双体船平移操纵水动力性能试验研究

介绍了用船模拖曳试验来确定某喷水推进双体船平移运动水动力特性的方法,并对试验结果进行了分析.通过船模试验发现,船体平移时的水动力大小随航速增加而快速增加,在同一航速但不同尾斜角下水动力大小也各不相同;水动力的方向和水动力作用点的位置随航速的改变而改变,但变化幅度不大,受尾斜角影响较大.准确掌握船体平移运动水动力特性,可为合理制定喷水推进器的控制策略,充分发挥喷水推进船优异的机动性、操纵性提供理论依据.     

首发重性抑郁症患者双侧额叶和海马的磁共振质子波谱成像

目的利用质子磁共振波谱分析(1H-MRS)探讨首发重性抑郁症患者的脑部神经生化物质的变化。方法病例组及对照组各23例。利用1H-MRS测量两组双侧额叶和海马N-乙酰天门冬氨酸(NAA)、谷氨酸复合物(Glx)、胆碱复合物(Cho)、肌酸(Cr)和肌醇(mI)水平,计算NAA/Cr、Glx/Cr、Cho/Cr、mI/Cr。结果病例组左侧额叶NAA/Cr、右侧额叶Glx/Cr、NAA/Cr及左侧海马Glx/Cr、NAA/Cr较对照组降低;右侧额叶和海马mI/Cr较对照组升高。结论重性抑郁症的病理机制可能与神经功能障碍,谷氨酸系统及第二信使系统异常有关。

高速铁路列车调度子系统是整个高速铁路调度系统的重要组成部分,在一定程度上决定了整个高速铁路调度系统可靠性.主要采用系统可靠性理论中的故障树分析的方法,对导致列车调度子系统故障发生的因素进行总结,并建立故障树,找出故障出现的因果关系,对于揭示列车调度子系统故障的潜在原因和消除安全隐患有着重要意义.     

Research on temperature field and thermal stress of liquefied natural gas carrier with incomplete insulation

The insulation of membrane type liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier is composed of plywood boxes filled with perlite. Within the service period, considering of the effects of load conditions, such as sloshing, wave load, it is possible to have some damage of the plywood box, leakage of perlite, and failure of the insulation box. LNG carrier without whole protection of effective insulation is dangerous. Hull structure is extremely fragile when exposed to ultra-low temperature. In order to solve these problems, firstly a study on insulation boxes’ character and work condition is carried out and some presuppositions of partial disabled insulation are put forward. Secondly the thermal system of LNG carrier is analyzed to find out an effective way to simulate the thermal action of close air between outer and inner hull. Then a calculation about temperature field and thermal stress is done by MSC/PATRAN&NASTRAN. At the end it is concluded that LNG carrier with incomplete insulation is dangerous and needs to be avoided.     

Therapeutic efficiency of short anterior urethral stricture treated with endourethral surgery combined with iridium 192 radiotherapy

Objective To assess the therapeutic efficiency of short anterior urethral stricture treated with endourethral surgery combined with iridium 192 radiation therapy in order to decrease the recurrence rate after endourethral surgery. Methods A total of 286 patients with anterior urethral stricture (stricture length ranging from 0.5 to 2.5cm, averaging at 1.6cm) were divided randomly into two groups after internal urethrotomy and cicatrix electrotomy. The radiation group of 173 patients was treated as soon as possible with iridium 192 radiation therapy on the stricture sections while the control group of 113 patients was not. The recurrence rate was compared between the two groups during one year's follow-up. Results Among all the 286 successful operations, stricture recurred in 19 patients of the radiation group (recurrence rate of 10.98%) and in 62 ones of the control group (recurrence rate of 54.86%), with a significant difference (P=0.003). Conclusion It is an effective way to prevent recurrence by treating patients as early as possible with iridium 192 radiation on the stricture sections after endourethral operation on anterior urethral stricture.
