空间复合材料加筋板流固耦合振动分析

本文用结构有限元与流体边界元方法研究了空间复合材料加筋板结构的流固耦合自由振动，推导了用于结构分析的分项插值型复合材料八节点板单元和三节点梁单元，以及用于流场分析的线性边界单元。用修正的RIRZ向量法与波前法相结合的方法求解特征值问题，避免了因附连水质量引起的结构质量矩阵为满阵的内存困难和非对称矩阵方程约化困难。算例表明，附连水质量对复合材料结构的动力特性影响要比各向同性材料严重得多。     

浙江省沿海电煤运输方式

分析浙江省沿海深水岸线资源紧张与电厂建设需求之间存在的矛盾，提出采用小吨位二程自卸船运输方式解决矛盾的可行性与经济性。     

葡萄糖酸锌抗矽肺脂质过氧化作用的临床观察

应用100mg/dZn对32名矽肺患者连续用药180天后，观察血清脂质过氧化作用产物丙二醛（MDA）和血红细胞超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性水平的动态改变，以评价Zn的抗矽肺质过氧化作用，结果表明患者MDA，SOD均显著下降（P＜0．01），提示Zn的强化在一定程度上具有抗脂过氧化作用，通过抗LPO，而延缓与阻抑矽肺发展。     

Reliability assessment of maintained ship hulls with correlated corroded elements

This paper reviews the factors that affect the corrosion rate of the ship hull girder. It is shown that corrosion rates vary as a function of the location of the element in the structure, of the ocean area and type of ballast tank and steel. However, the corrosion rate in elements that are subjected to similar conditions is highly correlated.

A time-variant formulation is proposed including the correlation between the corrosion rates in neighbouring elements in modelling the degrading effect that corrosion has on the reliability of ship hulls. The effect of corrosion is represented as a time-dependent decrease of plate thickness that affects the midship section modulus. One repair policy was considered and the example results show the effect of plate replacement when its thickness reaches 75% of the original value. The results also illustrate how the limit value of the thickness in the repair criteria influences the reliability and the decision about repair actions. This is also shown for the effect of different corrosion rates, inspection intervals, and allowable stresses.     

基于Matlab的三相变压器故障的仿真模型

以单相双绕组变压器数学模型为基础,用3个独立的单相变压器表征三相变压器的每一相,推导出了三相之间的连接关系方程;建立一种以磁链作为状态变量的三相变压器内部故障暂态仿真模型;充分考虑了二次侧终端条件、铁心磁路饱和等因素,选择磁链作为状态变量.在该模型基础上,对三相变压器的励磁涌流,短路试验电流、绕组匝地匝间短路故障时一次侧电流进行仿真计算及特性分析,验证了模型的正确性和有效性.     

引航员与船长间信息交流方式研究

引航员与船长之间在引航过程中的信息交流是至关重要的,它是达到安全引航的必要手段之一。以前,引航员上驾驶台后利用短暂的车、舵命令来了解船舶性能,与船长交流很少。事实上,他们之间各怀特长,引而不发,这给应急状态时的协同操作带来安全隐患。为使引航工作的安全更有保障,目前上海港引航管理站推出《船长/引航员信息交流卡》突出强调了信息交流在引航工作中的重要性。     

Analysis on Uncertain Information and Actions for Preventing Collision

Discusses and analyzes the causes and characteristics of the uncertainties of the information and actions for preventing collision at sea on the basic knowledge of the collision avoidance.Describes the ways and functions of the investigations about the uncertainties of the information and actions of collision avoidance with the navigation simulators.Puts forward some suggestions for the officers to master the skills of the recognition of these uncertainties of the information and actions by the training with the sim- ulator during the MET course.     

潜艇定深运动仿人智能综合自动控制

针对潜艇定深运动过程中存在非线性、时变参数、复杂干扰的特点,在潜艇深度垂直面运动方程的基础上运用仿人智能(HSIC)、PID综合控制潜艇深度,建立深度控制的相关数学模型。仿真结果表明,HSIC-PID控制器不仅能较好的实现深度保持,对舵机的损耗也比传统的PID控制小,并且比PID控制具有更好的稳态精度。     

对桥梁养护与管理工作的几点体会

如何养护管理好现有桥梁,保持桥梁的完好工作状态,延长其使用寿命,这一新的课题已摆在各级公路管理部门的面前。通过几年来的工作,浅谈以下几点看法。     

原油运输市场分析

分别概述了世界与中国的石油资源储量分布、可持续开采年数、不同地区的生产量与消耗量、以及产销平衡状况,由此派生的全球不同地区原油、成品油的进出口量、海运量与主要的海运航线,我国石油进口的主要来源和途径;分析了油轮的船型和船龄的分布,进而预测了世界上几种主要原油轮运力的供应、需求、船价与运价的发展趋势。这些分析和预测可以作为制定油轮发展的技术政策、战略、规划等宏观决策时的参考。
