铸钢件表面焊补含银钎料的研究

依据铸钢件钎焊焊补的特性与要求，研究开发了适用于ZG25焊补的含银钎焊材料，并对其焊接工艺进行了系统研究，研究和应用表明，6号钎料Ag(5%)-Cu(6%)-Sb(3%)为首选钎料，其熔点低，铺展性和填缝能力好，接头的抗剪强度高，焊缝表面颜色与母材基本无色差，接头部位无变形。     

10Д100型柴油机经济性的提高

为了提高１０Д１００型柴油机的经济性，在其喷油嘴上设置了容积挤压式喷嘴头，出油阀采用了一种新的弹簧。其结果使燃油消耗量平均每月降低６．６７％，每台机车节油５９２４ｋｇ。还由于曲轴的转速降低了１０％，所以各运动件的磨损程度也有了降低。

近几年来，船舶机舱火灾数量居高不下。通过对各类火灾案例的研究与分析，我们不难发现，所有船员都接受过船舶防火和灭火的训练，高级船员还接受了船舶高级消防的训练，具备了一定的消防知识和经验甚至掌握了一些灭火指挥的战术，但是由于平日里对防火灭火的重要性认识不足，缺乏经常性的相关训练，在灭火战斗中往往临场组织混乱、延误了扑救的时机，最终造成难以估量的损失。为解决这一难题。应该就船舶机舱火灾特点进行分析，并就船舶机舱消防存在的缺陷展开探讨并提出对策。     

New-Level VR Marine Training System

Marine simulator is a valuable and effective medium for maritime education and training and is becoming widespread to foster the qualified and competent personnel for working in the maritime industry.However,many problems with most marine simulation systems today limit their pervasive use:the limited accessibility,immobility,the high expenditure,the long develop- meat cycle,and the difficult maintenance etc.A web-based maritime training environment is proposed in this paper as a new ma- rine training level,which fully combining web technology,VR,high fidelity simulation,and e-learning tools to create a more cost- effective and flexible training environment still with very realistic and high-interactive simulation characteristics,the system will provide a consistent and more flexible training medium for improving maritime education and training.     

Analysis on Uncertain Information and Actions for Preventing Collision

Discusses and analyzes the causes and characteristics of the uncertainties of the information and actions for preventing collision at sea on the basic knowledge of the collision avoidance.Describes the ways and functions of the investigations about the uncertainties of the information and actions of collision avoidance with the navigation simulators.Puts forward some suggestions for the officers to master the skills of the recognition of these uncertainties of the information and actions by the training with the sim- ulator during the MET course.
