基于优先级的语音/数据业务联合功率和速率控制

针对综合语音和数据系统的上行链路,提出了一种基于语音业务优先级的联合功率和数据速率控制算法.该算法在进行资源分配时考虑了语音业务的实时性,给予语音用户更高的优先级,并且在保证语音业务通信质量的前提下,最大化数据业务的吞吐率.仿真表明,在轻负荷环境下,本文算法与不区分优先级的联合功率和速率算法性能相当;而在重负荷环境下,本文算法比不区分优先级的联合功率和速率算法综合性能更好.当系统达到平衡状态时,由于本文方法使语音用户和数据用户的平均发射功率分别降低了43%和68%,语音用户的中断概率降低了30%,而数据用户的平均速率减少9%,所以在数据业务的吞吐率和语音业务的中断概率以及用户的平均发射功率之间取得较好的折衷.     

浅谈I-DEAS建模

I-DEAS是集成设计、制造、分析等应用模块的软件,建模是I-DEAS的首要工作.通过介绍I-DEAS建模步骤,建模技巧和如何修改模型,分析模型修改过程中产生错误和警告的原因,并探讨如何识别并解决建模过程中的错误与警告.     

平潭海峡大桥船舶交通管理系统管理程度研究

平潭海峡是中小型船舶东北季风盛行季节北上的黄金水道。近年来随着国民经济的快速增长,沿海航运业得到迅猛发展,海峡船舶密度明显增大。平潭海峡大桥位于平潭海峡中部,桥区通航孔附近每小时最大交通量为17艘,出现船舶追越局面的可能性较大。海峡碍航物多,水流复杂,且小型船舶违规、违章航行现象较普遍,存在一定的安全隐患。定量分析桥区船舶交通危险,进行科学的船舶交通管理系统成本与效益分析,恰当划分与确定船舶交管系统等级,使系统的建设规模符合当地船舶交通的实际需要,力求取得较好的社会效益和经济效益。     

Polyclonal antibody preparation and expression in liver tissues of transactivated protein 5 of hepatitis C virus nonstructural 5A

Objective To prepare polyclonal antibody of transactivated protein 5 of hepatitis C virus nonstructural 5A (NA5ATP5) and to explore its expression in the liver tissues. Methods In Escherichia coil BL21, the prokaryotic expression vector pET32a(+)-NS5ATP5 was induced by isopropyl-β-D-thiogalactoside (IPTG), and it was analyzed with sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyaerylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and Western blotting. And the purified protein was used to immunize the rabbit to prepare polyelonai antibody, with which we studied the function of NSSATP5 by determining the different liver tissues with the streptavidin-perosidase (SP) immunohistochemistry method. Results Recombinant NS5ATP5 (molecular weight: 65 kD) and polyclonal antibody were successfully prepared. NS5ATP5 expression in the liver of patients with chronic HCV infection was much higher than that of a normal person, and it was detected mainly in the cytoplasm. Conclusion The findings of the expression difference between HCV patients and normal people led to a novel diagnostic marker to detect HCV infection.     

轨道交通站域步行系统优化研究

城市轨道交通的建设是老旧街区转型发展的重要契机,一方面引导居民出行方式,提高出行便利度,另一方面对轨道站点周边空间进行更新改造,补充完善公共服务设施,打造高品质的公共空间环境。本文以重庆南岸区海棠溪轨道站步道为例,从轨道站步行系统安全性、便捷性、舒适性的角度,提出优化步行通道的措施,对改善居民轨道接驳交通出行具有重要意义。     

铁路工程沟槽基坑开挖定额结构体系研究

本文针对目前铁路工程预算定额中部分专业涉及的基坑、沟槽及管道开挖定额子目,结合现场实测数据,对现有沟槽基坑开挖定额结构体系进行研究和梳理。从适用性角度,重点对挖土和挖石定额子目的人工、机械效率做了对比分析,提出了统一定额单位、梳理地质类别、优化结构体系等建议,为铁路工程造价标准的制修订提供参考。     

Fuzzy sliding mode control method for vertical motion of autonomous underwater gliders北大核心CSCD

［Objective］This paper proposes a fuzzy sliding mode controller based on T-S fuzzy logic for the vertical plane motion control of an autonomous underwater glider (AUG) with limited actuator capability. ［Methods］In the fuzzy sliding mode controller, the fuzzy switching rate is used to replace the switching rate in the fixed time controller to effectively suppress buffeting. The fuzzy switching rate is obtained by fitting the switching rate of the fixed time controller with T-S fuzzy rules. Based on the limited capabilities of AUG actuators, a saturation auxiliary system is designed to improve the actuator saturation effect. Finally, the performance of the system is verified by Lyapunov stability analysis and numerical simulation. ［Results］The results show that the AUG under the fuzzy sliding mode controller and the saturation auxiliary system can converge in finite time. The effectiveness of the fuzzy sliding mode controller and the saturation auxiliary system are verified by numerical simulation. ［Conclusions］By making comparisons with the fixed-time controller, it is verified that the two controllers have similar control performance, and the buffeting of the fuzzy sliding mode controller is lesser. © 2022 Journal of Clinical Hepatology. 装配式竖井预制混凝土管片结构设计

为提高竖井建设的效率和安全性，采用垂直竖井挖掘机（VSM）进行装配式竖井施工。以南京市建邺区沉井式停车设施建设项目(1期)工程为例，系统介绍竖井工程的预制混凝土管片结构设计理念，包括管片构造、连接方式、受力情况、防水设计等；同时，在国外同类工程的基础上对管片结构进行优化设计，首次提出全通用管片设计理念，极大提高了现场施工效率和质量。经现场应用证明： 圆形管片式竖井整体受力状况良好，防水设计满足要求。
