日本环境刑法理论评析

当前环境保护出现了“刑罚化”的趋势，国外有关环境刑法理论日益丰富。本文简要介绍了日本环境刑法的发展情况，并着重评述日本环境刑法理论之新近动态，特别考察了日本环境刑法理论中的保护法益、构成要件及企业法人犯罪等内容。     

基于遗传算法的城市轨道交通接运公交线网规划

分析了城市轨道交通接运公交线网的功能，初步界定了车站影响区，并将其离散化编码表示，定义参数，以运营者消耗和使用者消耗之和最小为公交线网优化目标函数，建立模型，最后介绍了使用遗传算法搜索最优路线的计算步骤。     

A new buyer-seller watermarking protocol without double embedding

AbstractCopy deterrence is a digital watermarking application which enables a seller to identify the buyers who obtain digital content legally but illegally redistribute it. However, in many buyer-seller watermarking protocols proposed for copy deterrence, the seller has to embed two watermarks into each copy of the digital content before it is sold. In this paper, we propose a new buyer-seller watermarking protocol in which the seller can reduce the number of the embedded watermarks from two to one. The proposed protocol also provides a more efficient solution to the unbinding problem than that of Lei et al’s scheme.     

轿车车身制造尺寸质量控制界限的设定研究

针对车身尺寸小样本检测的实际情况，引入小波变换进行滤波，把车身尺寸的原始检测数据经过小波滤波后，分离出趋势项信号与波动项信号，在一定程度上弥补了小样本检测带来的误差，在此基础上对车身制造尺寸质量的控制界限进行修正，给出了应用实例。

某四缸柴油机冷却水流动的试验研究

通过改变柴油机从机油冷却器流入机体水套的水流动方式，得到两种完全不同的冷却水流动方案．按照冷却系统工程规范，分标定点与转矩点两个工况来检查冷却系统的功能和特性，以比较两种结构方案的优劣，也为下一步进行计算流体动力学分析（CFD）提供边界条件．

从我国证券投资基金发展现状出发，通过对证券投资基金投资者资产补偿和保险机制国际通行做法的分析，对我国证券投资者资产补偿和保险机制发展缓慢的原因进行了分析，提出了具体的措施。     

THE STUDY OF MICROSATELLITES ALTERATION IN DIAGNOSES OF BLADDER CANCER

Objective To investigate the possibility of microsatellite alteration （MA） in diagnosis of bladder cancer of Chinese people, and find the better panel which will be used in clinic. Methods A total of 6 and 10 microsatellite markers were chosen, PCR-SSLP silver staining assay was performed in 31 and 32 bladder cancers tissue, exfoliate cells in urine and 10, 15 non-bladder cancers exfoliate cells in urine, respectively. Results MA （＋） was found in 28 out of 31, 30 out of 32 bladder cancers, and the sensitivity was 90. 3%, 93.7% respectively. The MA of urine sediment of 25 non-bladder cancers was negative, and the specificity was 100%. The cytology was carried out among 19 out of 31, 20 out of 32 bladder cancers at the same time, 2 cases （10.3%） and 3 cases （15%） were found cancer positive, and the sensitivity is significantly lower than that by the analysis of MA in exfoliated cells. Conclusion MA was not associated with grade and stage of the bladder cancer. MA assay is a sensitive and effective method for the early detection of bladder cancer and post-operation surveillance.
