台湾因人口集中都会区且道路年增率远不及车辆年增率,形成都会区内及城际道路交通日益频繁与拥塞,台湾目前陆运交通主流与世界趋势相同,主要以轨道运输系统为陆运交通主要解决方案,同时近年来在降低环境污染及增加能源使用效能之呼声下,更使得铁路运输亦再度成为最佳解决方案.近年来台北捷运系统中和线古亭站穿越民房下方潜盾隧道段、维修线中华路区段及板桥线西门站至龙山寺站地下隧道,沿线接获越来越多居住其上的居民对振动噪音污染生活质量之抱怨与不满,同时因民众环保意识的日渐抬头,民众对捷运行驶的噪音愈来愈不能忍受,噪音陈情的地点也愈来愈多,目前虽采取许多改善措施,但似乎不能满足沿线居民的需求.此篇论文即针对轨道运输系统中台北捷运地下隧道分轨道噪音之成因进行分析,并经分析评估,拟定出各轨道噪音案在地下隧道的防治对策,并对部分防治对策做-长期监测,并对部分监测数据进行初步分析比对,厘清对策与成因在理论上及实务上之成效比对,从而进行设计上之回馈,以提供轨道运输在环境噪音防治之最佳方案. 相似文献

The first-order relaxation length concept is often used to model transient tyre behaviour. It gives a rather good representation of the lateral force response, also at shorter wavelengths. The self aligning moment appears to behave rather differently and its responses cannot be represented by a relaxation length system only. Based on the analytical frequency response functions of the pneumatic trail of the brush type tyre model, a new pragmatic approach is developed. The model consists of a phase leading system in series with the first-order model for the lateral force. The results are compared to the responses of a discrete brush type simulation model. It appears that the aligning moment can be represented by this new pragmatic model very well. 相似文献

service reductions; typical of the pattern is San Francisco’s Municipal Railway, the agency in charge of all the City’s transit.
From a basic fare of I 5c in 1969, two increases brought the fare to 25c by 1972, and cut sharply into a previously stable
patronage. The “Muni”, in an effort to reduce costs and meet its budgeted deficit, attempted to reduce service by ten to fifteen
percent. From an analysis of the data which could be obtained, it appears that neither efficiency not equity in the City would

This is the second of two papers on cargo handling productivity presenting the results of the model developed int he first [1] which had been designed to test a productivity measurement method with cross-sectional empirical data. Four productivity measures were employed. Two related cargo handling to time, with labour brought into the analysis as an independent variable. The third productivity measure expressed total throughput as an aspect of labour productivity, while the final measure was a full productivity index developed by relating output to both capital and labour.
The productivity measurement technique demonstrated that this method can be used for cross-sectional studies and can cope with and allow for variation in non-controllable extraneous factors, thus proving useful for policy decision-makers in shipping lines and/or port authorities.
This paper presents the results of the prodictivity analysis for which the analytical design was decribed in Part 1. The first section briefly restates the productivity indices developed. Currently, due to the severity of world-wide air pollution by substances emitted from vehicles, emission control is being
enforced more strictly, and it is expected that the regulation requirements for emission will become even more severe. A new
concept combustion technology that can reduce the Nitrogen oxides (NOx) and PM in relation to combustion is urgently required.
As a core combustion technology among new combustion technologies for the next generation engine, the homogenous charge compression
ignition (HCCI) is expanding its application range by adopting a multiple combustion mode, a catalyst, direct fuel injection
and partially premixed charge compression ignition combustion using the split injection method. This paper used a split injection
method in order to apply the partially premixed charge compression ignition combustion method without significantly altering
engine specifications of the multiple combustion mode and practicality by referring to the results of studies on the HCCI
engine. Furthermore, the effects of the ratio of the fuel injection amount on split injection are investigated. From the test
results, the adequate combination of the ratio of the fuel injection amount for the split injection method has some benefit

Range extender modules are one option to compensate for short drive ranges of electric vehicles. The close interaction of combustion engine and generator poses new challenges in development. A key requirement for range extender systems is to be light and virtually imperceptible in operation. High-speed electrical machines aim at increasing power density. However, their introduction in a range extender requires a gearbox. The combustion engine torque fluctuations can lead to rattle in the gearbox. The rattle can be overcome by a dual mass flywheel. An interdisciplinary model is developed and used to analyse three different range extender systems: one with a low speed generator without gearbox, one with a high-speed generator, and one with a high-speed generator and a dual mass flywheel. The efficiency was found to be higher for the system with a low speed generator, whereas the power density and the costs are beneficial for the high-speed concept. A dual mass flywheel eliminates the changes of torque direction in the gearbox. It reduces the speed fluctuations of the gearbox and generator by over 90 % compared to the low speed setup. But it increases rolling moment and subsequently chassis excitation compared to a setup with only a gearbox. 相似文献

As concerns of dynamic tensile measuring, a new tension mechanism driven by liner motor in high-speed tensile testing machine is presented. It satisfies the requirements for testing the dynamic tensile properties of plastic materials with strain rates from 1 to 100 s-1, which is relatively difficult to test for currently available machines. For this purpose the idle stroke principle is used to realize the dynamic load of plastic material with static grip. Computer aided engineering is used: i) to analyze and optimize the tension mechanism thus allowing reducing the system shock caused by collisions. ii) to avoid the influence of plastic materials specimen stress and strain uniformity on the measuring system. The analysis results agreed well with the established empirical relationships based on experimental evidence. Two sets of experiments for different strain rate tensile were conducted thus allowing proving the reliability and credibility of the designed tension mechanism. 相似文献
