荆门市双喜大道立交设计要点分析

双喜大道是荆门市漳河新区“四横六纵”之一，也是区域景观与生活轴线，是区域内的一条生活性主干道。双喜大道立交是衔接双喜大道与象山大道交通流的重要枢纽，也是整个漳河新区路网规划中的重要节点。通过对荆门市双喜大道立交方案设计分析，提出匝道落地位置与老城区现有单位出入口冲突多种解决问题的方法并分析采用推荐方案的原因。

Robust hierarchical controller with conditional integrator based on small gain theorem for reference trajectory tracking of autonomous vehicles

ABSTRACT

A robust trajectory tracking controller is designed for autonomous vehicles based on a hierarchical architecture to make the autonomous vehicle track a given reference trajectory. The controller consists of two sub controllers: kinematic controller and dynamic controller. Based on the kinematics of tracking reference trajectory, a desired yaw rate is calculated by kinematic controller to make the lateral deviation global asymptotic stable. Then, steering wheel angle is calculated by a vehicle dynamic controller to make the vehicle yaw rate converge to the desired value and make the vehicle dynamic stable. Conditional integration method is used in the sub controllers. This method guarantees global asymptotic stability of tracking reference values and considers the uncertainty of parameters and constraints of desired yaw rate and actuators. Then based on small-gain theorem, the condition of the finite-gain L stability is given to the hierarchical controller to ensure the interconnected sub systems stable and prevent the amplification of system disturbance. Finally, the effectiveness and robustness of the controller are validated by real vehicle experiments.

Data-driven State-of-Charge estimator for electric vehicles battery using robust extended Kalman filter

An accurate battery State-of-Charge (SoC) estimation method is one of the most significant and difficult techniques to promote the commercialization of electric vehicles. This paper tries to make two contributions to the existing literatures through a robust extended Kalman filter (REKF) algorithm. (1) An improved lumped parameter battery model has been proposed based on the Thevenin battery model and the global optimization-oriented genetic algorithm is used to get the optimal polarization time constant of the battery model. (2) A REKF algorithm is employed to build an accurate data-driven based robust SoC estimator for a LiFePO4 lithium-ion battery. The result with the Federal Urban Driving Schedules (FUDS) test shows that the improved lumped parameter battery model can simulate the dynamic performance of the battery accurately. More importantly, the REKF based SoC estimation approach makes the SoC estimation with high accuracy and reliability, it can efficiently eliminate the problem of accumulated calculation error and erroneous initial estimator state of the SoC.

面向数控加工的船模曲面三维造型方法

为了最大限度地利用船模曲面的三族型线,使造型结果蕴涵更多的船模曲面的设计信息,分析了各类曲面造型方法构建船模曲面的不同效果,提出了面向数控加工的船模曲面三维造型的过曲线网格法,以一艘实际双艉船模曲面为例,研究了过曲线网格法实现船模曲面三维造型的关键技术:局部区域包容方案与分片造型方案,利用UG/OpenGrip开发了船模曲面三维造型模块。对于双艉船模曲面的制造,采用传统的手工放样的制作方法至少需要30 d,而采用四坐标船模曲面数控加工系统只需6 h就可以完成船模曲面98%的加工量,并且经测量验证:船模曲面的尺寸精度、形位精度和光顺效果,较传统的制作方法均有显著提高,满足船模曲面数控加工的要求。     

基于对标分析的某驾驶室结构优化

文中针对某型轻卡驾驶室前横梁处出现开裂,以全新的五十铃700P驾驶室为标杆车,建立轻卡样车驾驶室的有限元模型,进行模态仿真分析。同时采用试验分析法识别出结构的固有频率与振型及驾驶室的模态性能,验证了模型的准确性。利用验证后的模型对驾驶室的结构进行优化,结果表明能够有效快速地解决驾驶室开裂的问题,在提高性能的同时减轻了驾驶室的质量,降低了汽车生产厂家改造的成本,此方法也可以为结构优化提供一定的指导作用。
