集装箱空箱调运的启发式算法优化研究

为了减少由于国际贸易的不平衡导致的空箱调运的成本浪费,探讨了原本只适合一个港口情况的空箱调运(U,D)对策,在此基础上,通过研究,表明这种对策也适用于多个港口间的空箱词运情况;同时将这个调运问题数量化,并且使用启发式算法计算使用(U,D)对策时港口的平均成本.     

基于Matlab的介电常数测量

终端短路法进行数据处理时会涉及到解超越方程的问题,如果采用手工计算费时且会降低测量结果的精确度.采用数学软件matlab处理,可以克服上述的缺点.为进一步提高整个操作流程的易用性,采用labview 做人机界面,将matlab作为脚本程序嵌入其中进行算法处理是一个不错的方法.     

Semiparametric specification of the utility function in a travel mode choice model

We propose a semiparametric approach that can capture the nonlinearity of deterministic components of the utility functions in discrete choice models and demonstrate it by analyzing travel mode choice behaviour for an interregional trip. The proposed smoothing spline-based specification method can be used to make ex ante evaluations regarding the parametric specifications of the deterministic utility functions in discrete choice models.

Capillary electrophoresis coupled with electrochemiluminescence for determination of cloperastine hydrochloride

Objective To investigate the electrochemiluminescence (ECL) behavior of cloperustine hydrochloride.Methods ECL intensity of tris (2,2'-bipyridyl) rutheniumo(Ⅱ) was enhanced, the method for the determination of dupernstine hydrochloride was established using capillary electrophoresis (CE) coupled with electrochemilumolinescence (ECL) detection. Results Under the optimum conditions, ECL intensity varied linearly with cloperastine hydrochloride concentration from 7.0×10-6 g/mL to 1.0×10-4 g/mL. The detection limit (S/N=3) was 8.05×10-7g/mL. he relative standard deviation of the ECL intensity and the migration time for 11 consecutive injections of 1.0 ×10-5g/mL cloperastine hydrochloride was 2.9% and 1.5%, respectively. This method was successfully applied to eloperastine hydrochloride tablet determination. Conclusion The method has been established, validated and applied for determination of cloperastine hydrochloride.

复杂条件微型市政盾构隧道施工关键技术研究

南京某污水隧道工程采用直径2.8 m的泥浓式盾构,在穿越秦淮河下粉质黏土、风化粉砂质泥岩等软弱复合地层时,面临小竖井盾构始发、小半径曲线转弯、岸坡既有桩基拔除等难题,是目前中国典型的城区复杂条件下的微型盾构隧道工程。针对工程面临的技术难点,结合现场具体施工情况,采用筛分-压滤相结合的浓泥浆处理技术,解决了大量废弃泥浆处理问题,形成了小竖井盾构先推后盾分体始发、基于双主动铰接的小半径曲线转弯、旋转钻机配合套管钻头的桩基拔除等关键技术,提出了MMA底漆-瓷釉面涂的内壁防腐方案,可为今后类似工程建设提供参考。
