采用铝热喷涂反刺薄壁铸铁缸套的全新1.4 L发动机开发

为了实现发动机气缸体的紧凑性与轻量化,开发了外侧带反刺的全新铸铁缸套。同时对外壁喷涂铝,以增强导热性,并提高缸套与气缸体之间的结合力。无须重新设计气缸体和曲轴,仅通过采用新的缸套,发动机的排量可由1.25 L增大到1.4 L。新缸套增加了排量,但在外形尺寸和生产设施方面均无重大变更。     

多弹性支撑设备的同步定相振动控制研究（英文）

This paper describes an analytical investigation into synchrophasing, a vibration control strategy on a machinery installation in which two rotational machines are attached to a beam-like raft by discrete resilient isolators. Forces and moments introduced by sources are considered, which effectively represent a practical engineering system. Adjusting the relative phase angle between the machines has been theoretically demonstrated to greatly reduce the cost function, which is defined as the sum of velocity squares of attaching points on the raft at each frequency of interest. The effect of the position of the machine is also investigated. Results show that altering the position of the secondary source may cause a slight change to the mode shape of the composite system and therefore change the optimum phase between the two machines. Although the analysis is based on a one-dimensional Euler–Bernoulli beam and each machine is considered as a rigid-body, a key principle can be derived from the results. However, the factors that can influence the synchrophasing control performance would become coupled and highly complicated. This condition has to be considered in practice.

“远望二号“船于4月1日进入江南造船厂至7月8日试航.在这短短的100天里,胜利完成新世纪首次修理任务,这是军民携手,军民共建的又一次成果. 远望二号的整个修理工程可以简要归纳为4个阶段: 第一阶段:对水下工程、首侧推、减摇鳍、舵系、海底阀进行拆检工作,特别是对首侧推、舵机的全面检查分解. 第二阶段:以锅炉点火为节点,全面进行了系泊试验,主要对各类泵浦、电机、汽轮发电机和停泊发电机的系泊试验. 第三阶段:进行了首侧推、减摇鳍、舵系、海底阀等水下工程的安装、标校以及船壳涂装工作. 第四阶段:扫尾工作,准备试航.     

The development of studying flexible pipe bend reinforced by Kevlar fibers

The flexible pipe bend can not only reduce the structural vibration and fluid noise in pipeline, but also realize the flexible connection of a horizontal line and a vertical line and compensate the displacement of three dimensions produced by the shock or vibration of pipeline in the special situations. Up to now, little attention has been paid to study the flexible pipe bend applied in the pipeline of medium or high pressure, because no appropriate framework materials can be used to reinforce it which must endure the burst pressure higher than 10 MPa. The investigation shows that it is possible to produce the flexible pipe bend of medium or high pressure if such fibers with high performance as Kevlar fibers are used to be its reinforced materials. However, its structural designing theory, manufacturing technology and measuring techniques aren‘t yet perfect and systematic, which leads to the instability of the performance of products. Furthermore, few references about its research can be seen. Therefore, it is necessary to systematically and thoroughly develop the structural designing theory, manufacture technology and measuring techniques of flexible pipe bend.     

挟沙水流引起底床冲淤变化的数值模拟
