滨海新区桥梁设计问题的探讨

结合新区建设的设计经验,从桥梁专业设计人的角度出发,对新区桥梁设计工作值得注意的几个问题进行总结与探讨。主要结合目前部分区域交通运输的需求,提出根据实际情况进行适当提高标准的建议,并给出了工程实例;结合滨海新区环境特点,强调耐久性设计,并结合工程实际给出了一些具体的办法和实例;同时对设计理念和养管等问题也提出了有益的建议。     

城市高架桥下交叉口交通管理对策

以西安市为例,研究城市高架桥下交叉口的系统特征,总结其存在的问题,提出交通管理与改善对策,能达到提高通行效率、保障交通安全的目的。     

节能型双频段无线视频监控系统

针对市场上对兼容多频段无线监控系统的需求,设计并实现了一套节能型双频段无线监控系统,并对其中的关键技术新型结构的带通滤波器和混合型光伏发电系统实现方式进行了论述分析,给出了在工程中实用的设计方法,其测试结果显示该系统可有效的应用于无线视频监控中.     

Numerical simulation of multi-pass rolling force and temperature field of plate steel during hot rolling

Rolling force and temperature field are important parameters in the hot rolling process of plate steel. Most researchers use ANSYS/LS-DYNA and MSC.Marc to simulate the hot rolling process, however, software DEFORM-3D is not used widely in this field. Therefore, in this study, the commercially available finite element analysis software DEFORM-3D is used to simulate the distribution of rolling force, stress-effective, strain-effective and temperature field during the hot rolling process of plate steel with the size of 0.220m×2.070m×1.904m. Both the simulated rolling force and temperature of the multi-pass are compared with the measured results. It is shown that the simulated values by the finite element method are approximate to the measured values in the hot rolling of plate steel. So the simulation can provide an important reference and optimization to make rolling process and parameters in steel factory.     

Histologic changes in the sinus membrane after maxillary sinus augmentation with simultaneous implant placement using engineered bone graft material

The aim of the study was to analyze the histologic and ultrastructural changes after maxillary sinus augmentation with simultaneous implant placement using engineered bone graft material. In this study, calcium phosphate cement (CPC) scaffolds combined with goat bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) were used to fill goat sinus floor space after maxillary sinus floor elevation with simultaneous implant placement comparing with those not filled any grafted materials and used as controls. After a healing period of 3 months, the goat maxillary sinus membrane was examined using light microscopy and scanning electronic microscopy. The results showed that the connective tissue thickness and the epithelium thickness of mucosa were not statistically significant difference between two groups. The tissue engineered bone complex might be an ideal graft for the sinus floor elevation and have no influence on the sinus membrane under the histological and ultrastructural observation.     

Matlab/GUI在钢板弹簧悬架设计中的应用

对纵置对称式钢板弹簧进行了设计与计算,基于Matlab将设计过程程序化表示,建立了相应的图形用户界面,并将设计程序封装为独立运行的可执行程序,设计者可以快速的得到设计结果,便于多次重复计算与比较计算结果.     

关于整合建筑装饰制图和AutoCAD制图课程的探索

本文提出在高职教学中整合《建筑装饰制图》、《CAD制图》为《建筑装饰制图与CAD》一门课程,分析了整合课程的原因意义、整合课程的措施和方法。     

江西省公路货运量预测研究

分析各种货运量预测方法的优缺点,结合公路交通发展的特点,特别是公路货物需求的基础上,选用回归分析法、灰色预测法,对江西省公路货运量进行预测分析。通过灰色系统模型和线性回归的方法对江西省近9年的相关数据运用MATLAB进行分析,预测出江西省未来5年的公路货运量。

降雨作为一种常见的气象条件,对高速公路网行程时间的稳定性有着直接的影响.本文针对雨天能见度降低、路面摩擦系数变小的特征,通过分析降雨的空间分布模式,建立了雨天路段单元自由流车速、通行能力以及公路网需求水平的修正模型,进而提出了雨天路段单元的广义行程时间函数.结合用户最优平衡分配模型,以及系统工程中的串并联理论,建立了雨天高速公路路段单元、路径、OD对和公路网的行程时间可靠度评价模型.应用Matlab工具箱模拟公路网上的降雨分布,设计了基于Monte Carlo方法的评价模型求解思路.最后以算例验证了该方法在行程时间可靠性评价中的应用.结果表明,能藉此有效地找出雨天公路网中行程时间敏感性最大的关键路段.     

三叶因子3在胃溃疡大鼠脾脏不同部位的表达

目的研究三叶因子3(TFF3)在胃溃疡大鼠脾脏不同部位的表达。方法胃前壁黏膜下注射冰乙酸制备大鼠胃溃疡模型,免疫组织化学法分别检测正常组(6只)和溃疡组(42只)雄性大鼠脾脏TFF3的表达。结果①溃疡组大鼠脾脏明显肿大、充血;与正常组相比白髓面积明显增大(P<0.05或P<0.01),至6 d组最大,边缘区增厚(P<0.05或P<0.01),至10 d组最厚;红髓面积减少。②TFF3阳性反应物呈棕黄色颗粒状分布于胞质中。③TFF3在正常组大鼠脾脏中呈弱阳性表达,在溃疡组表达明显增高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。溃疡组白髓中阳性细胞TFF3平均吸光度值各组与正常组相比明显增高(P<0.05),以10 d组增高最为明显;边缘区阳性细胞TFF3吸光度值1、2 d和6 d组与正常组相比明显增高(P<0.05或P<0.01),以6 d组增高最为明显;红髓阳性细胞TFF3吸光度值1、2、6 d和14 d组与正常组相比明显增高(P<0.05或P<0.01),以6 d组增高最为明显。④溃疡组边缘区TFF3表达与损伤时间呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 TFF3在胃溃疡大鼠脾脏各部位呈高水平表达,可能通过提高脾脏免疫反应性促进胃溃疡的愈合。
