基于HMM的客车转向架故障诊断与应用

介绍隐马尔可夫模型（HMM）算法在转向架故障诊断中的应用.利用HMM方法研究转向架在运行过程中抗蛇行减振器正常、异常状态,HMM的参数根据试验数据统计训练出,提出了一种新的转向架故障诊断方法,试验证明该诊断方法可行.     

Theoretical analysis of natural frequency of externally prestressed concrete beam based on rigidity correction

A dynamic test on externally prestressed simply supported concrete beams separately with three typical types of tendon distributions was conducted. The results show that the natural frequencies of the beams increase with the increase in the prestressing force at,the tensioning stage, and the natural frequencies decrease after the cracks occur in the beams. Following the calculation formula of natural frequency of externally prestressed beam, which was reported in a literature, the natural frequencies of the experimental beams are calculated, and big errors are found between the test results and the calculated ones of natural frequency values. As a result, this paper has tried to adopt two methods to correct the rigidity parameter of the concrete beam in the formula for natural frequency calculation, and to use the corrected formula to calculate the frequencies of the experimental beams. The calculation results indicate a good consistency with the experimental ones, which verifies the feasibility of the corrected formula.

随着铁路事业的大发展,工程施工的机械化、工厂化、专业化、信息化已经成为国际发展趋势,标准化的建设将有助于施工产品的质量、外观等综合效益的进一步提高,而节段拼装其独有的优势也将得到大力发展。由于工序的影响,单孔的架设速度已很难提高,所以一次架设两孔,形成2个作业面,无疑将是提高效率的一个方向。对节段拼装法一次架设两孔的造桥机结构和施工技术进行了研究,将为今后类似项目的实施提供一定的参考。     

大小鱼山地基土随机场统计特征及可靠性分析

针对传统可靠度设计方法在地基可靠度分析中算得的可靠度指标过小、失效概率过大的问题，将随机场理论应用于地基可靠度分析。结合鱼山地区围垦促淤过程中获得的大量地勘资料，基于随机场理论讨论采用改进的递推空间法确定土层相关距离的合理性，统计出该地区典型土层土性指标的相关距离及方差折减函数值，并将其应用于岸坡稳定的可靠度分析。结果表明：随机场理论应用于地基土的可靠度分析具有重要的应用和推广价值，采用改进的递推空间法更易确定土性指标的相关距离值，地基土强度指标黏聚力、内摩擦角经方差折减后得到的岸坡可靠性指标更符合工程实际的安全程度。     

混合型非线性规划的MATLAB实现方法

混合非线性规划问题广泛存在于优化设计、管理科学及系统控制等实际运用领域,但是现在还没有一个数学软件可以解决部分变量取离散值、部分变量取整数的混合非线性规划问题.文章依据分枝定界法原理给出了一种该问题在MATLAB中的实现,一般情况下深度优先和广度优先遍历次数是相同的.文中利用了两种存储结构,节约了时间和空间.并且对本方法和已有方法在几个问题上的应用进行了比较.     

Guaranteed Cost Iterative Learning Control for Multi-Phase Batch Processes

Batch process is a typical multi-phase process. Due to the interaction between the phases of the batch process, high precision control in a single phase cannot guarantee high precision control of the whole batch process. In order to solve this problem, the guaranteed cost iterative learning control (ILC) of multi-phase batch processes is studied in this paper. Firstly, through introducing the output error, the state error and the extended information, the multi-phase batch process is transformed into an equivalent 2D switched system which has different dimensions. In addition, under the measurable condition, the guaranteed cost iterative learning control law with extended information is designed. The proposed control law ensures not only the stability of the system but also the optimal control performance. Next, in order to study the stability of the system and the minimum running time under the condition of stable running, the multi-Lyapunov function method is used. By means of the average dwell time method, the sufficient conditions ensuring system to be exponentially stable are given in the form of linear matrix inequality (LMI). Finally, the injection molding process is taken as an example to make simulation, which shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.     

缸内紊流计算

气缸内气流是以紊流形式存在，在计算气缸对流传热时要知道气流的特征速度和特征长度。本文介绍的紊流模型能准确提供特征速度和特征长度参数的数值。     

Vehicle stability control based on driver’s emergency alignment intention recognition

In this work, the reference model modification strategy for vehicle stability control based on driver's intention recognition under emergent obstacle avoidance situation was proposed. First the conflicts between the driver's emergency alignment (EA) intention and vehicle response characteristics were analyzed in critical emergent obstacle avoidance situation. Second combining steering wheel angle and its speed, the driver's EA intention was recognized. The reference model modification strategy based on steering operation index (SOI) was presented. Then a LQR model following controller with tire cornering stiffness adaption was used to generate direct yaw moment for tracking modified reference yaw rate and reference sideslip angle. Finally based on the four-in-wheel-motor-drive (FIWMD) electric vehicles (EV), double lane change and slalom tests were conducted to compare the results using modified reference model with the results using normal reference model. The experimental tests have proved the effectiveness of the reference model modification strategy based on driver's intention recognition.
