NT4-Ant-Shepherdin[79-87]融合基因重组载体的构建

目的设计构建携带NT4-Ant-Shepherdin[79-87]的cDNA融合基因的重组载体,为针对Survivin的靶向治疗奠定基础。方法应用非对称引物/模板法、PCR技术制备NT4-Ant-Shepherdin[79-87]cDNA片断,连接于pGEM-T-Easy载体,经克隆测序、酶切后与PBV220/NT4质粒连接;转化感受态细胞E.coliDH5α,亚克隆获得NT4-Ant-Shepherdin[79-87]融合基因。结果克隆出Ant-Shepherdin[79-87]基因,经酶切及测序证实结果正确;连接PBV220/NT4,经克隆、酶切,琼脂糖凝胶电泳证实获得321bp的NT4-Ant-Shepherdin[79-87]目的基因片断。结论通过分子生物学技术成功构建了携带NT4-Ant-Shepherdin[79-87]融合基因的重组载体,为进一步研究针对Survivin的靶向抗肿瘤作用奠定了基础。

不确定性时滞系统时滞相关鲁棒镇定

讨论了具有状态时滞的数值界不确定性线性系统的时滞相关鲁棒控制问题.将矩阵分解的思想应用于线性时滞系统的控制综合,利用Lyapunov-Krasovskii泛函方法,通过牛顿-莱布尼茨各项相互关系引入"0"阵,得到了系统的一种新的经过状态反馈控制后可鲁棒镇定的、基于LMI的、保守性较低的时滞相关条件.该方法既不需要对原系统进行模型变换,也不需要对交叉项进行界定.用算例说明了该方法的有效性.     

A New Proposal of Inverse-Time Characteristics for Overcurrent Relay Based on Microcomputer

The conventional time function of electromechanical relays is hard to coordinate with other relays．In order to promote the application of inverse-time overcurrent relays，a new time function for microprocessor-type relay is proposed．The setting of the trip time for this relay is performed by determining the shortest trip time and the longest trip time，respectively．The results of analysis show that with the new time function，the inverse-time overcurrent relay is easy to coordinate with other relays and has a comparatively shorter trip time，and that the fault happens in the protective zone．     

基于Matlab/GUI的公交发车频率优化软件开发

设计了一种基于Matlab的公交发车频率优化软件,将目前主要的发车频率确定方法集成到软件中,同时包含公交客流断面图绘制和优化曲线绘制功能,为用户提供多维度的决策手段。利用Matlab/GUI组件搭建能够与用户交互、可视化的计算平台,较好地实现了公交发车频率优化一体化集成功能。最后通过昆明44路车跟车调查数据验证了软件的可行性。     

Full Duplex Communications for Next Generation Cellular Networks: The Capacity Gain

Full duplex communication highly improves spectrum efficiency of a wireless communication link. However, when it is applied to a cellular network, the capacity gain from this technology remains unknown. The reason is that full duplex communication changes the aggregate interference experienced by each communication link in cellular networks. In this paper, the capacity gain from full duplex communication is studied for cellular networks of 4G and beyond, where the same frequency channel is adopted in each cell. A two-layer Poisson point process (PPP) is adopted to model the network topology, and stochastic geometry is employed to derive the coverage probability and the average capacity of typical link in a cellular network. On the basis of these derived parameters, the capacity gain from full duplex communication is determined. Numerical results reveal that without mutual interference cancellation (MIC), the capacity gain is small under various power levels; with perfect MIC at base stations, the capacity gain can exceed 60%; with imperfect MIC at base stations, the capacity gain decreases quickly even with a slight drop of MIC performance.
