渤海、黄海、东海海流场和温度场的数值同化研究

基于princeton ocean model（POM），建立了一个三维斜压同化模式并引入网格嵌套技术来模拟渤海、黄海、东海的海流场和温度场．为了提高温度模拟的精度，利用美国宇航局的高分辨率卫星遥感海面温度资料，同时引入改进的Nudging同化技术来模拟渤海、黄海、东海的温度场．模拟结果能较好地反映渤海、黄海、东海海流场和温度场的基本特征。松弛因子中的待定参数对计算稳定性和模拟精度有很大影响，当待定参数等于0．5时，同化模式的计算结果最优．夏季，秋季同化模式的计算精度较高，春季模式的计算精度较低．

ND5型机车柴油机主连杆国产化生产工艺

根据ND5型机车柴油机主连杆的性能要求高的特点,选择了原材料为35CrMoA。分析了锻造过程中筋顶缺肉和产生折叠的原因,并提出解决方法。通过后续的保护气氛热处理和荧光磁粉探伤工艺,解决长油孔和球面要求高等机械加工难点,生产出合格的ND5型主连杆。     

轨道衡安装线路对其检测结果的影响及解决方案

通过对轨道衡使用环境影响其检测准确度的分析,找出了轨道衡使用线路的坡度和曲线度是影响轨道衡检测准确度的主要环境因素。利用合理的设计方案,对这一影响所产生的误差进行了合理、科学的控制与解决,在经过现场实际应用后,取得了良好的效果。     

用聚合酶链反应检测口腔癌组织中人乳头状瘤病毒的E_6转化基因

作者采用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ），并对照核酸斑点杂交法对１０例口腔恶性肿瘤组织中ＨＰＶ１６Ｅ６转化基因进行了检测。这些肿瘤包括６例口腔粘膜鳞癌（ＳＣＣ），２例涎腺腺样囊性癌（ＡＣＣ），１例涎腺恶性多形性腺瘤（ＭＰＡ）和１例腭部软组织胚胎性横纹肌肉瘤（ＥＲ）。对照组为１０例非肿瘤组织，包括唇裂、腭裂粘膜组织标本各５例。结果表明两种方法检测结果基本一致，肿瘤组阳性６例（６／１０），包括４例ＳＳＣ，１例ＡＣＣ和１例ＥＲ（除外１例ＡＣＣ用核酸杂交法检测为弱阳性），其余为阴性；对照组用核酸杂交法检测４例，除１例唇裂标本为弱阳性以外，均为阴性（０／４）；用ＰＣＲ法检测１０例均为阴性结果（０／１０）。两组间ＨＰＶ１６Ｅ６转化基因的检出率有明显差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。这一结果为开展口腔癌的ＨＰＶ病因学研究提供了参考资料。     

An inverse model for calculation of global volume transport from wind and hydrographic data

The P-vector inverse method has been successfully used to invert the absolute velocity from hydrographic data for the extra-equatorial hemispheres, but not for the equatorial region since it is based on the geostrophic balance. A smooth interpolation scheme across the equator is developed in this study to bring together the two already known solutions (P-vectors) for the extra-equatorial hemispheres. This model contains four major components: (a) the P-vector inverse model to obtain the solutions for the two extra-equatorial hemispheres, (b) the objective method to determine the Ψ-values at individual islands, (c) the Poisson equation-solver to obtain the Π-values over the equatorial region from the volume transport vorticity equation, and (d) the Poisson equation-solver to obtain the Ψ and depth-integrated velocity field (U, V) over the globe from the Poisson Ψ-equation. The Poisson equation-solver is similar to the box model developed by Wunsch. Thus, this method combines the strength from both box and P-vector models. The calculated depth-integrated velocity and Ψ-field agree well with earlier studies.     

The foreign non-fuel cargo-traffic demand of the major British seaports in 1980 and 1985, a Markov Chain approach

Projections of the future traffic demand of British seaports are of great importance to port management bodies because of the huge capital investment required for installing modern port facilities. In this paper, the author uses a first order Markov Chain model to forecast the non-fuel cargo traffic demand of the major British seaports in 1980 and 1985.

介绍在国内各地多处工程搜集和进行的十字板试验(FVT)、静力触探试验(CPT)确定软粘性土不排水抗剪强度的对比研究,得到若干实用性经验关系式,对软基工程勘察有所裨益。     

湫湖灌区1号过水桥改造工程设计与计算

过水桥在丘陵灌区应用十分广泛,其广泛的应用为丘陵地区跨流域调水提供了便利基础条件。该文介绍湫湖灌区一号过水桥改造情况,为满足过水桥的设计过流能力及减少占地等要求,改造后过水桥的断面及跨度均有所增加。过水桥30m跨度槽身采用后张法预应力技术,通过三维有限元分析计算,表明通过预应力钢筋的施加,可以大大减少运行期的混凝土拉应力,提高了结构的安全度。
