旧水泥混凝土路面改建设计探讨

对旧水泥混凝土路面改造中砂砾石铺筑、路基拼接、路面结构设计及施工等方面进行探讨,提出在改建项目中常用的设计方法,结合项目实施过程,总结设计施工经验。     

浅谈高速公路支线上跨景观设计方法

支线上跨作为高速公路上的重要构造物和人造景观,应力求与主线交角合适、线形流畅、桥梁造型美观、结构新颖、同时又能兼顾利用原有道路系统,做到经济美观。文章依托沿海（连盐通）高速公路支线上跨设计,对支线上跨景观设计进行探讨。     

简支梁桥的拼接施工工艺研究

针对高速公路扩建工程的简支板梁和T梁桥加宽拼接施工工艺,首先分析了拼接设计的技术要求,并根据以上要求,对拼接施工中的关键工艺进行了研究和总结,提出了相应的施工对策和建议。     

真3维公路设计错误检测算法的研究与实现

由于真3维公路设计与传统2维公路设计的差异,如何在真3维的环境中进行设计错误的检测,至关重要。文章针对该问题,利用数学理论进行了2种检测方法的研究,从编程和精度角度分析其优缺点,利用线段长度比较的方法对平面线设计错误进行检测,达到了很好的应用效果,并能够在进行线位调整的同时,自动给出错误的检测结果,为真3维公路设计提供了参考。     

β-榄香烯对肾癌细胞的体外放射增敏作用

目的　探讨 β 榄香烯对肾癌细胞GRC 1的体外放射增敏作用及机理。 方法　将GRC 1细胞分为空白组 (加培养液 2mL)、空白乳组 (加空白乳培养液 2mL)和加药组 (加 5 0mg·L -1榄香烯乳培养液 2mL) ,培养 2 4h后 ,3组细胞悬液在剂量率 4 0 0cGy·min-1时 ,分别接受来自 6MeV直线加速器不同剂量的x线照射。计数被照细胞克隆群数 ,绘制细胞放射 存活曲线图。流式细胞仪检测各组细胞的周期变化与凋亡。对 3组爬片细胞进行免疫细胞化学染色 ,成像系统灰度分析bcl 2与PCNA基因表达。结果　流式细胞术显示 ,5 0mg·L -1榄香烯乳对肾癌细胞的G2 M阻滞作用随时间增加而增强 ,2 4h时作用达高峰 ;随时间和照射剂量的增加细胞凋亡水平增高。细胞爬片的成像系统灰度分析显示加药组与空白组相比 ,bcl 2基因表达降低 2 0 % ,而两组PCNA无表达。结论　β 榄香烯乳对肾癌细胞GRC 1有放射增敏作用 ,其作用机制可能与下调bcl 2基因表达 ,诱导GRC 1细胞凋亡和对细胞G2 M期阻滞有关

基于无向连通网络核和核度的计算方法，探讨有向连通网络核和核度的计算．并且提出动态流网络系统动态核的概念，阐述动态核应用所具有的广泛性．城市道路交通网络系统为典型的有向连通动态流网络系统，它的动态核和核度的计算具有代表性．最后，本文给出城市道路交通网络系统动态核和核度的计算算法，可以将其用于解决城市道路交通网络核心交叉口计算问题，由此可以用于监控道路交通的拥挤和阻塞．     

香炉山隧道消防系统的选择与设计

香炉山隧道全长约2 400 m,为目前辽宁省在建高速公路最长隧道。根据隧道长度和远期交通量,隧道消防等级为A级。隧道消防设施采用灭火器 消火栓给水系统 固定式水成膜泡沫灭火装置 泡沫-细水雾灭火系统。香炉山隧道冬季平均气温在-15℃,消防给水管道保温系统采用"电伴热为主,管道保温为辅"的技术措施来解决冬季保温问题。     

有关摩托车"国Ⅲ"排放达标的几个问题

1 摩托车企业应认真实施"国Ⅲ"排放标准 近年来,我国机动车保有量快速增长,截至2007年6月,全国机动车保有量1.528亿辆,其中汽车5350万辆,摩托车8350万辆,若考虑尚未注册的摩托车和所谓的燃油助力车在内,我国摩托车保有量将超过1亿辆.     

Automatic software install/update for embedded Linux

Linux has a special feature of automount in the Linux kernel. Filesystem can be mounted and unmounted automatically. Its performance is similar to MS Windows. It works well under demands of more saving resources and automatization, like memory of system. An approach to install/update software automatically on embedded platform was proposed. This approach derives from above feature based on embedded environment with Linux OS. Configurations of files related to this feature were introduced. An example in practice was given to realize this approach from universal serial bus （USB） memory disk when USB disk is available.     

Research on vane end face of cam-rotor vane servo motor based on disturbing torque

Cam-rotor vane motor (CRVM) is one of the new continuous hydraulic servo motors with the characteristics of no pulsation of instantaneous flow rate and output torque, small volume and rotating inertia. It is one of the appropriate actuators for hydraulic servo system which has good dynamic and steady-state performance requirements. The ideal output torque of CRVM is pulseless, but the actual output torque of CRVM is pulsating. This is caused by the disturbing torque of contact components, especially the friction between vane and cam-rotor. In order to get better performance of CRVM, which means more stable output torque and smaller disturbing torque, we discuss four kinds of vane end faces (VEFs). Analytic formulae of the normal contact force and the disturbing torque caused by the vane are derived from systematical force analysis. The normal contact force and the disturbing torque vary through a period under different VEF, and the reduced oil pressure is simulated in this paper. The simulation shows that the VEF with the proper round and reduced oil pressure can significantly decrease the disturbing torque and get better servo performance. The experiment results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and simulation.
