Numerical study on die design parameters of self-pierce riveting process based on orthogonal test

The concave die design of self-pierce riveting （SPR） is of critical importance for product quality. The optimization of concave die parameters based on orthogonal test is proposed to explore the relationship between self-pierce riveted joint quality and die parameters. There are nine independent die parameter factors in orthogonal test and each factor has 4 levels. In order to evaluate the interlock and neck thickness, we carry out numerical simulations by the software DEFORM-2D. Then, the primary and secondary factors that affect the joint quality have been found out by means of range analysis. Finally, an optimization scheme is brought forward to design concave die in SPR process, which indicates that the joint has higher quality than that of former orthogonal tests. This work can be extended by a detailed mechanical and fatigue analysis for the joint quality of SPR process.

失火是发动机常见故障之一。失火的原因有很多。油路、电路和机械零件中的故障可能导致发动机失火。发动机失火故障发生后,不仅降低了发动机工作的稳定性、动力性和经济性,而且会增加因燃油燃烧不完全或不燃烧而产生的排放污染。因此,有必要对汽车发动机失火故障诊断方法进行研究。     

高速铁路弹条疲劳对其扣压力的影响

高速铁路弹条长期在循环荷载作用下工作,不可避免地出现疲劳,弹条的疲劳将对其扣压力产生影响。本文以WJ-7型扣件弹条为例,首先对弹条进行静力试验分析,运用应变电测法测量出弹条在不同的安装预紧力作用下其危险部位的等效应力大小,得出弹条较为合理的安装预紧力为25 kN;然后使用疲劳试验机对弹条施加3种循环荷载分析其扣压力的损失,并根据疲劳试验结果给出了不同循环荷载作用下弹条扣压力与弹条中圈位移间的关系式。     

印尼爪哇电厂排水明渠水沙特征分析及防护研究

针对印尼爪哇燃煤发电工程方案的排水明渠局部潮流泥沙特征开展研究,评价了不同疏浚方案形式对Terate河渔船通航和电厂引堤冲刷的影响。基于试验数据,建议对排水导流堤、引堤堤脚进行合理防护,同时将河口外侧疏浚至-3 m,以保障渔船通航和引堤结构安全。

在供应链战略合作伙伴关系的体系框架下,以博弈论作为分析工具,针对采购双方动态交互决策过程建立了以供应链中核心生产企业为主方,供应商为从方的Stackelberg博弈模型.基于最优性分析讨论了准时采购过程中双方决策的交互影响关系,在无约束条件下分析Stackelberg均衡解的必要条件.最后提出了该博弈模型的内嵌内点法的模拟退火算法.

Simultaneous localization and mapping of autonomous underwater vehicle using looking forward sonar

A method of underwater simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) based on on-board looking forward sonar is proposed. The real-time data flow is obtained to form the underwater acoustic images and these images are pre-processed and positions of objects are extracted for SLAM. Extended Kalman filter (EKF) is selected as the kernel approach to enable the underwater vehicle to construct a feature map, and the EKF can locate the underwater vehicle through the map. In order to improve the association efficiency, a novel association method based on ant colony algorithm is introduced. Results obtained on simulation data and real acoustic vision data in tank are displayed and discussed. The proposed method maintains better association efficiency and reduces navigation error, and is effective and feasible.     

Studies of high-efficiency electrical steels used in electric vehicle motors

Application of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has been increasingly popular in electric vehicle (EV) area since cost-effective electrical steels were recently discovered. This paper mainly presents the performance and characteristics of EV motors using varieties of high-efficiency electrical steels. At first, the electro-magnetic and mechanical properties of electrical steels are described. Low loss, high induction and excellent mechanical strength are critical criteria to evaluate the electrical steel. However, the gage of electrical steel is a crucial factor to affect the properties. Secondly, the basic principle and algorithm for calculation of efficiency of an EV motor are explained. Finally, the modeling and experimental results for different gages of electrical steel sheets used in EV motors are analyzed.
