Research purposes: With the advancement of system reform of China railway, the railway construction project is promoting the application of general contracting (EPC) model, and in this mode, how the owners effectively control the construction quality has become the focus of the current research. To explore of the key factors influencing quality of railway construction project, based on the owner's perspective, from the three stages of design, procurement and construction selecting 10 factors, the DEMATEL method is adopted to analyze the logical relationship between various factors and mutual influence, screening factors which have higher centrality and causality as the key factors affecting the quality of the owner engineering. Research conclusions:(1) The design port and interface management, the comprehensive strength of the construction companies have high centrality and causality, which are the key factors influencing quality of the EPC railway construction project. (2) The situation of carrying out periodic inspection work belongs to the factor with low centrality and high causality. In the process of improving quality of the EPC railway construction project, this factor can be the secondary consideration. Research purposes: Low vibration track is a suitable track structure in the heavy haul railway long tunnel. Taking the low vibration track in the middle-south channel tunnel as the research object, through the full-scale model static load test, this paper studies the mechanical properties of a single bearing block under the vertical load at the end of the track bed slab (working condition 1), the horizontal and vertical load at the end of the track bed slab (working condition 2), the vertical load at the middle of the track bed slab (working condition 3) and track's crack development trend. Research conclusions:(1) Taking the static load of 30 t axle load train as a reference, the track slab and bearing block concrete of working condition 1 reach the axial tensile strength at 3.3 and 3.1 times static wheel load, the track slab and bearing block concrete of working condition 2 reach the axial tensile strength at 3.0 and 3.1 times static wheel load, the track slab and bearing block concrete of working condition 3 reach the axial tensile strength at 4.9 and 2.9 times static wheel load. (2) Track slab's crack of working condition 1 appears at the corner of the bearing block and the midline of the long side of the bearing block and extends to the short side of the track slab. The crack extension at the corner point is in the shape of "eight". There is no obvious crack of working condition 3 in the track slab. (3) The horizontal load of the train leads to the increase of the force of the concrete in the corner of the bearing block. This article describes results from a study focused on informational and knowledge needs of local coastal resources decision makers in the Ohio Lake Erie basin. New information was obtained through a series of focus groups of local decision makers and key training providers in the basin. The results suggest that training providers and local coastal resources decision makers have differing perceptions of knowledge and information needs and training venues. The results suggest a role for state and federal agency training providers as coordinators and facilitators of an enhanced learning network among decision makers, including support of an information clearinghouse, adoption of appropriate e-based learning modalities, and regionally based learning and practice networks to improve the function of the training market to meet local decision maker needs. 相似文献

Recent estimates by J. Gosselink, E. Odum, and R. Pope of the economic value of natural wetlands have had considerable impact on analyses and discussions of public policies concerning natural wetlands management. However, these economic value estimates are neither conceptually nor empirically correct. First, these workers failed to recognize the nature of the process by which economic values are determined and made an illegitimate marriage of the principles of systems ecology and economic theory. The acoustic analogy represents a powerful and versatile approach, able to numerically predict the noise generated by a body moving in a fluid. It is widely used to provide essential indications about the aeroacoustic behavior of aircraft and helicopters (even at a design stage) and, eventually, to pursue effective strategies aimed at desirable reduction and/or control of noise. Nevertheless, applications in the area of hydroacoustics and in the prediction of ship underwater noise are very rare. In this paper, the potential of the acoustic analogy is directly tested on a large ferry, for which a measurement campaign at sea was performed. In spite of the complexity of the tested configuration [the ship mounts two contracted and loaded tip (CLT) propellers located ahead of two rudders, and its hull is characterized by a rather elongated skeg] and the many variables not taken into account in the numerical simulation (such as the contribution from machinery noise and the probable occurrence of tip vortex cavitation), the agreement between the measured and computed noise spectra is quite satisfactory. The analysis suggests many interesting features of the ship hydroacoustic field: the dominant role played by nonlinear sources far from the body and the relevance of scattering effects from the hull surface. Furthermore, the scattered pressure seems to contribute to alter the frequency content of the resulting signatures with respect to the blade passage frequencies. Finally, an overview of future developments and applications of this numerical approach for marine/maritime problems is presented. 相似文献

In this paper, a predictive dynamic traffic assignment model in congested capacity-constrained road networks is formulated. A traffic simulator is developed to incrementally load the traffic demand onto the network, and updates the traffic conditions dynamically. A time-dependent shortest path algorithm is also given to determine the paths with minimum actual travel time from an origin to all the destinations. The traffic simulator and time-dependent shortest path algorithm are employed in a method of successive averages to solve the dynamic equilibrium solution of the problem. The Fuel-Injection Pump (FIP) used in diesel engine has a higher-pair cam-mechanism to pressurize the fuel for injection.
This paper proposes a methodology to model FIP from a multibody Dynamics (MBD) perspective. The results from the model include
the temporal behavior of driving torque, contact Hertz stress and reaction forces at various joints. The model helps the designer
to assess the effect of various cam profiles, link parameters and other design variables. It is necessary that these parameters
be optimized for future high pressure applications. For this purpose, a cam-mechanism with offset follower axis is analysed.
Decoupled Natural Orthogonal Complement (DeNOC) matrices based algorithm is used to model FIP without and with offset cam-mechanism.
The study shows that, the offset cam-mechanism allows reduction in the side-thrust, reaction forces, and the contact Hertz
stress acting on the cam-follower interface. As a typical case, for an FIP working around a pressure value of 600 bar, an
optimum offset value is found to be 9.5 mm and it shows a reduction of about 45% in side thrust values. To validate the modeling
approach, experimental studies are performed on pump without and with offset cam-mechanism. Experimental results are in qualitative

This study presents a more realistic modelling of the maglev-based high-speed railway line in Shanghai, China. Focus is placed on an accurate simulation of the two subsystems: the train subsystem including the magnets and the viaduct subsystem including the modular function units of the rails. The electromagnet force–air gap model with a proportional-derivative (PD) controller is adopted to simulate the interaction between the maglev train via its electromagnets and the viaduct via its modular function units. The flexibilities of the rails, girders, piers and associated elastic bearings are all considered in the modelling of the viaduct subsystem to investigate their effects on an interaction between the two subsystems. By applying the proposed model to the Shanghai maglev line, the essential characteristics of the coupled system can be duly captured. The accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed approach are then validated by comparing the computed dynamic responses and frequencies with the measurement results. It is confirmed that the proposed modelling with a detailed simulation of the magnets and modular function units can duly account for the dynamic interaction between the train and viaduct systems. Moreover, the effects of the inclusion of the flexibilities of the rails, girders and elastic supports to the response of the coupled system are respectively investigated, the results of which prove that their involvements are essential to the accurate prediction of the response of the coupled maglev train–viaduct system. 相似文献

This paper focuses on the effects of deregulation of motor carriers in Australia. It is particularly concerned with the implications of regulatory reform beyond the transport sector and uses a general equilibrium approach to examine the economy wide effects of deregulation. Among other things the paper shows that the effects of deregulation are not evenly distributed across all types of industries. Furthermore it concludes that the magnitude of the effects from deregulation in any given industry is not necessarily correlated with the share of total costs devoted to the purchase of transportation services. 相似文献
