Research purposes: The transverse deformation of shield tunnel may deeply threaten the safety of tunnel structure. Excessive deformation may lead segment joints to open and leak and segments to craze. The deformation may even cause insufficient cross-section limit and the missing of structural-load-carrying capacity of the tunnel. On the other hand, it costs a lot to repair and reinforce the shield tunnel. In order to determine the proper moment to repair segments and ensure the safety of tunnel structure as well as economical efficiency, it is necessary to study the deformation law and limit value of the transverse section of the tunnel. Research conclusions: Based on the analysis of the influencing factors to causing the transverse deformation, the following conclusions was proposed: (1) The root of transverst deformation is increase of vertical and horizontal load ratio. (2)The shield tunnel properties of Nanjing Metro Line 2 was adapted to analyze the relationship between the variation of tunnel horizontal diameter andmaximum rate of joint opening, tress rate of both bolt and concrete using numerical simulation, furthermore the controlled limit value of transverse deformationwas got, the bolt tress achieve maximal strength when the variation of tunnel horizontal diameter reach 123 mm for sequential segment seams, and 127 mm for staggeredsegment seams, which means severely threaten to the safety of shield tunnel. Finally the precontrol and governance methodswere delivered to different influencing factors. (3)The research results can provide references to determine the controlling methods and restoration moment of the transverse deformation. 相似文献

Research purposes: Low vibration track is a suitable track structure in the heavy haul railway long tunnel. Taking the low vibration track in the middle-south channel tunnel as the research object, through the full-scale model static load test, this paper studies the mechanical properties of a single bearing block under the vertical load at the end of the track bed slab (working condition 1), the horizontal and vertical load at the end of the track bed slab (working condition 2), the vertical load at the middle of the track bed slab (working condition 3) and track's crack development trend. Research conclusions:(1) Taking the static load of 30 t axle load train as a reference, the track slab and bearing block concrete of working condition 1 reach the axial tensile strength at 3.3 and 3.1 times static wheel load, the track slab and bearing block concrete of working condition 2 reach the axial tensile strength at 3.0 and 3.1 times static wheel load, the track slab and bearing block concrete of working condition 3 reach the axial tensile strength at 4.9 and 2.9 times static wheel load. (2) Track slab's crack of working condition 1 appears at the corner of the bearing block and the midline of the long side of the bearing block and extends to the short side of the track slab. The crack extension at the corner point is in the shape of "eight". There is no obvious crack of working condition 3 in the track slab. (3) The horizontal load of the train leads to the increase of the force of the concrete in the corner of the bearing block. This paper presents a multi-modal freight transportation model based on a digitized geographic network. A systematic analysis and decomposition of all the transport operations i.e. moving, loading and unloading, transshipping and transiting, leads to the development of a virtual network where each virtual link corresponds to a specific operation, and all transportation modes and means are inter-linked. Software, called NODUS, automatically generates the virtual network so that the model can be conveniently applied to large networks. The analytical structure of the links notation makes it easy to attach specific cost functions to each virtual link. The model is applied to the trans-European freight network of roads, railways and inland waterways for the transportation of wood. Cost functions are built up for each operation by each mode/means combination. A detailed point-to-point origin-destination matrix, calibrated on Eurostat statistics, is generated by a Monte-Carlo technique. Then, the total transportation cost is minimized with respect to the choices of routes, modes and means. This provides estimations of transportation services demands as well as modal splits, to the extent that the two hypotheses of demand based on generalized cost minimization and market contestability are accepted. Providing effective training for managers in the maritime and ports sector in developing countries has proven to be a daunting task. Initial attempts by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) in the 1970s led to the development of senior port manager residence courses in Sweden. However, Given the vast numbers of managers needing training a more eficient method was required. Using the systematic training techniques pioneered by the International Telecommunications Union, UNCTAD, in the 1980s initiated two parallel programme: Trainmer (Training development in Maritime Transport); and IPP (Improving Port Performance). Both of these programmes demonstrated considerable success in terms of the numbers of maritime and port managers receiving training opportunities. Increased cooperation amoungst international agencies providing training programmes should result in improved transport management training in the 1990s, lrading to increased efficiences in port and related transport systems. 相似文献

In this study we propose a model of phytoplankton population dynamics in the marine ecosystem, which includes physical, biological and bio-optical parts. As an example we simulate the abnormal 1993 Gulf of Gdansk spring bloom, when extremely high chlorophyll concentrations were observed. For the one-dimensional model we use two different methods of contact chlorophyll observation assimilation to fit a model of “in situ” data.
