Capillary electrophoresis with inhibited electrochemiluminescent detection for the trace analysis of epinephrine and dopamine

In this paper, a novel electrochemiluminescent (ECL) detection approach was developed for highly sensitive detection of ECL inhibitors based on the ECL inhibition of Ru(bpy)32+/2-(Dibutylamino)ethanol (DBAE) system. A microfluidic ECL detection cell was fabricated to couple with the capillary electrophoresis system, the electrochemical system and the postcolumn injection system. Both Ru(bpy)32+ and DBAE solutions were injected directly to the working electrode surface by a micro-infusion system to obtain a high and stable ECL signal. The performance of this setup was demonstrated by the analysis of two typical ECL inhibitors, dopamine and epinephrine. Under the optimal conditions, the limit of detection (LOD) for dopamine and epinephrine was 50nM and 5nM respectively. The proposed method was also successfully used for the trace analysis of dopamine and epinephrine in human serum samples.

Glutamate enhances the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in cultured SD rat astrocytes

Objective To study the effect of glutamate on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) mRNA and protein in cultured rat astrocytes. Methods Cultured rat astrocytes were randomly divided into 6 groups: control group (C), glutamate group (G), QA group (Q), DCG-IV group (D), L-AP4 group (L) and glutanmte-FMCPG gronp (G+M). Cells were cultured under nomoxic condition (95% air, 5% CO2). RT-PCR and ELISA methods were used to detect the expression of VEGF mRNA and protein in cultured astrocytes, respectively. G+ M group was preincubated with lmM MCPG for 30 min prior to the stimulation with glutamate. There were 7 time points at 0,4,8,12,16,24 and 48 h in each group except G+M group. Results The expression of VEGF mRNA and protein did not differ significantly among D group, L group and C group. Different from that in C group, the expression of VEGF mRNA and protein could be enhanced both in a dose-dependent and time-dependent manner in G group and Q group. Meanwhile, the enhanced expression of VEGF mRNA and protein in G group was completely suppressed by MCPG after 24 h. Conclusion Glutamate can increase the expression of VEGF mRNA and protein in cultured astrocytes, which may be due to the activation of group I metabotropic glutamate receptors in astrocytes.     

C60高性能混凝土配合比试验研究

以重庆鱼洞长江大桥二期工程为依托,首先对C60高性能混凝土组成材料进行优选,然后通过调整水灰质量比、砂率以及外加剂种类进行配合比优化设计,通过测试C60高性能混凝土拌合物的工作性能、力学性能、长期性能,从中选择各项性能较好的配合比作为设计配合比。试验研究表明,当采用P．O42．5R水泥＋优质骨料＋硅灰（质量分数为6％）＋矿渣粉（质量分数为15％）＋高效外加剂时可以配制出性能优异的C60高性能混凝土。此设计步骤和思路可为高性能混凝土的配合比设计提供参考。     

基于统计分析的混凝土箱梁温差标准值研究

为了确定混凝土箱梁内部最不利正温差和反温差的大小,对处于施工阶段的某混凝土连续箱梁桥进行了为期1年的温度效应观测.在实际温度观测数据的基础上,采用统计分析中假设检验和参教分析的方法对混凝土箱梁温差标准值进行了分析,进而计算出混凝土箱梁正温差和反温差相应的标准值.结果表明,混凝土箱梁正温差和反温差服从不同的Weibull概率分布;混凝土箱梁正温差标准值为24.8℃,反温差标准值为-10.9℃.     

Functional ontology for conceptual design oriented model representation and reuse

Functionality represents a blueprint of a product and plays a crucial role in problem-solving such as design. This article discusses the model representation from the angle of functional ontology by function deployment. We construct a framework of functional ontology which decomposes the function and contains a library of vocabulary to comprehensively represent the conceptual design model. The ontology enables the automatic identification system to search in the functional space. Furthermore, the functional ontology can form a systematic representation for the model so that it can be reused in the conceptual design and can be applied in the domain of knowledge fusion in our further work.

金融危机对我国经济产生了巨大影响,尤其是零部件、原材料、制造业、出口型企业、能源工业及汽车产业受金融危机的影响较大.这使得汽车及相关产业吸纳毕业生的能力减弱,汽车企业校园招聘计划大幅缩减,招聘要求大幅提升.以往就业形势良好的一些专业如机械、汽车、国际贸易等受到了冲击.汽车专业毕业生更是面临着严峻的考验,他们就业压力增强,就业心理受到影响,就业成本增加,就业难度加大.为此,只有政府、企业、学校和毕业生本人都应当采取相应的对策.克服难关,才能实现毕业生顺利就业.

面对城市交通拥堵严重,环境污染逐年加剧,本文利用车载尾气检测技术收集和比较了北京市典型信号协调路段与普通路段的实测尾气排放数据,分析了两种控制策略下的机动车尾气污染水平与分布规律;此外,结合微观交通仿真模型VISSIM和基于VSP变量的尾气排放建模方法,搭建了微观交通尾气仿真平台,通过实例仿真评价了不同信号配时和不同交通流量两种交通控制策略下的尾气排放。
