太阳能公路地面无线诱导系统Zigbee私有协议设计与思考

ZigBee技术在本系统中的作用是使各个诱导装置无线连接,同步工作,由于高速公路的应用环境特殊,采用私有协议来实现,本文对ZigBee私有协议及无线功能的实现进行了思考与设计,对网络拓扑结构的选择,设备休眠与无线实时传输的协调进行了重点研究.     

停车场内部动态路径选择诱导研究

停车场内部路径选择是停车诱导系统中的一个基础理论问题,在最优泊位确定的前提下,如何实时确定最优路径并准确诱导是至关重要的.首先利用图论方法将停车场内部车位布局结构简化为带权有向图,进而在分析停车场内部交通实时状态的基础上,研究路段动态阻抗函数模型,通过动态规划实现实时路径选择.最后通过算例分析,得到动态路径选择算法使行程时间减少了10.85％～ 15.18％,从而提高停车场利用效率.     

miRNA-449家族靶向CCNE2对胃癌细胞生长的抑制调节作用

目的研究miRNA-449在胃癌细胞中对细胞增殖、凋亡的影响,以及对靶基因CCNE2(cyclin E2)表达的影响。方法荧光定量PCR检测人低分化胃癌细胞株BGC823瞬时转染miRNA-449a/b及抑制剂后的表达;流式细胞术分析转染后细胞凋亡变化。Western blot检测miRNA-449a/b对靶基因表达的影响。结果在转染后,miRNA-449a/b组在48、72h对肿瘤细胞的增殖有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05),miRNA-449a/b组对肿瘤细胞凋亡有明显的促进作用(P<0.05),对CCNE2蛋白表达有显著抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论 miRNA-449a/b可能通过CCNE2来发挥其抑制胃癌细胞生长的作用。     

基于模糊灰色物元法的运输服务商选择

为解决企业物流外包管理中的运输服务商选择问题,提出了基于模糊灰色物元理论的运输服务商选择方法,构造了运输服务商选择的评价指标体系,运用模糊灰色物元法建立了运输服务商评价与选择模型,从总评分、白色优劣度比、灰色优劣度比、总灰度、政策系数与远近效益5个角度来评价运输服务商的优劣,并通过具体实例验证了方法的适用性和可行性.

北京市每年举办万人以上的大型活动超过100场,如何保证大型活动交通顺畅,同时减少对城市日常交通的影响,是大型活动能否成功举行的关键,也是交通组织管理者面临的难题. 本文首先从交通角度对大型活动进行定义,分析交通组织的特点和难点;然后提出大型活动交通组织规划的原则和方法;最后以顺义成功举办的第七届中国花卉博览会为案例,分析交通组织规划和实施情况,为今后大型活动交通组织规划提供借鉴和思路.     

级配碎石力学性能影响因素的试验研究

为了揭示级配碎石力学机理,通过室内振动法成型的试件,研究了压实度K、含水量W、空隙率V和级配等因素对级配碎石力学性能的影响．试验结果表明：随着压实度的提高、试件内部含水量的降低,级配碎石的力学性能明显提高;压实度在97％～99％之间,压实度每提高1％,级配碎石抗压强度提高12％～44％、回弹模量提高17％～20％;与最佳含水量眠。的试件相比,当W=0．5Wopt时,级配碎石抗压强度提高28％,回弹模量提高11％-14％,CBR提高9％;当W=0％时,级配碎石抗压强度提高95％,回弹模量提高23％～26％,CBR提高14％．在此基础上,提出级配碎石的最佳级配范围．该研究成果可供级配碎石设计施工参考．     

A probability approach to anomaly detection with twin support vector machines

AbstractClassification of intrusion attacks and normal network flow is a critical and challenging issue in network security study. Many intelligent intrusion detection models are proposed, but their performances and efficiencies are not satisfied to real computer networks. This paper presents a novel effective intrusion detection system based on statistic reference model and twin support vector machines (TWSVMs). Moreover, a network flow feature selection procedure has been studied and implemented with TWSVMs. The performances of proposed system are evaluated through using the fifth international conference on knowledge discovery and data mining in 1999 (KDD’99) data set collected at MIT’s Lincoln Labs and the results indicate that the proposed system is more efficient and effective than conventional support vector machines (SVMs) and TWSVMs.     

汽车车身A级曲面的表示与次数选择

分析了汽车车身在光顺过程中曲线(曲面)的Bézier表示方法和B样条表示方法,并对2种方法表示的曲线(曲面)品质进行了对比分析.在此基础上,提出选用Bézier表示方法光顺汽车车身A级曲面同时根据高次曲线(曲面)的振荡性和光顺要求,将曲线(曲面)的次数限制在2～7次.试验表明,采用Bézier方法得到的某汽车车身曲面符合造型要求,其曲面之间的斑马线光滑过渡,达到了A级曲面的要求.     

Breaking wave at the bow of a fast displacement ship model

We investigated the flow structures under the bow wave generated by a fast displacement ship model (INSEAN model 2340) in the presence of wave breaking. The data acquired were also used for a detailed database for CFD validation. The mean and r.m.s. point-wise values of the wave height were measured by means of a finger probe. The intensity of the breaking wave was taken as the r.m.s value of the wave height. The mean velocity field under the free surface was measured at 0.15 L _PP and 0.2 L _PP downstream of the fore perpendicular by means of a 5-hole Pitot probe. Uncertainty assessment of the wave height and velocity field results was performed following the AIAA Standards S-071-1995. Preliminary CFD results from a RANSE code with a breaking model are shown in comparison with the measured data.
