以学生为中心的机械原理课程教学改革

针对应用型人才培养定位及机械原理课程教学中的“教学模式单一”“抬头率低”等问题,以学生为中心,从课前学习、课堂教学、课后作业三个环节入手,构建了线上线下相结合的混合式教学模式。在教学内容的设计与教学实施过程中,注重学生的能力培养与价值观塑造,将工程案例、思政元素融入教学内容,设计实施了从“工程问题”“理论知识”到“工程应用”的课堂教学活动。在专业知识传授过程中,通过工程案例问题的分析与解决强调了理论知识应用,潜移默化地培养了学生的工程素养;通过思政元素自然引入课堂教学,实现教书又育人、润物细无声的成效。同时课下积极发挥第二课堂作用,增设拓展性项目如作品设计,培养学生的团队协作精神。这些教学活动既提高了学生的课程参与度,让学生成为教学活动的主体,又培养了学生分析解决问题的能力。     

汽车行业过程变更平台化管理策略

进入21世纪以后,中国汽车销量节节猛升,随着汽车需求量日益增大,传统式单产品单工厂"一对一"生产模式已无法满足生产需求。为了解决工厂的"一对N"的生产模式,论文应用IT化集中变更系统,确保所有变更集中评审可阶梯式灵活实施,解决过程变更多个工厂同步生产管理困难,改造方案标准化推广实施,保证工艺标准的统一和规范,通过过程变更系统的应用和新的体系建立,实现了过程变更全生命周期的管理,成为行业过程变更平台化管理的领先者。     

田湾核电站海域潮流场数值模拟

采用MIKE 21水动力模拟软件建立了田湾核电站海域平面二维潮流数学模型,利用该模型对该海域的潮流场进行了数值模拟。根据数值模拟结果,对田湾核电站海域的潮流场特征进行了分析。建立的模型可以用来模拟研究各种工程方案实施前后的潮流场,也可以为局部模型提供边界条件。     

粉沙质海岸港口外航道淤积物粒径组成的预报方法研究

预报淤积物的粒径组成,在特定的情况下是十分重要的。就目前泥沙研究的水平而言,预报淤积物的粒径组成只能进行概化研究,并得出可供参考的结论。从粉沙质海岸泥沙淤积机理出发对此进行了初步探讨,计算的方法得到了实测数据的检验。提出的研究方法可以有针对性地解决粉沙质海岸的工程问题。     

预应力混凝土连续弯梁桥承载能力检测的应用研究

采用车辆加载系统,模拟预应力混凝土连续弯梁在使用阶段的最不利荷载效应,确定试验荷载的最不利位置,通过对试验梁的应力、挠度和裂缝的计算,为评价试验梁的承载能力提供理论依据。     

DIFFERENTIAL EXPRESSION OF GENES IN OMENTAL FAT OF NORMAL WEIGHT AND OBESE SUBJECTS AND OBESE DIABETIC PATIENTS USING cDNA MICROARRAY

Objective To identify genes differentially expressed in omental fat of normal weight subjects,obese subjects and obese diabetic patients. Methods Using a high-density cDNA microarray, gene expression profile of omental fat from normal weigh subjects, obese subjects and obese diabetic patients were compared.Results Totally, 119 and 257 genes were up-regulated in obese subjects and obese diabetic patients respectively,while 46 and 58 genes were down-regulated. A total of 77 genes, including PDK4, which switched from carbohydrate to fatty acids as the primary source of fuel, were up-regulated in both obese and obese diabetic patients, while 8 genes, including key enzymes in lipid synthesis, such as HMG-CoA synthase, fatty acid synthase and stearoyl-CoA desaturase, were down-regulated in both groups. Tyrosine-3-monooxygenase/tryptophan 5-monooxygenase activation protein θ ( YWHAZ) , a negative regulator for insulin signal transduction, was up-regulated only in obese diabetic patient, but not in normal-glycemic obese subjects. Conclusion The study demonstrated that decrease of lipogenesis along with increase of fatty acids oxidation of adipose tissue could be a common cause of insulin resistance in obesity and type 2 diabetes, while block of insulin signal transduction may trigger the transition from obesity to diabetes. Further exploration of these genes will be useful in the understanding of the pathogenesis of obesity and diabetes.     

超薄沥青混合料室内试验方法研究

超薄沥青混凝土面层是一种摊铺厚度为1.5～2.5cm之间的细粒式沥青面层,其主要目的是用于旧路的功能性恢复以及新建公路表面功能层。在大量室内试验的基础上,探索了超薄沥青混合料室内试验评价方法。     

Tool Wear Prediction in Micro-end-milling with Hard Material

The applications of micro-machining have increased drastically in the last ten years. However, tools with less than 1mm diameter using for micro-mills have very short and unpredictable life when they are used to cut hard metals. In this study, preliminary design of experiment (DOE) test program was conducted to investigate and identify the factors affecting tool wear at the micro-scale with hard material. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Taguchi method were efficient to determine appropriate cutting condition and the effect of parameters. A simple model was also developed to predict the width of slots on the workpiece along the cutting length. The obtained results can provide the basic guidelines for parameter setting of micro-end-milling with hard material.     

Design Consideration and Reconstruction Method for Double-source Double-multislice Spiral CT

To accelerate the scan speed and improve the image quality, a new type of CT configuration, "double-source double-multislice spiral CT" (DSDMS-CT), which is based on two sets of single-source multislice spiral CT was proposed with a special reconstruction algorithm. Simulation results using the fan-beam filtered backprojection algorithm with a special interpolation method were presented for both single-source multislice spiral CT and DSDMS-CT. The results of new CT model show that it scans faster than the traditional spiral CT and has a better slice sensitivity profile (SSP) with larger pitch value.     

湖州岂风桥整体顶升施工及监控

湖嘉申航道升级改造工程,要求增加原有航道的宽度和通航净空高度,位于航道上的岂风桥决定采用整体顶升的方式抬高2.5 m,文中介绍了顶升液压系统的工作原理、支撑结构的组成形式和顶升的过程.为保证顶升的安全,还建立了三维有限元模型分析支撑系统的受力特点,并对主跨上部结构和支撑结构的应力进行了实时监测.
