浅议中国传统设计中的“须弥山世界”

阐述了佛教世界观以须弥山为中心的基本模型；分析了在佛教文献、绘画、礼仪中对于佛教世界观的符号化表现。在此基础上进一步通过对中国传统建筑、器物造型设计的分析与中西方设计思想比较，解释了佛教世界观对传统设计的影响。对于设计文脉的发展研究有一定的启示意义。

Developing green fleet management strategies: Repair/retrofit/replacement decisions under environmental regulation

The considerable cost of maintaining large fleets has generated interest in cost minimization strategies. With many related decisions, numerous constraints, and significant sources of uncertainty (e.g. vehicle breakdowns), fleet managers face complex dynamic optimization problems. Existing methodologies frequently make simplifying assumptions or fail to converge quickly for large problems. This paper presents an approximate dynamic programming approach for making vehicle purchase, resale, and retrofit decisions in a fleet setting with stochastic vehicle breakdowns. Value iteration is informed by dual variables from linear programs, as well as other bounds on vehicle shadow prices. Sample problems are based on a government fleet seeking to comply with emissions regulation. The model predicts the expected cost of compliance, the rules the fleet manager will use in deciding how to comply, and the regulation’s impact on the value of vehicles in the fleet. Stricter regulation lowers the value of some vehicle categories while raising the value of others. Such insights can help guide regulators, as well as the fleet managers they oversee. The methodologies developed could be applied more broadly to general multi-asset replacement problems, many of which have similar structures.     

嵌入式PLC脉冲信号门槛设定和高速计数的实现

本文从实际应用出发，通过使用单片机内部计数／定时器和可编程技术器阵列PCA，兼顾低速输入信号的稳定性和高速信号的实时性，重点阐述一种能对输入信号有效脉冲宽度限定以及高速A、B相脉冲计数的PLC基本功能的开发方法。     

Color image segmentation by edge linking and region grouping

A novel method toward color image segmentation is proposed based on edge linking and region grouping. Firstly, the edges extracted by the Canny detector are linked to form regions. Each of the end points of edges is connected by a direct line to the nearest pixel on another edge segment within a sub-window. A new distance is defined based on the feature that the edge tends to preserve its original direction. By sampling the lines to the image, the image is over-segmented to labeled regions. Secondly, the labeled regions are grouped both locally and globally. A decision tree is constructed to decide the importance of properties that affect the merging procedure. Finally, the result is refined by user’s selection of regions that compose the desired object. Experiments show that the method can effectively segment the object and is much faster than the state-of-the-art color image segmentation methods.

三台子互通式立交位于绕城高速北环与黄河北大街交叉处,现状为半苜蓿叶形式,是交通流在黄河北大街与绕城高速间进行交通转换的通道.随着沈北新区开发建设,作为沈北与市区联系主要通道的黄河北大街交通压力越来越大,已经成为交通瓶颈,加宽改造迫在眉睫.主要结合交通流、地形、地物、工程造价以及功能定位等条件,提出三个不同的立交方案,进行多方面比较,选取最优方案.

结合所在城市管养道路石拱桥现状,简要介绍了公路危旧石拱桥的病害及产生的原因、处治方法,从经济社会效益方面分析了危旧石拱桥加固利用的可行性和必要性。     

一种基于双闭环控制的并联Buck均流器设计

直驱式永磁同步风电系统电机侧变换器的一种常见拓扑结构为二极管整流桥后接Boost斩波电路。此结构具有较强的非线性,采用普通PI控制器很难使系统在正常运行范围内保持较好动态性能。本文基于双闭环控制方法,设计了基于Buck电路的并联均流器,并进行了相关仿真和试验。     

基于Mohr-Coulomb准则的初期支护与围岩耦合作用分析

巷道开挖后,破坏了原有的平衡状态,发生应力重分布,当超过围岩的承载能力时,必然会引起围岩破坏甚至地下岩体的整体失稳.在这种情况下,应设置初期支护.但是现在仍缺少对支护参数的准确的理论计算,最多地还是借助于经验类比法,这样就造成支护的安全性不够或不够经济.基于Mohr-Coulomb准则,分析了初期支护与围岩的耦合作用问题,提出了更加安全经济的设计方法,可以对工程的设计和施工提供更加可靠的理论依据.     

汽车底盘控制系统总线的应用现状研究

简述了汽车底盘控制系统总线的种类及技术特点,给出先进的汽车车载网络拓扑结构。详细论述了在汽车控制领域得到广泛应用的控制器局域网和最具发展潜力的线控技术及其通讯特点,特别针对CAN总线介绍了SAE J1939、CANopen、DeviceNet 3种基于CAN的主流应用层协议。最后就我国车载网络的发展进行了探讨。
