Effect of oxygen content on structural and optical properties of single Cu2O film by reactive magnetron sputtering method

Cuprous oxide (Cu₂O) thin films have been deposited on glass substrate by reactive magnetron sputtering method using Cu target and argon oxygen gas atmosphere. Effect of oxygen flow rate on structural and optical properties of thin films has been discussed. The results of X-ray diffraction, ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry and atomic force micrograph indicated that the condition window for single Cu₂O phase was about 3.8 to 4.4 cm³/min, and the optimum oxygen flow rate was 4.2 cm³/min. The optical band gap E _g of Cu₂O film was determined by using the data of transmittance versus wavelength, and slightly decreased from 2.46 to 2.40 eV with the increase of oxygen flow rate from 3.8 to 4.4 cm³/min. The Cu₂O film formed at the oxygen flow rate of 4.2 cm³/min had an optical band gap of 2.43 eV.     

自锚式悬索桥与上承式拱桥组合体系桥梁稳定性研究

自锚式悬索桥与上承式拱桥组合体系桥梁具有结构体系新颖、造型美观等特点,但由于这种结构形式尚未修建过,对其结构稳定性能进行研究具有重要的工程意义。在详细阐述结构恒载状态分析和活载传递机理的基础上,采用通用有限元软件ANSYS,分6种荷载工况对某座主跨406 m的组合体系方案作线弹性稳定、几何非线性稳定及考虑几何材料双重非线性极限承载力的分析,并探讨了初始缺陷对极限承载力的影响。通过与同等跨度的上承式拱桥作对比分析,得出两种桥型在稳定性方面的异同。分析表明:两种结构体系的一阶线弹性屈曲失稳模态均表现为中跨拱梁结合段的横向侧弯;不同加载模式对结构整体稳定性和破坏模式有一定影响;准确分析极限承载力需同时考虑几何、材料双重非线性的影响;面外初始缺陷对组合体系的极限承载力不会产生较大影响。

本文主要叙述船舶制冷系统变频控制时热力循环参数的计算.目的是了解系统在一定的蒸发温度下,当环境温度和转速变化时,热力循环中各状态点压力、温度以及系统制冷量、功率等物理量的变化情况,以提供构建控制系统时对控制对象的数学模型的更深入认识和了解.     

Threshold signature scheme with threshold verification based on multivariate linear polynomial

Secret sharing schemes are multi-party protocols related to key establishment. They also facilitate distributed trust or shared control for critical activities (e.g., signing corporate cheques and opening bank vaults), by gating the critical action on cooperation from t(t ∈ Z ⁺) of n(n ∈ Z ⁺) users. A (t, n) threshold scheme (t < n) is a method by which a trusted party computes secret shares Γ _i (1 ⩽ i ⩽ n) from an initial secret Γ ₀ and securely distributes Γ _i to user. Any t or more users who pool their shares may easily recover Γ ₀, but any group knowing only t−1 or fewer shares may not. By the ElGamal public key cryptophytes and the Schnorr’s signature scheme, this paper proposes a new (t, n) threshold signature scheme with (k,m) (k,m ∈ Z ⁺) threshold verification based on the multivariate linear polynomial.     

吊杆索力的计算方法与应用研究

由于吊杆长度刚度、边界条件等因素对结构的影响程度不同,可得到频率法测吊杆力在不同假设下的四种计算模型。结合某140 m提篮式系杆拱桥,对四种模型进行了计算分析,与实测的数据进行对比,结果表明,在测试吊杆力时,系杆拱桥特别是短索的测试中必须考虑刚度以及边界条件的影响。

基于改进的Logvinovich法对带横摇运动非对称楔形体入水砰击力的计算(英文)

The water entry problem of an asymmetric wedge with roll motion was analyzed by the method of a modified Logvinovich model (MLM). The MLM is a kind of analytical model based on the Wagner method, which linearizes the free surface condition and body boundary condition. The difference is that the MLM applies a nonlinear Bernoulli equation to obtain pressure distribution, which has been proven to be helpful to enhance the accuracy of hydrodynamic loads. The Wagner condition in this paper was generalized to solve the problem of the water entry of a wedge body with rotational velocity. The comparison of wet width between the MLM and a fully nonlinear numerical approach was given, and they agree well with each other. The effect of angular velocity on the hydrodynamic loads of a wedge body was investigated.     

Truss Spar平台非线性垂荡-纵摇耦合随机运动分析(英文)

Considering the static stability and the change of the displacement volume, including the influences of higher order nonlinear terms and the instantaneous wave surface, the nonlinear coupled heave-pitch motion was established in stochastic waves. The responses of heave-pitch coupling motion for the Truss Spar platform were investigated. It was found that, when the characteristic frequency of a stochastic wave is close to the natural heave frequency, the large amplitude pitch motion is induced under the parametric-forced excitation, which is called the Mathieu instability. It was observed that the heave mode energy is transferred to pitch mode when the heave motion amplitude exceeds a certain extent. In addition, the probability of internal resonant heave-pitch motion is greatly reduced while the characteristic wave frequency is away from the natural heave frequency.
