原发性小血管炎患者多系统临床表现和肾脏病理分析

目的分析原发性小血管炎患者多系统的临床表现和肾脏病理特点。方法选取我院1996年1月至2007年8月间明确诊断的原发性小血管炎患者共78例,患者均有肾脏损害,并行肾活检,总结分析患者的临床病理资料。结果78例中15例胞浆型抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(cANCA)阳性,均识别蛋白酶3(PR3);62例环核型抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(PANCA)阳性,均识别髓过氧化物酶(MPO)。临床表现呈多器官受累:不规则发热;浮肿、血尿、蛋白尿、肾功能减退;咳嗽、咯血、胸痛、肺部浸润;鼻塞伴有脓性分泌物;关节肿痛等。肾活检可见小血管壁节段性纤维素样坏死,新月体多见。免疫荧光无免疫球蛋白或微量免疫球蛋白及补体C3沉积。治疗采用糖皮质激素联用细胞毒药物或吗替麦考酚酯,部分患者同时给予透析治疗,治疗有效率达85.9%。结论原发性小血管炎并不少见,且以显微镜下型多血管炎居多;患者以中老年为主;ANCA检测有助于早期诊断及复发判断;及时治疗可逆转。     

Possibilistic fuel cycle assessment of retrofit technologies for two stroke powered tricycles

Two stroke powered tricycles are a major source of air pollution in the Philippines. A fuelcycle assessment of the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and direct injection retrofit technologies for these vehicles is conducted. The results when compared with carbureted two and four strokes units indicate that retrofitting the units to direct injection provides lower fossil energy depletion, global warming, human toxicity and photochemical ozone formation impact potentials compared to LPG fueled carbureted two stroke tricycles while the latter exhibits lower acidification and nutrification impact values. The direct injection retrofitted units show a lower aggregated impact score and dominance over four stroke units. The conversion to LPG revealed minimal environmental benefits compared to the gasoline run units.     

汽车电子机械制动执行器的研制及压力估算研究

针对某轿车研制了电子机械制动(EMB)系统执行器,给出了EMB执行器的设计开发流程,搭建了EMB执行器压力估算试验台.从减小执行器体积、降低执行器成本及增加执行器可靠性的角度出发,由试验数据拟合得到了电机电流与执行器输出压力的关系曲线及执行器丝杠位移与执行器输出压力的关系曲线,为EMB执行器输出压力的估算提供了依据.     

Excel在测量数据处理中的应用

通过对Excel若干函数的研究,结合本人的工程实践,用Excel实现了几种测量数据处理的功能。

北京市公交车典型行驶工况的构建

选取北京市36条典型公交车行驶路线,用GPS进行了连续一周的车速采集,累计行程6000多公里,获取了100多万条行驶速度数据。运用聚类分析方法对样本数据进行初步分析,确定了所需的数据样本;再用MATLAB软件进行编程计算,对样本数据进行了整理和分析,最后构建了公交车辆道路行驶工况。对比分析表明它与欧洲地区的行驶工况存在一定的相关性。     

高震区斜坡式护岸的岸坡稳定性分析

对位于菲律宾高震区的某斜坡式护岸结构的岸坡进行稳定性评估,分析国际上主流抗震设计规范,结合该工程的具体设计条件,提出合适的地震岸坡稳定分析方法、稳定标准和分析流程,并采用Newmark法和非线性动力分析对该护岸的震后残余位移进行计算。结果表明：高震区的岸坡稳定分析宜以控制位移为目标,水准1、2地震下的残余位移宜分别不超过5、30 cm;当采用Newmark法计算时宜取其上限位移,而通过非线性动力分析可获得岸坡残余位移和最大剪应变等的分布,从而对地震下的岸坡稳定做更为全面的设计和评估。     

地铁列车驾驶仿真器声音仿真系统研究

声音仿真系统是地铁列车驾驶仿真器的重要组成部分。介绍了地铁列车驾驶仿真器的基本结构和功能,提出了利用DirectSound进行声音仿真的基本思路,阐述了基于 DirectSound的地铁列车驾驶仿真器声音仿真系统的具体实现方法。     

The ultimate strength of doubler plate reinforced Y-joints under compression loading

It is common practice in the offshore industry to solve the punching shear problem due to compression by using doubler plate. The finite-element method is a useful tool for studying this problem. The aim of this paper is to study the static strength of doubler plate reinforced Y-joints subjected to compression loading. The finite-element method is adopted in numerical parametric studies. The individual influences of the geometric parameters βand τd （ doubler plate to chord wall thickness ratio） and ld/d1 （ dubler plate length to brace diameter ratio） on the ultimate strength are made clear. The results show the size of plate may have important effects on the strength of reinforced joints. It is found that the ultimate strength of Y-joints reinforced with appropriately proportioned doubler plates can be greatly improved nearly up tothree times to un-reinforced Y-joints.
