基于静摩擦施力方法的纤维缠绕张力自动控制器研究

介绍了一种先进的纤维张力微机控制系统,该系统能实现缠绕过程中纤维张力的高精度自动控制.通过静摩擦力间接施力方式按照设定张力变化曲线施加和调整缠绕过程的张力,实现了对纤维低磨损下的大张力高精度控制.实际应用证明,该系统稳定可靠,控制性能良好,综合控制精度为±3%,最大可控张力达到纤维强度55%,在高性能民用、军用及航空航天等纤维缠绕制品生产领域具有广泛的应用前景.     

基于灰色层次分析的军用物资供应商选择研究

针对军用物资供应商选择的特点，采用群组层次分析方法，建立了层次综合评价体系。应用灰关联分析法，提出了一种基于灰色综合评价的选择方法。在定性指标的量化处理中，引入集值统计分析，减少了评价过程中的不确定性。实例分析表明该方法可行、有效。     

加装ZYJ7道岔油管防护罩

提速道岔上道后，外露油管的防护成了维修工作中的薄弱点，一旦破漏，将会直接影响铁路运输安全。为此，针对油管防护问题，制做出连套使用的油管接头防护架和油管防护罩，如图1所示。经现场试用，效果良好。具体做法是：在油管接头位置安装1个宽80mm，厚80mm的梯形保护架，对油管接头进行防护；在钢轨上安装1根与转换锁闭器基础托板平行的角钢(采用ZD6型安装装置角钢，用1套安装装置即可)，     

单件小批量生产企业的P—M生产模型研究

根据单件小批量生产企业复杂产品生产的特点，综合ＰＥＲＴ和ＭＲＰ－Ⅱ两者的优点，提出Ｐ－Ｍ计划方法。这种方法既可以对产品上层部件进行优化排程，又可以对下层零部件进行有效管理，可以较好地解决这类企业当前管理模式中ＰＥＲＴ太粗与ＭＲＰ－Ⅱ太死的矛盾。     

大功率泵与鼓风机差动调速方案的设计

设计了一种大功率泵与鼓风机的差动调速方案，即由变频器控制的辅助电机的变速运动通过差动变速器与主电机驱动的恒定运动相合成，实现泵与风机的转速调节，此方案可达到显著的节能效果。

正当近期内，氯氟烃物质（ＣＦＣｓ和ＨＣＦＣｓ）面临着被限制使用或被替代的严峻形势，本文分析了禁用氯氟烃的实质，及其对我国航运界的影响，特别对于远洋运输业的影响。并通过对国内外ＣＦＣｓ替代技术的进展的分析研究，提出我国航运界关于限制ＣＦＣｓ的对策。     

Accessing the global seafaring labour market

As a global labour market exists for international shipping, a challenging issue facing this industry is to get access to reliable, accurate and timely information of seafarers’ demand and supply. Related to the deregulation environment and great variety in the availability and quality of relevant information, an enquiry into the global seafaring labour market is more complex than a national labour force survey. To cope with the challenge, a novel approach has been developed by the Seafarers International Research Centre (SIRC) at Cardiff University. Viewing capital (ship), labour (seafarers) and services (cargo or passengers) as interconnected and interwoven to each other, it collects and analyses crew lists from main ports world-wide, resulting in the creation of the first global seafarers database. The purpose of this paper is explain its methodological principles, and to illustrate its application potential. Taking the cruise sector as an example, research findings and methodological implications are highlighted.

由于在安装过程中简易及快速，越来越多的船厂施工人员及建筑部门对电缆导管的防火安全密封装置改用RISE系统。BEELE工程公司位于荷兰Aalten，可提供特殊设计的RISE扩展框，专门设计用简单的方法对现有传统的电缆导管进行升级改进。扩展框横跨导管长度约200mm。扩展框适用于现已安装的电缆导管；它不需拆除原有电缆即可完成安装。     

Development and Evaluation of a High Voltage Supply Unit for Electrorheological Fluid Dampers

Controllable dampers using electrorheological (ER) fluids have attracted considerable interest in recent years. They are proposed for use in semi-active suspensions for ground vehicles. The main advantages of ER fluid dampers are their fast response, ease of control, simple construction and low power requirements. This paper describes the development and testing of a high-voltage supply unit for modulating the damping force of an ER fluid damper. Experimental results on the vibration isolation characteristics of an ER fluid damper with different control strategies, obtained using a quarter-car model test rig, are also presented.
