利用RBF神经网络预测和消弱低频无线电导航定位误差

由于诸多因素的影响，导致了低频无线电导航系统的定位误差和GPS卫星导航系统的定位误差之间存在较大的差距，拟采用径向基函数（RBF）网络来预测电波传播误差，以期达到修正现有低频无线电导航系统定位误差的目的，从而进一步提高低频无线电导航定位的精度。     

儿童慢型克山病的自然病程

为了探讨儿童慢型克山病的自然病程和预后危险因素，本文分析了长期随访的儿童慢型克山病６３例，结果表明：①儿童慢型克山病预后差，其１年存活率５０．５％、５年仅１５．８％；②自然慢性发病、有奔马律、心功能Ⅲ级以上，心电图心室增大，Ｘ线心胸比率重度扩大者，５年存活率低（Ｐ＜０．０５或０．０１）。     

Intra-Platoon Collision Behavior during Emergency Operations

This paper presents current research regarding intra-platoon collision dynamics for rapid decelerations. Measures of ride quality and impact severity are introduced to allow comparisons between different collision scenarios. In this study, the disturbance input to the platoon is assumed to be a rapid braking of the lead vehicle. Several deceleration rates are used to assess the overall platoon behavior and the effect of the intra-platoon collisions on the platoon passengers. The role of the desired headway spacing on preventing the occurrence of intra-platoon collisions and improving rider comfort is discussed.     

GM(1,1)模型与指数模型在基桩沉降预测中的应用

以某大型基桩的沉降预测为例,利用灰色系统理论的GM(1,1)与Aeax曲线模型进行基桩在外荷载作用下沉降量的预测。结果表明:两种模型对于呈指数变化规律的系统能获得较好的预测结果;两种模型对基桩累计沉降的预测符合工程实际,对各级荷载作用下的本级沉降预测不够合理。对两种模型关系的研究表明,两者有内在联系,都属指数曲线预测模型,且指数曲线Aeax预测模型比GM(1,1)模型应用起来更简单,方便。

基于模糊理论和层次分析法,在合理确定指标集、评语集、权重集和评价矩阵的基础上,构造了岚山港液体石油化工品码头建设方案优选的二级模糊综合评价模型,并应用该模型选出了最佳工程方案,验证了该方法的有效性和合理性。     

葡萄糖酸锌抗矽肺脂质过氧化作用的临床观察

应用100mg/dZn对32名矽肺患者连续用药180天后，观察血清脂质过氧化作用产物丙二醛（MDA）和血红细胞超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性水平的动态改变，以评价Zn的抗矽肺质过氧化作用，结果表明患者MDA，SOD均显著下降（P＜0．01），提示Zn的强化在一定程度上具有抗脂过氧化作用，通过抗LPO，而延缓与阻抑矽肺发展。     

Reliability assessment of maintained ship hulls with correlated corroded elements

This paper reviews the factors that affect the corrosion rate of the ship hull girder. It is shown that corrosion rates vary as a function of the location of the element in the structure, of the ocean area and type of ballast tank and steel. However, the corrosion rate in elements that are subjected to similar conditions is highly correlated.

A time-variant formulation is proposed including the correlation between the corrosion rates in neighbouring elements in modelling the degrading effect that corrosion has on the reliability of ship hulls. The effect of corrosion is represented as a time-dependent decrease of plate thickness that affects the midship section modulus. One repair policy was considered and the example results show the effect of plate replacement when its thickness reaches 75% of the original value. The results also illustrate how the limit value of the thickness in the repair criteria influences the reliability and the decision about repair actions. This is also shown for the effect of different corrosion rates, inspection intervals, and allowable stresses.

大秦线运煤敞车车体情况调查及分析

针对我国铁路运煤敞车现状,以大秦线在用各种类型运煤敞车为试点,开展运煤敞车车体情况调查及分析,重点调查分析了铝合金、耐候钢和铁素体不锈钢材料车体的腐蚀、磨损情况,保护涂料现状,异种材料焊接部位的裂纹、腐蚀情况,材料的疲劳寿命和表面涂装问题,得出分析结论:目前使用的耐候钢材料其耐腐蚀性能不能满足车辆设计寿命的要求,铁素体不锈钢在耐腐蚀性能上明显优于耐候钢。建议对TCS不锈钢材料进行运用条件下的大气暴晒试验,C70B车体外表面油漆使用新的长效防护涂装体系,对有裂纹的车辆进行解剖、研究,以确定裂纹产生的原因、扩展方式和速度。
