This paper presents some empirical evidences on the presence of nonlinearity of exchange rates of six emerging markets by
using Brock-Dechert-Scheinkman (BDS) test and Volterra-Wiener-Korenberg (VWK) model, respectively. The nonlinear dependences
are found in the exchange rates of six emerging markets. Furthermore, this paper applies the VWK model with surrogate data
method to detect if their nonlinear dependences are deterministic or not. The results show that the above exchange rates are
deterministic and nonlinear time series. These imply that the exchange rate markets do not conform to the requirements of

A kind of nonsubsampled contourlet and block-based cosine transform (NSCBCT) is developed, and its application in image fusion
is studied in this paper. The construction of filtering banks is based on the nonsubsampled contourlet transform (NSCT) and
block-based discrete cosine transform (B-DCT). We combine NSCT and B-DCT to design filters that lead to NSCBCT with better
singularity representation than either of them in isolation. A design framework based on the hybrid approach is proposed,
which allows for the fast implementation based on NSCT and B-DCT respectively. In addition, a new image fusion scheme based
on NSCBCT for multispectral and panchromatic satellite images is proposed. Firstly, because it adopts NSCT, the fused satellite
images have higher spatial resolution than those based on wavelets. Secondly, based on the localized high frequency information
provided by B-DCT, the proposed fusion scheme can reduce the spectral distortion of the fused image further. Experimental
results show that the proposed fusion method is able to increase the spatial resolution and reduce the spectral distortion

Protective effect of glutamine pretreatment on ischemia-reperfusion injury of spinal cord in rabbits

Objective To investigate the effect of glutamine (Gln) on the content of reduced glutathione hormone (GSH) and aminoglutaminic acid (Glu) of spinal cord following ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Totally 40 healthy adult male rabbits were randomly divided into five groups: sham-operation group (S group), ischemia-reperfusion injury group (I/R group), low-dose glutamine group (L Gln group), median-dose glutamine group (M Gln group) and high-dose glutamine group (H Gln group). After glutamine preconditioning, the model of spinal cord ischemia-reporfasion injury was established according to Zivin's method. The general status of animals was observed and the changes of Jacobs scoring were recorded in each group. Malondialdehydes (MDA), GSH, Glu and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in lumbar spinal cord tissues were determined using chemical colorimetry. The neuron number and deviation rate in spinal cord anterior horn were observed histopathologically. Results There was no significant difference between L Gin group and I/R group in behavior scoring, SOD activity, content of MDA and Glu, neuron number and deviation rate of spinal cord (P>0.05); however, there was a significant difference in GSH content of spinal cord (P<0.05). M Gln group and I/R group differed significantly (P<0.05) in behavior scoring, SOD activity, content of MDA, Glu, GSH, neuron number and deviation rate of spinal cord. Between H Gln group and M Gln group, there was no significant difference in behavior scoring, content of MDA and Glu, SOD activity, neuron number and aberration rate in spinal cord (P>0.05), whereas there was a significant difference in SOD activity and Giu content (P<0.05). Conclusion Pretreatment with medium-dose glutamine has a protective effect on spinal cord ischemia-reporfasion injury in rabbits, which may be related to the maintenance of GSH content, increase of SOD activity and reduction of MDA. 相似文献

To solve the resource-constrained multiple project scheduling problem (RCMPSP) more effectively, a method based on timed colored
Petri net (TCPN) was proposed. In this methodology, firstly a novel mapping mechanism between traditional network diagram
such as CPM (critical path method)/PERT (program evaluation and review technique) and TCPN was presented. Then a primary TCPN
(PTCPN) for solving RCMPSP was modeled based on the proposed mapping mechanism. Meanwhile, the object PTCPN was used to simulate
the multiple projects scheduling and to find the approximately optimal value of RCMPSP. Finally, the performance of the proposed

目的 探讨阿霉素肾病在不同病理发展阶段动物模型的制作.方法 采用间隔2周两次尾静脉注射阿霉素的方法复制大鼠阿霉素肾病模型,观察各组大鼠血、尿生化指标和肾组织病理学的改变.结果 该模型表现为严重水肿、大量蛋白尿、低蛋白血症和高脂血症;病理学检查显示,4周末肾小球足细胞肿胀,系膜细胞轻度增生;8周末有球囊粘连,肾小管上皮细胞萎缩;12周末部分肾小球节段性轻、中度硬化,间质内有明显灶性淋巴细胞浸润,并有轻度纤维化.结论 经改良间隔2周两次尾静脉内注射阿霉素4mg/kg,可以成功复制阿霉素肾病模型.急性模型病理学改变类似人的微小病变性肾病,慢性模型病理学改变类似人的局灶节段性肾小球硬化. 相似文献

由于机车牵引能耗的巨额经济成本和气体排放引起的污染问题,列车节能运行控制与研究日益重要。本文根据机车牵引力做功与能量转换方程分析了列车运行能耗的主要作用形态,即克服列车运行阻力和调速制动导致的动能损失。基于对运行阻力功和制动动能损失的考虑,从理论分析及仿真计算的角度,探讨了调速制动前的惰行距离和途中运行速度均衡性对列车运行能耗的影响。案例分析表明:在运行时分相近的要求下,通过避免不必要的制动调速和增加停站制动前的惰行距离,可降低运行能耗9%;通过设置合理的目标速度上下限保持列车运行速度均衡性,可降低运行能耗6.8%。 相似文献
