自适应指数平滑模型预测区域经济研究

三次指数平滑法预测区域经济时，平滑参数为一常量，这与实际不符，容易使预测结果误差偏大，甚至严重失真。本文在深入剖析指数平滑模型缺陷的基础上，对其进行改进，建立了自适应指数平滑模型。实践证明，该模型能够更好地反映区域经济发展的动态特性，提高预测的精度。

An exploratory investigation of the impact of ramp metering on driver acceleration behavior

Ramp metering has been proven as an effective freeway management strategy; however, the impact of ramp metering on drivers' acceleration behavior has not been fully investigated. A better understanding of acceleration behavior changes with ramp metering is critical to the adequate design of ramp metering facilities. In this study, drivers' speed and acceleration data were collected at two representative metered ramps in Los Angeles, California. The speed and acceleration profiles under meter-on and meter-off scenarios were compared. Statistical results demonstrated that ramp metering affects drivers' acceleration behavior at ramp acceleration lane. It was found that at the metered ramp with short existing acceleration length, the average acceleration rate from ramp meter stop bar to 500 ft downstream under meter-on scenario (4.72 ft./s²) is approximately 40% higher than when meter-off (3.18 ft./s²). The design of acceleration lane length for metered on-ramps should therefore take into account the potential impacts of ramp metering on driver acceleration behavior.     

Turbocharging the DA465 gasoline engine

In order to improve performance of the DA465Q gasoline engine, a substantial amount of research was done to optimize its turbocharging system. The research led to the GT12 turbocharger being selected and its turbocharging parameters being settled. Based on these tests, rational matching was worked out for respective components of the turbocharging system. Results show that this turbocharger allows the engine to easily meet the proposed requirements for power and economic performance, giving insight into further performance improvements for gasoline engines.     

“企业”号航空母舰耐波性数值计算研究

法国船级社研发的水动力商业软件HydroSTAR适用于多种浮式结构物在波浪上运动的预报。文章以美国"企业"号航母为例,讨论了HydroSTAR对航空母舰耐波性计算是否依然适用,并将HydroSTAR的计算结果与切片法的计算结果进行了对比。同时,将计算出的船体运动响应幅值的有义值跟与已知的统计资料进行了对比。通过对比分析发现,利用HydroSTAR计算得到的航母运动响应较为合理地反映了航母的实际耐波性能,可以为航母的耐波性计算预报提供有价值的参考。     

Spectral entropy analysis of different alpha band rhythms in relation to hand motor imagery

The event-related desynchronization/synchronization(ERD/ERS) time courses of lower and upper alpha band rhythms during hand motor imagery are investigated respectively by Fourier Sectral Entropy (FSE) in this paper. By analyzing one group of BCI competition data, it was found that FSE within upper alpha band displays a pronounced increase and decrease over contralateral and ipsilaterai brain areas respectively at the onset of hand motor imagery, which is corresponding to the antagonistic ERD/ERS patterns in previous studies. Different from the upper alpha activity pattern, FSE within lower alpha band displays a consistent increase over both two hemispheres hand representative areas. The preliminary results show that FSE could disclose the different behaviors of the upper and lower alpha band rhythms so that a new idea with the complexity measure is provided to characterize functional dissociation of lower and upper frequency alpha rhythms in relation to hand motor imagery.     

基于SystemC语言的伪随机序列发生器设计

提出了一种基于SystemC的伪随机序列发生器硬件设计，并使用Agility Compiler软件完成了仿真。仿真结果表明，该设计方法效率高，且灵活性强。     

全球化对少数族裔文学的影响——解析石黑一雄小说的国际化主题

从全球化的背景出发，在与第一代和第二代日裔移民作家作品中的主题进行比较分析的基础上，探析了当今英国文坛重要作家石黑一雄小说中的国际化主题，指出其作品中超越族裔的全球化思想，并尝试讨论少数族裔文学在全球化进程中的一个新变化，即作品主题由关注传统的少数族裔族群的生存和精神状态，向关注人类共性，追求文学作品的世界性。     

基于多信号模型的舰船电子装备测试性分析和评估

针对舰艇电子装备测试性设计特点,结合一种简单而有效的系统建模表示方法多信号模型,提出采用一种基于多信号模型的舰艇电子装备的测试性分析和评估方法.并以某型舰船电子装备为例,应用TEAMS软件平台,从系统的多信号模型建立、测试性分析和测试性诊断能力评估三个方面介绍了舰船电子装备的测试性分析与评估技术应用,为对舰船电子设备进行测试性设计指标进行评估探索了一种有效的技术途径.
