Biocompatibility evaluation of polyethylene terephthalate artificial ligament coating hydroxyapatite by fibroblasts cells in vitro

Hydroxyapatite (HA) based materials have been widely used in the field of ligament tissue engineering in the past decades. It has been previously reported that HA can increase the penetration of marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and MSCs cells into scaffolds due to increased cell differentiation in biological media. Additionally, it was found that there are much difference between MSCs and anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) cells. For that reason, we mainly evaluate the biocompatibility of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) silk scaffold with fibroblasts cells in vitro. We cultured mouse fibroblasts cells on the substrate of PET fiber and PET-HA scaffold, respectively, and then observed the morphology by using scanning electron microscopy. Our data indicate that PET-HA scaffold has good biocompatibility with fibroblasts cells and can potentially be useful in enhancing the fibroblasts cell differentiation and proliferation.     

Union examination of AFP, AFU, AFPL3 and γ-GT in early diagnosis of primary liver cancer

Objective To explore the significance of union examination of blood serum liver cancer tracers in the early diagnosis of liver cancer. Methods We observed and compared the level of blood serum liver cancer tracers armor embryo protein (AFP), crag algae glycosidase (AFU), armor embryo protein heteroplasmon (AFPL3) andγ-Gu Anxian transferase (γ-GT) in early time for primary liver cancer patients and hepatitis liver cirrhosis patients and those chronic hepatitis B patients who had liver cancer family history. Results Finally among the 30 patients in the early liver cancer group, 23 were positive with AFP, 20 with AFU, 15 with AFPL3 and 21 with γ-GT. Five were found positive with blood serum AFP, AFPL3, AFU and γ-GT at the same time; 5 with AFP, AFPL3 and γ-GT; 5 with AFP, AFU and AFPL3; 7 with AFP, AFU andγ-GT. By contrast, in the control group, among the 30 hepatitis liver cirrhosis patients and those chronic hepatitis B patients with liver cancer family history, 11 were found positive with AFP, 3 with AFPL3, 12 with AFU and 14 with γ-GT. None of the patients were found positive with union examination of AFP, AFPL3, AFU and γ-GT in the blood serum at the same time. Conclusion The union examination of AFP, AFU, AFPL3 and γ-GT is significant to the early diagnosis of primary liver cancer.     

A dynamic computable general equilibrium simulation of China’s innovation-based economy under the new normal

Researching China’s innovative economic and financial innovation issues under the background of the New Normal, we need to carefully analyze the internal structure and interaction of China’s macroeconomics. The computable general equilibrium (CGE) model has outstanding advantages on predicting the external shock influences on economic system, but previous studies on forecast for China’s future economy mostly considered a high growth rate which is hard to comply with the New Normal scene. By constructing China’s macroeconomic dynamic CGE (DCGE) model and anticipating the economic impact of the New Normal, this paper finds that the New Normal has a certain extent inhibition on China’s macro-economy and innovation. However, after adding the research and development (R&D) subsidy policy, the negative impacts of the New Normal on macro-economy can be eliminated to realize the optimization of economic structure. In addition, after combining the financial innovation promoting policy and the KeQiang index through the simulation of macro-economy, we find that the quality of economic growth is improved. Finally, we provide the policy recommendations for the realization of an innovative economy under China’s New Normal.     

数字阶次跟踪技术在汽车NVH领域的应用研究

介绍了数字阶次跟踪分析基本原理,以及在汽车发动机声振信号分析研究上的应用.此项技术采用补零、插值、过采样、重采样等数字计算技术,在对测量得到的发动机振动信号进行"细化"、"选抽"等计算分析后,用"阶次谱"、"三维瀑布图"、"△切片图"等多种图解型式,对国产及国外几种型号的实验发动机进行NVH性能检测.本文推荐的方法,能避免传统FFT分析产生"频率混淆"的缺陷,分析精度高且质量好,证实此项技术是一项有前景的、值得发展的检测诊断新技术.

沥青混凝土高温摊铺对混凝土箱梁桥的影响研究

该文在实测数据的基础上,通过有限元热-应力耦合计算,对影响沥青混凝土摊铺所形成的温度梯度的各种参数进行了分析,在此基础上提出了沥青混凝土摊铺所引起的截面上最不利温度梯度的简化模式,可以为沥青混凝土摊铺所引起的截面应力的计算提供参考,最后对防止沥青混凝土高温摊铺引起裂缝的措施提出了一些建议。     

级联系统变换器阻抗分析与稳定性改善方法研究

基于MT6225平台手机电视MMI开发

基于MT6225平台硬件、软件结构的分析,提出在MT6225平台上增加一款超低功耗PAL/NTSC移动电视接收单芯片TLG1100,以实现手机电视的应用.分别从消息处理、状态转换、按键处理、中断处理、历史记录管理和异常处理6个方面对手机电视软件架构MMI部分进行了详细设计.并在菜单、NVRAM和进入播放界面中给出了实现过程.同时设计了通过在屏幕上的手势滑动来调节频道和音量.     

城市公共交通时间差别定价可行性研究

在城市交通出行环境日益严峻的背景下,公共交通已成为城市发展的关键要素之一,如何提高公共交通的管理质量与效能受到越来越多关注。为解决城市公共交通客流时间不均衡、高峰过度拥挤的问题,提出了时间差别定价的概念。梳理了国内外相关研究进展,从乘客出行时间、边际成本和各方利益三方面分析了时间差别定价在我国的可行性,最后研究了推动时间差别定价实施的策略建议。     

Novel experimental strategy for high resolution AFM imaging of membrane-associated bacterial toxins

Bacterial pore-forming toxins （PFTs） are essential virulence factors of many human pathogens. Knowl- edge of their structure within the membrane is critical for an understanding of their function in pathogenesis and for the development of useful therapy. Atomic force microscopy （AFM） has often been employed to structurally interrogate many membrane proteins, including PFTs, owing to its ability to produce sub-nanometer resolution images of samples under aqueous solution. However, an absolute prerequisite for AFM studies is that the samples are single-layered and closely-packed, which is frequently challenging with PFTs. Here, using the prototypical member of the cholesterol-dependent cytolysin family of PFTs, perfringolysin O （PFO）, as a test sample, we have developed a simple, highly robust method that routinely produces clean, closely-packed samples across the entire specimen surface. In this approach, we first use a small Teflon well to prepare the supported lipid bilayer, remove the sample from the well, and then directly apply the proteins to the bilayer. For reasons that are not clear, bilayer preparation in the Teflon well is essential. We anticipate that this simple method will prove widely useful for the preparation of similar samples, and thereby enable AFM imaging of the greatest range of bacterial PFTs to the highest possible resolution.
