Application of the VOF method based on unstructured quadrilateral mesh

To simulate two-dimensional free-surface flows with complex boundaries directly and accurately, a novel VOF (Volume-of-fluid) method based on unstructured quadrilateral mesh is presented. Without introducing any complicated boundary treatment or artificial diffusion, this method treated curved boundaries directly by utilizing the inherent merit of unstructured mesh in fitting curves. The PLIC (Piecewise Linear Interface Calculation) method was adopted to obtain a second-order accurate linearized reconstruction approximation and the MLER (Modified Lagrangian-Eulerian Re-map) method was introduced to advect fluid volumes on unstructured mesh. Moreover, an analytical relation for the interface’s line constant vs. the volume clipped by the interface was developed so as to improve the method’s efficiency. To validate this method, a comprehensive series of large straining advection tests were performed. Numerical results provide convincing evidences for the method’s high volume conservative accuracy and second-order shape error convergence rate. Also, a dramatic improvement on computational accuracy over its unstructured triangular mesh counterpart is checked.

碘化钾-过氧化氢催化分解反应体系中副反应的研究

基于过氧化氢同碘化钾反应后的溶液呈黄色,碘离子含量明显低于加入碘化钾的含量,体系的pH值随过氧化氢含量的增加而增加的事实,推断碘化钾-过氧化氢催化反应体系有副反应发生.副反应生成了碘,使得体系的颜色呈黄色,吸收峰红移,碘的浓度随过氧化氢的含量增加而增大,副反应生成了碱性物质,而使体系的pH值增加,副反应消耗了碘离子.     

基于DEA的吉林省汽车制造企业生产效率分析

汽车产业是吉林省经济的支柱产业,但吉林省汽车制造企业的生产效率尚有进一步提升的空间。本文以包括吉林省在内的22家汽车制造企业上市公司的数据为样本,运用DEA数据包络分析法对各汽车制造企业上市公司的生产效率进行实证分析。     

基于SimUlink的整车动力模型构建及拓展

采用Simulink软件建立了整车动力系统模型,通过计算可以获得给定道路环境和车速条件下的发动机动力性能需求,并与AMESim模型的计算结果进行了对比分析。结果表明：Simulink模型具有较高的仿真精度,~AMESim的建模方式更加自由,并便于细化拓展,为发动机细化研究提供了一个很好的平台。     

Helical wire stress analysis of unbonded flexible riser under irregular response

A helical wire is a critical component of an unbonded flexible riser prone to fatigue failure. The helical wire has been the focus of much research work in recent years because of the complex multilayer construction of the flexible riser. The present study establishes an analytical model for the axisymmetric and bending analyses of an unbonded flexible riser. The interlayer contact under axisymmetric loads in this model is modeled by setting radial dummy springs between adjacent layers. The contact pressure is constant during the bending response and applied to determine the slipping friction force per unit helical wire. The model tracks the axial stress around the angular position at each time step to calculate the axial force gradient, then compares the axial force gradient with the slipping friction force to judge the helical wire slipping region, which would be applied to determine the bending stiffness for the next time step. The proposed model is verified against the experimental data in the literature. The bending moment–curvature relationship under irregular response is also qualitatively discussed. The stress at the critical point of the helical wire is investigated based on the model by considering the local flexure. The results indicate that the present model can well simulate the bending stiffness variation during irregular response, which has significant effect on the stress of helical wire.     

Enhancing the Efficiencies of Organic Photovoltaic and Organic Light-Emitting Diode Devices by Regular Nano-Wrinkle Patterns

Organic photovoltaic (OPV) cells and organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) are energy harvesting and generation devices that have attracted great attention these years because of their low costs, thin film structures, flexibility and environment-friendly manufacturing processes. For such thin film devices, photon management methods that increase the light absorption of OPV cells and the light extraction from OLEDs are highly desirable. Here, we report the experimental efforts to fabricate geometrically tunable and spontaneously formed nano-wrinkle structures with large areas, and the theoretical results on photon management with the nano-wrinkles.     

船体分段吊装参数的确定

本文给出了确定船体分段在船台上合拢时的吊鼻安装位置、吊绳长度和吊绳与吊鼻受力的公式及其简化形式以及计算图谱。按计算出的这些吊装参数进行分段合拢,可以使分段吊起后具有符合安装要求的角度,从而有利于合拢定位,加快合拢速度。并可以按受力大小合理选择吊鼻,这既能保证安全,又不会造成浪费。
