昆明市交通整治实践与思考

为了改善昆明主城区一环路以内的交通环境,解决交通拥堵,昆明市政府开展了交通整治项目。该文阐述了该项目的系统研究过程和实施效果,包括项目背景、问题分析、合理制订实施目标、如何选择优化措施、详细的设计方案、相关的配套设计及实施效果。     

结合梁结构在桥梁中的应用

桥梁采用结合梁结构,可以提高结构的性能,并且容易实现大跨度.以湛江海湾大桥、日本浜名湖曲塔大桥、上海轨道交通3号线跨中山北路桥等为例,介绍了结合梁结构在斜拉桥、矮塔斜拉桥、城市轨道交通高架桥、连续梁刚桥、人行天桥中的应用,并对结合梁钢一混结合部的设计、施工方法及养护维修进行了探讨.     

复杂地形环境中电磁波多径传输建模与仿真

分析各种环境效应的产生原理及其计算方法,在此基础上设计一个通用的雷达及雷达对抗电磁波多径传输仿真系统,用于仿真各种环境效应引起的雷达及雷达对抗电磁波的衰减,该仿真系统具有良好的人机交互界面,通过不同的仿真设置可以满足不同的试验需求,从而可以更灵活地支持雷达及雷达对抗仿真试验。     

大型浮吊控制系统可靠性分析与仿真

根据系统的结构组成,以及现场收集的数据,建立了浮吊控制系统的故障树（FTA）;运用蒙特卡罗随机模拟方法,在Matlab环境下对系统进行了可靠性指标的计算与仿真,得出了系统的可靠度曲线,掌握了现有装置可靠性水平及影响可靠性的薄弱环节,同时,仿真结果为浮吊控制系统的维护和检修提供了依据。     

Transport for older people: Characteristics and solutions

Entering the 21st century, one of the most significant demographic changes in developed countries is the aging of the population. Travel is an important aspect of older people's economic well-being, so with the aging of the population, improving transport for older people is increasingly important. This article presents the results of a study of older people's travel behaviour based largely but not exclusively on LATS (London Area Travel Survey) 2001 data. The focus is on older people's trip chaining behaviour, including trip chain complexity, trip purpose sequence and mode choice in a chain. After identifying the policy implications it looks at the role of Special Transport Services in improving the supply of transport for older people, taking the London Borough of Camden as a case study.     

Experimental study on hydrodynamics of L-type podded propulsor in straight-ahead motion and off-design conditions

Experimental tests were conducted to evaluate the hydrodynamic performance of an L-type podded propulsor in straight-ahead motion and off-design conditions using an open-water measuring instrument developed by the authors for podded propulsors, a ship model towing tank, and under water particle image velocimetry (PIV) measurement systems. Under the three types of conditions, the main parameters of an L-type podded propulsor were measured, including the propeller thrust and torque, as well as the thrust, side force, and moment of the whole pod unit. In addition, the flow field on the section between the propeller and the strut was analyzed. Experimental results demonstrate that the dynamic azimuthing rate and direction and the turning direction affect the forces on the propeller and the whole pod unit. Forces are asymmetrically distributed between the left and right azimuthing directions because of the effect of propeller rotation. The findings of this study provide a foundation for further research on L-type podded propulsors.     

成-简一级公路龙泉山隧道浅层天然气检测研究

通过对成-简一级公路龙泉山1#和2#隧道钻孔浅层天然气现场检测,结合两隧道钻孔所处构造位置和构造特征,分析认为:1#隧道处于向斜且临近通天断层,不利于油气聚集与保存,钻孔天然气检测浓度低,受浅层天然气影响小;2#隧道所处背斜,裂缝、节理发育,钻孔天然气检测浓度高,受浅层天然气影响大.2#隧道浅层天然气溢出量估算为6 430 m3,浅层天然气溢出与岩性有较好的相关性.     

公路工程单价合同中变更单价的确定方法

随着政府对基建项目尤其是国家重点工程的监督力度加大,工程变更问题已成为项目审计的核心问题之一,科学、合理、规范地确定变更工程的单价具有深远的意义,值得深入研究.     

北京地铁9号线“W”型折返线列车救援分析

北京西站"W"型折返线为北京地铁9号线列车故障救援困难点。结合北京西站"W"型折返线的信号系统和线路特点,分析其行车组织方式和折返能力,并在保证最大限度地维持区段运营的情况下,提出列车故障情况下的列车救援方案和行车组织方案。     

双跨118m钢筋混凝土箱形拱桥缆索吊装施工技术

双跨118 m的湖南酉水二桥为预制拼装钢筋混凝土箱形拱桥。主拱肋施工采用缆索吊装(无支架)施工技术,最大吊装质量近50 t。该文介绍了拱肋吊装施工工艺、缆索吊系统及扣挂系统设计和安装,指出了施工控制要点。
