温拌布敦岩沥青混合料路用性能研究

复合改性沥青混合料是采用布敦岩沥青(BMA)及温拌剂复合改性而成的一种沥青混合料,将它与常规BMA及常规温拌沥青性能进行比较,得出该复合改性沥青混合料可以大大降低拌和温度、节约能源、保护环境,还可保证良好的路用性能.以布敦岩沥青作为改性剂能明显提高沥青混合料的高温稳定性,但对低温性能影响很小.     

有源周期性结构缩减表面RCS的研究

在飞行器隐身的研究中,如何有效地降低其表面雷达散射截面(RCS)是重点和研究热点.提出结构性吸收概念,利用如光带隙电磁结晶结构、高阻抗结构等周期性结构的带隙特性和阻抗特性,在物体表面设置单层或多层周期性结构,并通过在类似高阻抗表面的周期性金属单元表面铺设有源器件一变容二极管控制周期性结构的性能,从而实现对入射电磁波的吸收和对表面波的抑制,有效降低了机身表面的RCS.仿真实验证明采用单层或双层有源周期性结构表面,在周期性结构带隙频带内,可以将RCS减缩到3～14 dB,并在多层结构理想化优化条件下,达到缩减RCS 20dB以上,并且可以通过电控方法控制减缩RCS的频带范围.     

加筋板在轴向压力下的极限强度研究

采用非线性有限元直接计算方法,对系列加筋板在轴向压力下的极限强度进行了计算分析.大量数值计算结果与smith及Tanaka的实验结果进行了验证.基于有限元分析结果,提出了加筋板极限强度的预报公式.文中公式与有限元计算及实验对比结果表明,所提出的公式具有较高的精度.     

基于集成平台的船舶三维协同设计流程研究

分析了现代船舶设计制造的特点及随着信息化的发展而存在的一些局限性,在此基础上分析了进行并行协同设计的必要性.同时对协同设计管理软件windchill进行了深入的研究和应用,通过中间件构建了三维设计软件SolidWorks与windchill的集成平台,并分析了其关键技术.结合船舶设计实例实现了三维协同设计的工作流程,为进一步对设计过程实施并行、动态、实时控制创造了条件.     

挖掘机械柴油发动机油门节能控制系统研究

对挖掘机械发动机油门节能控制系统进行了分析,提出了总体设计方案,建立了系统控制模型,进行了控制策略和MATLAB环境下的数字仿真研究。设计了以C8051F020微处理器为核心的节能控制系统,并给出了硬件电路设计框图和软件主程序设计流程框图。经使用证明,该系统操作简便,性能可靠,平均节油率2.5%～4.5%。适用于所有国产和进口挖掘机柴油发动机安装使用,前景广阔。     

First-principle investigation of the structural stability and electronic property of precipitates on the Cu-rich side of Cu-Ni-Si alloys

The energetic and electronic structures of precipitates on the Cu-rich side of Cu-Ni-Si alloys were investigated by using the first-principle calculations based on plane-wave pseudopotential method. The negative formation heats and the cohesive energies of these precipitates were estimated with electronic structure calculations, and their structural stability was also analyzed. The results show that δ-Ni₂Si, γ-Ni₅Si₂ and β-Ni₃Si precipitates all have great alloying ability and structural stability, which, after comparing their density of states (DOS), is found attributed to the pseudogap effect near the Fermi level (E _F) and strong hybridization between the Ni-3d and Si-3p states. Compared with the other two precipitates, the δ-Ni₂Si precipitate has the greatest structural stability, which is resulted from its lower DOS at E _F and the main bonding peaks slightly moving to the low energy region.     

Analysis of stress and strain fields of laser cladding process on ring circular orbit

The cracking of coatings and the deformation of base frustrate the application of laser cladding technology especially on surface of the ring circular orbit. In order to solve the two problems above, the stress and strain fields of the laser cladding process on the ring circular orbit were analyzed through the finite-element method, based on the temperature field. The wedge module of the ring circular ring was the subject investigated. The calculating results show that during the cladding process the crank point tends to generate the transversal crack; the centre point on the coating/base interface tends to generate longitudinal crack; the intersecting edge of the coating and base tends to generate toe crack. Moreover, the cracking tendency of the outer marginal point is obviously greater than that of the inner marginal point. The rather high stress appears at the border position where the constraint exists, and the stress on the point in front of molten pool under the range of laser irradiation is large as well. And the displacement becomes larger as the cladding process proceeds.     

基于职业技能鉴定和培训的高职教育新模式研究

本文以武汉船院职业技能鉴定工作的实践为切入点,提出了当前职业技能鉴定与培训的问题与改革的思路,并对我院职业技能鉴定与培训的实践工作进行了探索,归纳了我院在这方面改革的成效。     

基于DSP的船舶电站自动准同步并车装置的研究

本文介绍了基于DSP的船舶电站自动准同步并车装置的软硬件设计,着重介绍了其频差、压差及相位差的检测与合闸提前量的确定。     

层黏连蛋白及其受体整合素α2在小鼠肾泌尿小管发育中的表达

目的观察细胞外基质层黏连蛋白(Ln)及其受体整合素α2在小鼠肾泌尿小管发育中的表达,探讨它们在泌尿小管发育过程中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学、图像分析、体视学方法和蛋白印迹技术对不同胚龄及生后日龄小鼠肾泌尿小管中的层黏连蛋白和整合素α2的表达进行系统观察和分析。结果层黏连蛋白表达于各期肾小管和集合管的基膜。整合素α2在各期肾小管和集合管的上皮细胞均有一定程度的表达。随着肾的发育,Ln和整合素α2的表达量逐渐增加。结论层黏连蛋白和整合素α2在泌尿小管的发育和成熟过程中一直发挥着作用,影响基膜的发育及上皮细胞极性的形成。
