交通仿真技术在高速公路改扩建保通中的应用

高速公路的改扩建约束条件较多,研究和制定高速公路改扩建工程施工期间交通保障方案具有重要意义。文中简述了交通仿真的基本概念,并以仿真软件TSIS中的FRESIM模型建立连霍高速公路(郑州段)交通仿真模型,分析研究连霍高速公路(郑州段)加宽扩建施工中的最合适限制车速。

“三线一图”勤务指挥平台的研发与应用

通过对"122"接报警系统信息(交通拥堵报警与交通事故报警信息)、交通流量监测信息、动态岗位勤务数据信息、数字电台单兵定位信息等多类警情和警力信息进行集成,经自动统计分析后,利用GIS电子地图直观展示交通警情高发点段,建立以"警力线、警情线、指挥线"和"警情热点信息图"为基础的勤务指挥调度平台,为依据警情指挥调动路面警力实时提供辅助决策信息,全面实现警力与警情的同步浮动和匹配。     

Regional impacts of new transport infrastructure: a multisectoral potentials approach

This is the second of two background papers sponsored for the Symposium by the Administrative Commission for the north of the Netherlands. Its purpose is to provide an indication of the effects of the proposed high speed rail line between Amsterdam, Groningen and Hamburg on employment in the corridor. The authors first review the techniques of forecasting these effects discussed in the literature. The potentials approach is adopted for their analysis, the mathematics and underlying assumptions of which are presented. Finally, this model is run to provide an estimate of the impact on regional employment of three variants of the proposed rail line.     

The design of bus route systems — An interactive location-allocation approach

An interactive modelling approach is developed to solve the practical problem of bus route network design. Possible bus routes are identified with facilities which can be located. Zones or pairs of zones in the urban area are identified with customers who will be allocated to the established facilities. It is shown that the classical Set Covering Problem is useful under the assumption of fixed demand; the Simple Plant Location Problem is effective under the assumption of demand which is sensitive to the level of bus service provided.     

故障列车救援情况下的多列车运行仿真研究

以移动闭塞为例,综合考虑乘客舒适度和安全控制等因素,设计了多列车追踪运行的计算模型。根据故障列车救援的步骤,设计了故障列车救援的仿真算法和仿真系统的总体流程,分析了故障处置对线路运营的影响,建立了故障状态下的轨道交通多列车运行仿真系统。最后通过实际算例,验证了该系统的有效性。突发故障下多列车运行过程仿真系统可为运营可靠性分析和应急预案的制定提供强有力的辅助分析工具。     

Lattice-based group signature with verifier-local revocation

Among several post quantum primitives proposed in the past few decades, lattice-based cryptography is considered as the most promising one, due to its underlying rich combinatorial structure, and the worst-case to average-case reductions. The first lattice-based group signature scheme with verifier-local revocation(VLR) is treated as the first quantum-resistant scheme supported member revocation, and was put forward by Langlois et al. This VLR group signature(VLR-GS) has group public key size of O(nm log N log q), and a signature size of O(tm log N log q log β). Nguyen et al. constructed a simple efficient group signature from lattice, with significant advantages in bit-size of both the group public key and the signature. Based on their work, we present a VLR-GS scheme with group public key size of O(nm log q) and signature size of O(tm log q). Our group signature has notable advantages: support of membership revocation, and short in both the public key size and the signature size.     

青藏铁路综合安全监控系统研究

青藏铁路是世界上海拔最高、线路最长的高原铁路,为确保运营安全,贯彻 "无人值守、加强监控、少维护、免维护"的思想,设计了一套综合安全监控系统.系统在硬件上可根据应用需求进行平滑扩展,支持在系统各个层面的对象及子系统接入;软件上采用模块化、组态化思想,可根据应用需求进行定制.本文介绍系统的总体框架结构示意图,论述综合安全监控管理信息系统、安全监控管理平台、安全检查和监测信息的接入、处理与综合应用等子系统的功能.通过该系统将各类监测/监控系统采集的监测信息集中起来进行分析、共享,并结合青藏线行车调度指挥规程的改进、人工检查信息的规范化统一管理、安全管理制度的完善及各专业维修制度的创新来开展基于信息集成的综合运用,为青藏铁路公司的运营安全保障体系提供技术支撑.     

液压式辙叉更换小车的研制

分析目前铁路工务系统辙叉更换和道岔、轨排、可动心轨在站场短程运送方面存在的问题,提出基于液压千斤顶原理,集辙叉更换和道岔、轨排、可动心轨短程运送功能于一体的专用机具设计方案,并对该机具主要受力件进行了强度校验,总结该机具的主要技术性能和特点。
