement in terms of BER.     

The RSA Cryptoprocessor Hardware Implementation Based on Modified Montgomery Algorithm

RSA (Rivest-Shamir-Adleman)public-key cryptosystem is widely used in the information security area such as encryption and digital signature. Based on the modified Montgomery modular multiplication algorithm, a new architecture using CSA(carry save adder)was presented to implement modular multiplication. Compared with the popular modular multiplication algorithms using two CSA, the presented algorithm uses only one CSA, so it can improve the time efficiency of RSA eryptoproeessor and save about half of hardware resources for modular multiplication. With the increase of encryption data size n, the clock cycles for the encryption procedure reduce in T(n^2), compared with the modular multiplication algorithms using two CSA.

船舶在规则纵浪中的混沌运动

Parametric resonance can lead to dangerously large rolling motions, endangering the ship, cargo and crew. The QR-factorization method for calculating (LCEs) Lyapunov Characteristic Exponents was introduced; parametric resonance stability of ships in longitudinal waves was then analyzed using LCEs. Then the safe and unsafe regions of target ships were then identified. The results showed that this method can be used to analyze ship stability and to accurately identify safe and unsafe operating conditions for a ship in longitudinal waves.

椭圆余弦波理论在波峰面上升高度计算中的应用

在开敞式高桩码头的设计中,波峰面上升高度是确定上部结构顶面高程的重要因素。针对波峰面上升高度的计算理论问题,对二阶斯托克斯波和椭圆余弦波理论进行论述。结合西非某工程案例,采用不同理论计算各控制点的波要素。结果表明:在长周期波浪作用海域,计算波峰面上升高度前应首先计算相对水深,当d0.125L时,采用二阶斯托克斯波理论计算结果误差较大,采用椭圆余弦波理论计算结果更符合实际情况。
