基于PERT的弹道导弹装填作业流程优化研究

通过对多枚弹道导弹装填网络作业流程进行分析,建立了三组数学模型。基于该模型将多枚导弹装填的问题转化为一种寻求最优方案的问题,并以三枚导弹装填网络作业流程的优化为例,阐述多枚导弹装填优化模型的过程,最后给出了多枚弹装填的时间公式。     

A hybrid firefly algorithm for optimizing fractional proportional-integral-derivative controller in ship steering

In this paper, a new algorithm which integrates the powerful firefly algorithm(FA) and the ant colony optimization(ACO) has been used in tracking control of ship steering for optimization of fractional-order proportional-integral-derivative(FOPID) controller gains. Particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is also used to optimize FOPID controllers, and their performances are compared. It is found that FA optimized FOPID controller gives better performance than others. Sensitivity analysis has been carried out to see the robustness of optimum FOPID gains obtained at nominal conditions to wide changes in system parameters, and the optimum FOPID gains need not be reset for wide changes in system parameters.     

A dynamic computable general equilibrium simulation of China’s innovation-based economy under the new normal

Researching China’s innovative economic and financial innovation issues under the background of the New Normal, we need to carefully analyze the internal structure and interaction of China’s macroeconomics. The computable general equilibrium (CGE) model has outstanding advantages on predicting the external shock influences on economic system, but previous studies on forecast for China’s future economy mostly considered a high growth rate which is hard to comply with the New Normal scene. By constructing China’s macroeconomic dynamic CGE (DCGE) model and anticipating the economic impact of the New Normal, this paper finds that the New Normal has a certain extent inhibition on China’s macro-economy and innovation. However, after adding the research and development (R&D) subsidy policy, the negative impacts of the New Normal on macro-economy can be eliminated to realize the optimization of economic structure. In addition, after combining the financial innovation promoting policy and the KeQiang index through the simulation of macro-economy, we find that the quality of economic growth is improved. Finally, we provide the policy recommendations for the realization of an innovative economy under China’s New Normal.     

基于参数化建模的渔船军运改装结构分析系统

总结了各型号渔船改装的规律和特点,采用参数化设计理念,开发了专用结构分析系统,利用Delphi对ANSYS进行了封装,用户只需输入简单的船体结构参数和军用荷载,系统即可自动实现对改装渔船结构的整体有限元分析,极大地降低了结构分析的难度,提高效率、降低成本。计算结果显示,系统采用的整体结构分析方法与传统的针对构件的局部强度分析方法相比,能更科学地反映结构承载情况,结构加强部分截面明显减小,有效减少了附加重量,节约了改装费用。     

基于“可持续发展工程”理念的城市桥梁技术展望

该文简要分析了城市桥梁技术发展所面临的形势与需求;基于"可持续发展工程"理念,提出了城市桥梁应该推动发展的桥梁集约化建设技术、组合结构和预制拼装桥梁技术、特殊桥梁设计技术、桥梁耐久性技术等内容;从理论研究与设计方法、结构的改进与开发以及施工技术等方面,分析论证了应该关注的主要技术问题。     

沥青混凝土高温摊铺对混凝土箱梁桥的影响研究

该文在实测数据的基础上,通过有限元热-应力耦合计算,对影响沥青混凝土摊铺所形成的温度梯度的各种参数进行了分析,在此基础上提出了沥青混凝土摊铺所引起的截面上最不利温度梯度的简化模式,可以为沥青混凝土摊铺所引起的截面应力的计算提供参考,最后对防止沥青混凝土高温摊铺引起裂缝的措施提出了一些建议。

Biocompatibility evaluation of polyethylene terephthalate artificial ligament coating hydroxyapatite by fibroblasts cells in vitro

Hydroxyapatite (HA) based materials have been widely used in the field of ligament tissue engineering in the past decades. It has been previously reported that HA can increase the penetration of marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and MSCs cells into scaffolds due to increased cell differentiation in biological media. Additionally, it was found that there are much difference between MSCs and anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) cells. For that reason, we mainly evaluate the biocompatibility of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) silk scaffold with fibroblasts cells in vitro. We cultured mouse fibroblasts cells on the substrate of PET fiber and PET-HA scaffold, respectively, and then observed the morphology by using scanning electron microscopy. Our data indicate that PET-HA scaffold has good biocompatibility with fibroblasts cells and can potentially be useful in enhancing the fibroblasts cell differentiation and proliferation.

Research on Spatially Adaptive High-Order Total Variation Model for Weak Fluorescence Image Restoration

Photoacoustic imaging acquires the absorption contrast of biological tissue with ultrasound resolution. It has been broadly investigated in biomedicine for animal and clinical studies. Recently, a micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) scanner has been utilized in photoacoustic imaging systems to enhance their performance and extend the realm of applications. The review provides a recap of recent developments in photoacoustic imaging using MEMS scanner, from instrumentation to applications. The topics include the design of MEMS scanner, its use in photoacoustic microscopy, miniature imaging probes, development of dual-modality systems, as well as cutting-edge bio-imaging studies.
