地铁沉降的注浆恢复施工

北京地铁5号线崇文门车站从既有地铁2号线下方穿过,为了控制既有线沉降,在车站完成中洞衬砌和侧洞管幕施工后,采取了专项地层注浆加固及恢复措施。介绍了注浆施工的浆液选配、注浆设备、过程监测及注浆效果;对注浆恢复的机理进行了分析。     

Eddies around Madagascar — The retroflection re-considered

The Agulhas Current with its retroflection and attendant eddy-shedding is the cause of some of the greatest mesoscale variability in the ocean. This paper considers the area to the south and east of Madagascar, which provides some of the source waters of the Agulhas Current, and examines the propagating sea surface height signals in altimetry and output from a numerical model, OCCAM. Both show bands of variability along the axis of the East Madagascar Current (EMC) and along a zonal band near 25°S. Sequences of images plus associated temperature data suggest that a number of westward-propagating eddies are present in this zonal band. The paper then focuses on the region to the south of the island, where ocean colour and infra-red imagery are evocative of an East Madagascar Retroflection. The synthesis of data analysed in this paper, however, shows that remotely observed features in this area can be explained by anticyclonic eddies moving westward through the region, and this explanation is consistent with numerical model output and the trajectories of drifting buoys.     

部分斜拉桥考虑墩梁相互影响的结构动力分析

以兰州小西湖黄河大桥为实例,根据该桥塔梁固结、梁墩分设的结构特点,分析了考虑桥墩影响下的部分斜拉桥的自振特性,并与静动栽试验的结果相比较,其结论为该类桥梁的进一步研究提供参考。     

Second-order perturbation added mass fluctuation on vertical vibration of tension leg platforms

Total motion in waves can be considered as a superposition of the motion of the body in still water and the forces on the restrained body. In this study the effect of added mass fluctuation on vertical vibration of tension leg platforms (TLP) in the case of vibration in still water for both free and forced vibration subjected to axial load at the top of the leg is presented. This effect is more important when the amplitude of vibration is large. Also this is important in fatigue life study of tethers. The structural model used here is very simple. Perturbation method is used to formulate and solve the problem. First- and second-order perturbations are used to solve the free and forced vibrations, respectively.     

地方政府绩效评估决策支持系统开发探析

在政府绩效评估实践工作中,单纯的手工劳动在评估的准备工作、评估实施过程和评估结果的应用,都不能满足当前信息化时代的要求。然而政府绩效管理存在各地差异大,开发相应的管理系统繁杂,软件可重用性差等问题。本文针对这些问题,提出了政府绩效评估决策支持系统,并提出了系统的组件化模型,为今后地方政府绩效评估系统的开发提供了新的思路和方法。

介绍了在既有浙赣线提速200km／h车站改造工程中，信号过渡工程的设计原则、电路处理方法。     

一种新型双模微带带通滤波器

在传统方形双模滤波器的基础上，提出了一种新的微带带通滤波器结构。该结构很好解决了传统滤波器的辐射损耗和体积大等问题。它可以应用到混合或单片微波集成电路中，更加有效地抑制高次谐波输出。利用上述结构仿真并设计了一个中心频率在1GHz，并能有效抑制高次谐波的带通滤波器，测试结果满足设计要求。
