Development of a theory of constraints based scheduling system for ship piping production

Manufacturing of ship piping system is one of the major production activities in shipbuilding. The schedule of pipe production has an important impact on master schedule of shipbuilding. In this research, the theory of constraints (TOC) concept is introduced to solve the scheduling problems of piping factory, and an intelligent scheduling system is developed. The system integrates a product model, an operation model, a factory model and a knowledge database of piping production and can make the process planning and production scheduling automatically. In the paper, details of above points are discussed. Moreover, an application of the system in a piping factory, which achieves a higher level of performance as measured by tardiness, lead time and inventory, is demonstrated at the end of the paper.     

广珠西线高速公路二期建成通车

6月25日,国家重点公路太（原）澳（门）公路、我省高速公路网重要组成部分——广（州）珠（海）西线高速公路二期（顺德碧江至中山沙溪段）建成通车。从广州市荔湾区出发,抵达中山城区的时间由原来近1小时缩至半小时,到珠海的时间缩至1小时左右。     

秦岭特长隧道岩体裂隙水涌水量计算的双场耦合数值模拟研究通过铁道部技术鉴定

由西南交通大学土木学院主持研究的铁道部科技研究开发计划项目：秦岭特长隧道岩体裂隙水涌水量计算的双场耦合数值模拟研究,于2000年7月28日通过铁道部科技司组织的技术鉴定。 这一成果具有重要的理论意义和实用价值,在理论和方法上具有创新：（1）引入岩体力学理论,首次提出大型隧道工程地下水涌水量计算的特殊双场耦合理论,建立了特长隧道地下水涌水量计算的双场耦合数字模型,进行双场耦合的数值模拟,提高了隧道工程岩体裂隙水涌水量计算地精度。（2）提出了一套在渗流场与应力场耦合条件下,隧道裂隙岩体涌水量预测研究的工作程式,填补了该研究领域的空白。（3）应用环境同位素水文地球化学技术,系统研究了在隧道工程的水文地质条件下,解决隧道工程水文地质概念建模的问题,对指导秦岭隧道设计施工起到了重大的作用。 学报编缉部     

广佛客运同城化9月启动

据有关部门透露，广佛两地客运同城化将于9月16日正式启动。届时，首批6条广佛城巴和5条广佛快巴将开行，并实行统一标识、统一票价。坐城巴可以刷卡付费，到客运站坐直达快巴，也可通过“易登车”直接刷卡上车。这是广佛两地交通部门为方便乘客携手合作的结果。
