高速铁路接触网研究进展

接触网与受电弓之间动态性能是影响列车运行的重要因素之一,高速铁路中接触网的不良状态直接影响牵引供电系统对动车组的供电安全.论文系统地讨论了高速铁路接触网研究的4个方面,即接触网的初始平衡态求解、接触网动力学建模、接触网非接触检测和接触网静态动态评估,并给出了目前高速铁路接触网研究的最新进展:针对接触网的初始平衡态求解精度不高的问题,通过引入多目标约束的结构找形方法和非线性有限元过程进行求解;在接触网动力学建模方面,考虑环境风对接触网影响的问题,通过环境风模拟和风洞实验获得气动力系数,建立沿线风场进行接触网风振特性分析;对于接触网非接触检测算法的精度不高问题,基于深度学习理论的检测技术和实时图像检测算法是今后发展方向;针对目前接触网动态评估方法缺乏的问题,现代谱估计、时频分析和大数据技术及其融合将是今后接触网评估的重要手段.      

Saliency motivated pulse coupled neural network for underwater laser image segmentation

The detection range of underwater laser imaging technology achieves 4—6 times of detection range of conventional camera in intervening water medium, which makes it very promising in oceanic research, deep sea exploration and robotic works. However, the special features in underwater laser images, such as speckle noise and non-uniform illumination, bring great difficulty for image segmentation. In this paper, a novel saliency motivated pulse coupled neural network(SM-PCNN) is proposed for underwater laser image segmentation. The pixel saliency is used as external stimulus of neurons. For improvement of convergence speed to optimal segmentation, a gradient descent method based on maximum two-dimensional Renyi entropy criterion is utilized to determine the dynamic threshold. On the basis of region contrast in each iteration step, the real object regions are effectively distinguished,and the robustness against speckle noise and non-uniform illumination is improved by region selection. The proposed method is compared with four other state-of-the-art methods which are watershed, fuzzy C-means, meanshift and normalized cut methods. Experimental results demonstrate the superiority of our proposed method to allow more accurate segmentation and higher robustness.     

基于层次集成学习的高光谱图像分类

为提高高光谱图像（HSI）分类精度,基于集成学习方法提出高光谱图像分类的层次集成学习新框架。采用两种集成学习策略：外部集成及内部集成。在外部集成阶段,构造多种高光谱图像的光谱和空间特征,使外部集成呈高度多样性,有利于提高分类精度;内部集成阶段,针对关联多特征集中的个体,Adaboost算法实现个体分类性能的提高。两组高光谱数据的实验结果表明,与原始的Adaboost和单分类器相比较,该方法在整体精度方面有更好的性能。     

青岛市团岛污水处理厂污泥浓缩的应用——卧螺沉降离心浓缩机浅析

团岛污水处理厂升级改造项目中,污泥浓缩单元采用卧螺沉降离心浓缩设备(简称离心浓缩机)。结果表明离心浓缩机可以达到处理量80 m3/h以上,浓缩后达到出泥含水率95%及1～2 kg TDS药耗的目标值。该文就工程中存在的问题和需要改进的内容作了论述。     

大型LNG船液舱晃荡结构动响应研究(英文)

文章首先采用非线性有限元方法研究了No.96型LNG船液舱围护结构的极限承载能力,详细分析了不同边界条件下的失效模式。然后采用显示积分方法研究了不同晃荡压力峰值和持续时间的晃荡冲击载荷作用下液舱围护系统结构动响应,得到了不同工况下结构的动态失效特性。最后,回归了基于比例极限和突变永久变形的临界压力载荷公式,并给出了液舱围护系统结构设计准则和安全性评估方法建议。     

迎浪规则波中波浪增阻和船体垂向运动的数值预报(英文)

The numerical prediction of added resistance and vertical ship motions of one ITTC (International Towing Tank Conference) S-175 containership in regular head waves by our own in-house unsteady RANS solver naoe-FOAM-SL JTU is presented in this paper. The development of the solver naoe-FOAM-SJTU is based on the open source CFD tool, OpenFOAM. Numerical analysis is focused on the added resistance and vertical ship motions (heave and pitch motions) with four very different wavelengths (0.8Lpp≤λ≤1.5Lpp) in regular head waves. Once the wavelength is near the length of the ship model, the responses of the resistance and ship motions become strongly influenced by nonlinear factors, as a result difficulties within simulations occur. In the paper, a comparison of the experimental results and the nonlinear strip theory was reviewed and based on the findings, the RANS simulations by the solver naoe-FOAM-SJTU were considered competent with the prediction of added resistance and vertical ship motions in a wide range of wave lengths.
