随"雪龙"号船南极实航状况调查与改造设计考虑(中国第21次南极考察调研报告节选)

笔者根据第21次南极考察随“雪龙”号船实航状况调研情况,较深入地了解、分析了船舶现状,阐述了“雪龙”号船改造设计基本构想与局部设计要点。

晚期直肠癌的姑息疗法

应用肠腔及痔上动脉化疗药物灌注后用TH胶堵塞痔上动脉,结扎双侧髂内动脉以阻断肿瘤组织的血供,治疗17例晚期直肠癌。经1年～7年随诊,对照观察表明:76.4%自觉症状好转,23.5%减轻,82.3%自我生活能力提高,88.2%粘液分泌及出血减少,原发灶生长趋于缓慢,病理显示细胞退形性变,癌细胞结构模糊,核仁不清,细胞萎缩,间隙增大,周围组织水样变性,生存期较单纯造瘘组延长2年左右。     

An integrated model system and policy evaluation tool for maximizing mobility under environmental capacity constraints: A case study in Dalian City,China

This paper presents an integrated model system for mobility maximization based on a quantified specification of environmental capacity, and evaluates policy interaction and effectiveness by simulating a number of policy scenarios. The system is designed to specify the maximum level of car ownership and number of trips by private and public modes subject to an environmental capacity constraint defined as the frontier emission under maximum system efficiency. Four types of hypothetical policies (population change, urban sprawl, land-use pattern and network improvement) are designed and the effects of 13 policy scenarios are simulated using data of Dalian City, China. Results reveal that the integrated model system reacts sensitively to policy interventions. The urban sprawl reflected in a changing residential distribution from central to suburban areas is most instrumental from the perspective of pollution alleviation. If the goal is to simultaneously reduce emissions while accommodating mobility, two combinational policy scenarios outperform all others.     

南京地铁网络化运营票价方案研究

分析了国内外地铁主要票制情况，探讨了票价制定过程中需考虑的因素，回顾了单线运营情况下南京地铁票价的制定原则、票制选择、票价方案及执行情况，提出了网络化运营情况下票价的制定原则及票价方案，总结出单线运营与网络化运营票价制定过程中需注意的关键问题。     

编者的话

根据测算,未来校车采购成本有望达到3000亿元,另外还要加上运营成本。这笔高额费用如何解决,尤其对于西部贫困地区,其问题更为突出。因此要解决校车问题,资金渠道亟待明确。否则高达千亿元的校车市场只能是"画饼"而已。政府资金补贴的落实将直接决定这一市场规模的发展速度及方向。今年宏观经济形势不乐观,加上很多地方债到了偿还     

未定式“1^∞”型的一个简便方法

本文对重要极限lim x→0（1＋x）1/x的另一种判别法进行论证,然后将此判别法运用到求解极限未定式＂1^∞＂型这类难度较大的题型中去,通过比较,论述,这种判别法给出的计算方法简便易行,从而解决了教学中的一大难点,具有较好的实用性。

就水泥乳化沥青砂浆的配合比的配置、调整、现场搅拌、施工等过程控制和施工工艺等方面在京沪高铁施工过程中的应用作了介绍,为水泥乳化沥青砂浆在今后高铁施工过程中提供参考。     

Experimental study of the airside performance for interrupted fin-and-tube heat exchanger with hydrophilic coating under dehumidifying conditions

The airside heat transfer and friction characteristics of seven interrupted fin-and-tube heat exchangers with hydrophilic coating under dehumidifying conditions are experimented. The effects of number of tube rows, fin pitch and inlet relative humidity on airside performance are analyzed. The test results show that the influence of fin pitch on the friction characteristic under dehumidifying conditions is similar to that under dry surface, and the friction factors decrease slightly with the increase of number of tube rows. The heat transfer performance decreases as fin pitch and number of tube rows increases. The heat transfer performance and the friction characteristic are independent of inlet relative humidity. Based on the test results, heat transfer and friction correlations in terms of the Colburn j factor and Fanning f factor, are proposed to describe the airside performance of the interrupted fin geometry with hydrophilic coating under dehumidifying conditions. The correlation of the Colburn j factor gives a mean deviation of 9.7%, while the correlation of the Fanning f factor shows a mean deviation of 7.3%.
