Convective Boiling of Near-Azeotropic Refrigerant R410A in the Horizontal Micro-fin Tube

Using near-azeotropic refrigerant R410A as the working fluid, the experimental studies on the horizontal micro-fin tubes were conducted. Several factors affecting heat transfer coefficients were analyzed, and the characteristics of flow boiling of the refrigerant in the horizontal micro-fin tubes were discussed. The local heat transfer coefficients increase with mass flux, heat flux and quality. And the heat transfer enhancement factor of those testing tubes is about 1.6 to 2.2.     

A Context-Aware Medical Instant Message Middleware

Communication or the lack of it has been complained to be a major contributor to medical errors in healthcare.To enhance communication in hospital,diverse communication mechanisms are proposed.However,human directed communication in a complex clinical setting in which many people play diverse roles and need to collaborate in many parallel tasks is always in chaos and inefficient.Context-aware communication which can help target who should be communicated and what information should be provided for different scenarios has the potential to improve the communication in hospital.This paper proposes a flexible,automated and asynchronous context-aware medical instant message(IM)middleware which support dispatch,forward and routing different message to the right person in the right time based on the context information.A prototype of this IM communication middleware was implemented in real clinical setting for evaluation.The preliminary results demonstrate its novel features and clinical feasibility.     

经胸超声心动图诊断房间隔完整的部分性肺静脉异位引流

目的　探讨房间隔完整的部分性肺静脉异位引流的超声心动图特征。方法　经胸二维超声心动图及彩色多普勒血流图检测 3例房间隔完整的部分性肺静脉异位引流患者。结果　经胸超声心动图诊断准确率为 10 0 %。 3例患者房间隔均完整 ,无心内分流及其他畸形。 3例患者心内冠状静脉窦型 2例 ,心内右房型 1例 ;异常连接 2例为双支左肺或右肺静脉 ,1例为单支右上肺静脉。 3例均表现为不同程度的右心系统扩大。结论　经胸超声心动图对无其他原因所致的右心负荷过重者 ,应高度怀疑部分性肺静脉异位引流存在的可能 ,常规检查肺静脉位置及开口 ,必要时辅以经食道超声心动图 ,有助于早期诊断

对动力车进行了详细的动力学计算和分析。分析结果表明：动力车的簧间质量对横向平稳性影响较大，设置合理的二系横向止挡间隙十分重要，二系横向减振器阻尼对平稳性的影响与二系横向刚度有关，抗蛇行减振器应用二系横向减振器合理匹配，才能获得较好的横向稳定性。     

The underground sewer drainage design analysis of highway subgrade under evaporation

According to the water balance principle, the expression of the phreatic table is established by considering evaporation and considering evaporation & drainage respectively. The law of phreatic table variation under the combined effects of considering evaporation & drainage is obtained. Based on Newton-Raphson itera-tive method, calculation and analysis programs are done to solve the first order implicit differential equation of the sewer drainage calculation considering phreatic evaporation. The calculation results show: after considering phreatic evaporation, in the need of reducing the same height of phreatic, the sewer spacing is appropriately larger than the case which didn’t consider the affection of phreatic evaporation; the phreatic drop speed in both effects of evaporation and drainage is faster than the case of just considering the drainage effect. Phreatic evaporation has a great influence to the subgrade sewer distance, phreatic evaporation needs to be considered in the subgrade drainage design.
