常规方法计算桥墩盖梁扭矩的合理性探讨

通过分析用常规计算方法和有限元算法对同一桥墩进行扭矩计算结果的巨大差异,得出了常规算法过于保守,不利于客观地评定盖梁的抗扭承载力,同时也说明了用空间梁单元,计算盖梁扭矩的合理性.     

METADATA EXPANDED SEMANTICALLY BASED RESOURCE SEARCH IN EDUCATION GRID

With the rapid increase of educational resources, how to search for necessary educational resource quickly is one of most important issues. Educational resources have the characters of distribution and heterogeneity, which are the same as the characters of Grid resources. Therefore, the technology of Grid resources search was adopted to implement the educational resources search. Motivated by the insufficiency of currently resources search methods based on metadata, a method of extracting semantic relations between words constituting metadata is proposed. We mainly focus on acquiring synonymy, hyponymy, hypernymy and parataxis relations. In our schema, we extract texts related to metadata that will be expanded from text spatial through text extraction templates. Next, metadata will be obtained through metadata extraction templates. Finally, we compute semantic similarity to eliminate false relations and construct a semantic expansion knowledge base. The proposed method in this paper has been applied on the education grid.     

基于DTW的在线手写签名验证算法

提出了一种基于DTW匹配的以签名能量为特征的在线手写签名验证算法．在线签名验证包括数据采集、预处理、特征提取、匹配判决等部分．侧重签名能量特征提取方法的研究．基于Daubechies小波的方法对签名波形进行分解，提取签名波形在跳变点的能量，抽取15个具有较大能量的跳变点．经DTW比较后，提出了一种新的分类算法．实验表明，对于随机伪造签名，当误拒率为0％时，误纳率小于9％．

CLASSIFICATIONS OF EEG SIGNALS FOR MENTAL TASKS USING ADAPTIVE RBF NETWORK

Objective This paper presents classifications of mental tasks based on EEG signals using an adaptive Radial Basis Function (RBF) network with optimal centers and widths for the Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) schemes. Methods Initial centers and widths of the network are selected by a cluster estimation method based on the distribution of the training set. Using a conjugate gradient descent method, they are optimized during training phase according to a regularized error function considering the influence of their changes to output values. Results The optimizing process improves the performance of RBF network, and its best cognition rate of three task pairs over four subjects achieves 87.0%. Moreover, this network runs fast due to the fewer hidden layer neurons. Conclusion The adaptive RBF network with optimal centers and widths has high recognition rate and runs fast. It may be a promising classifier for on-line BCI scheme.     

存款保险制度的综合分析及对我国实践的启示

20世纪80年代以来，银行危机在发达国家和发展中国家频繁发生，从而使各国政府高度重视金融安全网特别是存款保险制度的建设。本文首先介绍了存款保险制度的理论基础，然后分析存款保险制度在实践运用中的功效和局限性，最后，根据我国金融业的现状，对我国建立存款保险制度需要注意的问题进行了探讨。     

通用嵌入式Web服务器模块的设计与实现

通过引入嵌入式Web服务器,为对嵌入式设备的远程监控提供了B/S模式的解决方案。介绍了系统的结构,提出了嵌入式服务器端包含（ESSI）和嵌入式通用网关接口（ECGI）技术,给出了软硬件设计方案,移植了嵌入式操作系统和嵌入式TCP/IP协议栈,重点阐述了嵌入式Web服务器模块的内部结构和实现方案。实践证明,该Web服务器模块很好的完成了远程监控任务,界面友好,运行可靠。     

SCC-Ag、CEA在肺癌患者血清中的表达及临床意义

目的　探讨肺癌患者治疗前后血清鳞状细胞癌抗原 (SCC Ag)和癌胚抗原 (CEA)的表达及临床意义。方法　利用全自动快速粒子酶免疫分析系统 (IMX) ,检测 134例肺癌患者治疗前后血清SCC Ag和CEA的水平 ,分析SCC Ag和CEA检测值与肺癌临床病理特征之间的关系。结果　肺癌患者治疗前血清SCC Ag、CEA升高与肿瘤病理学类型和临床分期呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,联合检测可以提高肺癌诊断的阳性率。结论　血清SCC Ag、CEA检测可用于肺癌的辅助诊断以及对病期和预后的判断。     

基于曲轴扭振诊断内燃机各缸作功状况

提出依据实测曲轴某一个惯量的扭转振动，反算各缸的平均有效压力，藉以诊断多缸内燃机各缸作功状况。用子空间法找出各缸平均有效压力与测点扭振角度间的传递关系，再用最小二乘法求解矛盾方程，进而得到各缸的平均有效压力。在6135柴油机上验证了所采用方法的正确性。
